Discover the true meaning of "all that glitters is gold" as you explore the fairy-tale Château de Chambord in the Loire Valley today. Built by King Francis I with assistance from Leonardo da Vinci, it stands as the largest and most splendid castle in the region, symbolizing the French Renaissance and the artistic passion of a king. Upon arriving in Rennes later, enjoy a free evening to explore the city at your leisure.
