Members acknowledge and agree that by enrolling in the EU Holidays Rewards Program ("Program"), they accept these Terms & Conditions and authorize EU Holidays to send Program-related communications*.

• Program membership is granted upon successful completion of registration at https://www.euholidays.com.sg/travelclub/, conferring the right to accumulate and redeem reward miles.
• EU Holidays maintains sole discretion in approving membership applications, and membership is complimentary until further notice.
• *Communications include travel promotions, exclusive offers, and program updates.

General Provisions

EU Holidays retains the right to modify, without prior notification, any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to terms, benefits, redemption criteria, and mile structure.

• Reward miles serve as the Program's designated currency for redemption purposes.
• The Program is available to individuals aged 21 years and above.
• EU Holidays bears no liability for products or services provided by Program partners.
• Members assume responsibility for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with Program benefits.
• By participating in the Program, members consent to EU Holidays' collection, use, and processing of personal data in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.

ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

• Account Structure and miles System
  • Each member shall be allocated a dedicated account for tracking mile accumulation and redemption activities
  • EU Holidays retains full discretion regarding the approval of all redemption requestss
  • Member information may be disclosed to authorized partners strictly for reward fulfillment purposes
  • Miles and memberships are strictly non-transferable and cannot be converted to monetary value
  • EU Holidays reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of program terms
• Miles Allocation and Distribution
  • Mile credits are processed within 14 business days following completion of eligible travel
  • Distribution Method: Total booking value is allocated proportionally among registered member emails (For illustration: A booking valued at $6,000 with four travelers, where two are registered members, results in 3,000 miles allocated to each member)
  • Qualifying Transactions: • Inhouse Group tour packages
  • Non-Qualifying Items: • Individual flight tickets • Travel insurance • Visa processing fees • Non-package components
  • Mile Accumulation Rate: 1 mile awarded per SGD spent (rounded down to the nearest dollar)
• Redemption and Collection Protocols
  • Standard processing time: Minimum 14 business days
  • Collection Location: EU Holidays Main Office exclusively
  • Validity Period: Rewards must be collected within three months from notification date
  • Members must maintain accurate and current contact information
• Account Management Policies
  • Account Termination: Requests must be submitted in writing to rewards@euholidays.com.sg
  • Account Status Implications: • Suspended accounts: Miles temporarily frozen • Terminated accounts: Miles permanently forfeited
  • EU Holidays maintains the authority to conduct account audits without prior notification

Who can join EU Holidays Rewards Program? Anyone 21 years and above with a valid NRIC/FIN and email address can join! Sign up at www.euholidays.com.sg/travelclub

Why aren't my miles showing up? Miles are credited to your account after your eligible booking is completed and approximately 14 days after your return from travel.

Still can't see your miles after logging in? Don't worry – this might happen during our regular system updates. Your miles are safe and will appear once maintenance is complete.

How do I earn miles? It's simple: earn 1 mile for every dollar spent on our inhouse group travel packages. Miles are rounded down (for example, $5014.89 = 5014 miles). Just provide your email when booking to automatically earn miles.

Having login issues or password troubles? Simply click 'Forgot Password' on our rewards program homepage and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

How are miles shared when traveling in groups? Miles are split among registered members who provide their emails during booking. For example, if a $6,000 booking includes four travelers but only two are members who provided emails, each member receives 3000 miles. Non-members don't earn miles.

What happens after I redeem my miles? You'll receive a confirmation email for your redemption. Please allow at least 14 working days for processing. During busy periods, processing might take longer, but we'll keep you updated.
