Assemble at the airport and take-off to Rome.
Start the day with a guided tour of Rome, with the first stop at the Vatican City. Revel at the masterpiece of the Sistine Chapel, its stunning frescoed ceiling was painted by the renowned sculptor Michelangelo himself. See the immense collections of artworks in the Vatican Museums, and feast your eyes upon the intricate details of St. Peter’s Basilica. Next, we will view the Colosseum, it is the largest amphitheatre ever built that has a capacity of up to 80,000. View the Roman Forum, known as the heart of ancient Rome, comprised of archaic buildings and shrines – including the ancient former royal residence. Piazza Venezia is located a short walk away with a massive monument dedicated to the first King of Italy. Then, marvel at the masterpiece of Trevi Fountain, the city’s largest Baroque fountain. Note: Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel may be replaced with Colosseum without notice.
Escape from the city and make your way to the picturesque Medieval Village in Chiantishire, a delightful stretch of countryside located in Siena. Explore the winding streets in the historic centre of Siena, a well-preserved city that was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stop by the Siena Cathedral, one of Italy’s top Gothic cathedrals decorated with intricate carvings and statues. Capture stunning photos at the Piazza del Campo, known for its architectural beauty as one of Europe’s greatest medieval squares and see the Palazzo del Comune, a Renaissance Town Hall. Finally, you may also wish to go on an optional excursion to Florence. Optional: Florence Tour
Kick off the morning with an orientation tour of Pisa – visit Piazza dei Miracoli and its iconic trio attractions: view the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Baptistery and the Duomo. Next, spend some time in shopping heaven at The Mall Factory Outlet. With great buys of up to 70% discount from prominent brands like Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Coach, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, no one is likely to leave empty-handed.
Make your way to the heart of Venice via a private water taxi, a unique yet effective mode of transport for a city built on water. Then, set off on a guided tour around St. Mark’s Square and to the famous cathedral church St. Mark’s Basilica – nicknamed the ‘church of gold’ due to its opulent design and gold ground mosaics. Swing by the Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs, two of Venice’s main landmarks, for some breath-taking pictures to bring back as mementos. Lastly, visit a glass blowing factory to learn more about the art of Murano glassmaking, an elite trade unique to Venice before proceeding to Milan to rest and recharge.
Embark on a guided tour of the fashion metropolis – the first stop of the day is Sforza Castle, a majestic fortress where noble lords of Milan used to reside. Drop by the grandiose Milan Cathedral for some shots of the elaborate Gothic exterior façade. Next, take a leisure stroll through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II for some brief shopping, which will then lead you to Piazza della Scala and lastly, stop by the lavish La Scala Opera House for some pictures. After which, move on to Lucerne, where you will be staying for the night.
Start the day with an orientation tour of Lucerne, where your first stop will be the Old Chapel Bridge, the oldest wooden bridge in Switzerland decorated with old paintings under its roof. Enjoy a stroll through the Old Town with its unspoiled buildings covered with colourful murals. Here, you will also find Bucherer, the largest duty-free store in Switzerland. Later, drop round to see the Lion Monument – a gift from France to Switzerland to commemorate the valour of the Swiss mercenary soldiers who lost their lives while serving King Louis XVI during the French Revolution. Next, head to Engelberg for an exciting excursion up to the peak of Mt. Titlis via the Rotair, where you will be treated to a 360-degree panoramic view of steep rock faces, deep crevasses and distant snow-covered mountain peaks as the gondola rotates its way up the summit. Delve deep into the magical world of ice in the Glacier Cave as you walk on the 150-metre-long walkway surrounded in blue light; then challenge yourself with an adrenaline spiking adventure on the Titlis Cliff Walk. Enjoy a scenic ride on the Ice Flyer, which will take you to the Titlis Glacier Park. The Titlis Glacier Park is the perfect place to spend some time with the family. There are a number of exciting snow activities for everyone! After exploring the peak, descend to Trübsee Alpine Lodge, a mountain resort located 1800m above sea level offering amazing views of Lake Trübsee, to check in for the night.
Make your way to Interlaken for an orientation tour of the scenic resort town that is presided over by the mighty Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Then, enjoy the rest of the afternoon free at leisure to explore the beautiful surrounding mountain region, or take the opportunity to try out some of the various sports activities offered here. You may wish to join our recommended optional trip to the “Top of Europe” on Jungfraujoch, where you will be blown away by the most amazing views of the Alpine wonderland. Went on a EU holidays 13 days 10 nights, (with 2.days free in dubai) Italy, Switzerland and France package from 4 July to 18 July2019. Our tour manager was Tammy Tan. She was very professional, attentive and very helpful. She is always try to ensure the needs of everyone in her tour group is take care of. She will even waited at the hotel lobby till 10pm to see if any of the travel mate needs any help or assistance. The Hotels and meals were provided as promised in the package. Stated in the package is 4 stars hotels in europe country is only 3 stars standard to us and meals provided are not to our liking but lucky thing we have Tammy who knows we all love chilli, she would bring alone very nice chilli sauce for us to make the food provided taste much more yummy than yaki!!!Indeed without Tammy Tan the whole trip would be very tiring and feel unsafe especially in italy. Hence we would like to once again thank our tour manager, Tammy Tan for being professional, caring and rendering good service. She is also often seem to help older travelmate to carry or push their luggauge when  loading/ unloading on/off the bus. And might you this trip we do not stay in the same hotel for more than 1 night  can you imagine how many times she has to help carry/ push the luggage/ baggage? Is upteentimes!!!!Also she will often give advice on what to expect , what to wear , what to bring to ensure our journey to the next destination is smooth and relax. She even bring extra umbrella for us just in case any of the group needs it. No wonder she is always carrying a big bag around..so heavy!!In summary I will recommend eu holidays to my friends and colleagues who want to travel to Europe. And to request for Tammy Tan as the tour manager because tour manager is the soul of the trip, without a good tour manager the whole experience would be different.

