• Experience the "Morning Market at the Foot of the City Wall" (from 06:00 to 09:00) and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Xi'an's local life. Along the base of the city wall, you'll find a variety of stalls offering fresh ingredients such as oil, salt, sauce, vinegar, dates, yams, and various seasonings. The bustling market scene reflects the everyday life of the locals, with its flavors of joy and sorrow. Enjoy this touch of rustic charm along with genuine human warmth, as by 9 o'clock, the market closes, the city wall returns to its tranquil state, with dappled shadows and a gentle breeze.
• Yuanjia Village is recognised as one of the 'Top Ten Most Beautiful Villages in China.'. Stepping into the village unveils scenes resembling an almost pristine rural life. The entire village vividly showcases the evolution of Guanzhong life since the Ming and Qing dynasties. Along the quaint and elegant alleys, numerous shops offer a taste of the most distinctive Northwestern Guanzhong cuisine, allowing for an immersive experience of Shaanxi's folk culture.
• After breakfast, take the high-speed railway (second-class seat) to Yanan
• Head to Hukou. Visit Hukou Waterfall (includes entrance shuttle bus)