We came to know this agency by chance and booked it last minuets! Both me and my daughter like the tour very much although it seem like a hectic one cos we need to check out/in hotel most of time; but it was indeed a life time experiences that we went to some of the places what I could never imagine I can make it, like top of Europe in Switzerland and the Desert Safari @ Dubai. Our tour manager is Ms Tammy Tan, she was kind and selfless a big thank you for her company this time. During the trip, we met some good friends and this will always be in my memories! ♥️

My family undertook Europe trip with EU holidays this month. The tour was great, packed with action and at times very hectic. I would recommend more ‘rest and relax’ time to be planned into the trip as a feedback. I would really like to call out our tour manager Tammy Tan at this point. She truly made the trip a more memorable experience for all of us with her thoughtfulness, energy, quick planning, easy going attitude and humour. She really ensured everyone was comfortable and taken care of and was especially very popular with the kids. Thank you Tammy for the great trip.

We recently went to Europe tour with Eu Holidays. The tour was well organised and the tour guide Tammy was very caring and efficient. She took in consideration our eating requirements and helped everyone, going out of her way. The tour could have been a little more slow paced and also wished had more time in Switzerland, apart from that it was a really great tour and also made some amazing friends on it !!

June 2019 Italy Switzerland France + Dubai Tour Manager: Tammy Tan Thankful for a great experience on our first trip with EU. Tammy is a very experienced guide and it has been an enjoyable trip. She will go the extra mile to help us. Swap the itinerary accordingly, so that we do not waste unnecessary time on travelling. She also bought drinks, fruits and even provide sun block for us for the safari trip. A very thoughtful guide. Keep up the good work!

Our family just returned from our central Europe (13D10N Italy Switzerland France) vacation led by tour manager, Ong Jiafu and we could not be happier! Jiafu was outstanding, extremely passionate, engaging, informative as well as entertaining. This was our very first group tour with an agency as we have always opted for free and easy in the past. Since my teenage daughter had never been to Europe, we wanted to see as much as we could within 2 weeks. The itinerary offered by EU Holidays seemed to meet our needs. Our friends who have used various travel agencies also strongly suggested EU Holidays. Prior to the trip, Jiafu sent us messages on tips and articles to prepare us for the trip, in particular warning us on the issues of the pick-pockets. Throughout the trip, he constantly reminded us and always helped keep a look out for us. Personally, I was a near-victim, as one of the gypsies unzipped my bag while the syndicate tried to target our group outside the Colosseum. Thankfully nothing was stolen. My daughter fell ill shortly after that start of the vacation. Jiafu was caring and checked on her condition daily. He managed to direct us to the nearest available clinic and pharmacy. Jiafu is very knowledgeable on luxury goods and full of “lobang”. We learned so much from him. He gave very good advice on what and where to buy souvenirs for ourselves and friends. Indeed, we received a lot of compliments from our friends with the fruit peeler gifts. We also enjoyed our group members, friendly, fun and always helping to keep a look out for each other, and offering to help with photos. Most of the hotel stays were good. The Trubsee Alpine Lodge hotel at mid-way to Mount Titlis was one of the highlights. We had such fond memory walking around the lake after dinner. Food wise would prefer to stay with local, after all we were there to experience the culture and food. Perhaps EU Holidays can consider to include a half day winery tour in Tuscany/Florence. We would also like to compliment the coach driver Mira. He had such great chemistry with Jiafu. Mira was awesome, great attitude, knowledgeable on the routes, helped load/unload our heavy luggage without any complaint and most importantly, a safe driver. Regardless of how good the itinerary may be, the tour manager can make or break the trip. Jiafu made the trip a very special, memorable one for our family and will be cherished for many years to come. We would especially like to commend Jaifu for his professionalism and superlative skills.

Tour: 13D10N Italy Switzerland France + 2N Dubai Tour date: 1 - 16 June 2019 Tour manager : Jiafu Definitely a wise choice choosing EU Holidays for our first trip together to Europe with my husband. Had the best tour manager who gel so well with all of us and also amazing tour mates which made this such a fun and enjoyable trip! I really feel that tour manager makes a lot of difference in our level of enjoyment. As Jiafu has mentioned, he is there to take away all our troubles and leave all arrangements to him, while we just sit back relax & enjoy. And that is really just what we need. We are really lucky to have him. Someone who is caring, passionate, responsible and is really experienced with the tour itinerary. Going the extra mile to swap activities around to ensure we get the best experience and provide us extra information on the places we were heading to and what to look out for. Appreciate it!! A few suggestions for improvement would be on the meals provided and more tour options for Dubai F&E stay. Looking forward to travel with EU & Jiafu again!!
