Our vacation begins with a pleasant flight from Singapore to the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan.

Upon arrival at Fukuoka, we will travel to Yufuin Kokonoe Yume Otsuribashi, take a leisurely stroll across the picturesque Kokonoe Suspension Bridge, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Spanning 390 meters in length and providing an exhilarating experience for visitors. Next, explore Yufuin Floral Village, a charming shopping area brimming with boutique stores, cafes, and souvenir shops. Wander through the quaint streets and peruse unique gifts and local crafts. Then, visit Kinrin Lake, renowned for its tranquil atmosphere and reflective waters. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the lakeshore, soaking in the serene ambiance. Finally, indulge in a traditional sand bath, a unique spa experience where one is buried in naturally heated sand for therapeutic benefits, believed to alleviate muscle pain and promote relaxation.

After breakfast, make your way to Umi Jigoku, or the Sea Hell, a renowned hot spring in Beppu. Explore its vibrant blue waters and unique geological formations. Engage in a fruit-picking experience at a nearby orchard, where you can harvest fresh seasonal fruits, depending on the time of year. (Subject to the weather conditions, if unavailable will replace with an alternative) Next, visit Yutoku Inari Shrine, one of Japan's most revered Inari shrines, nestled in Kashima City. Admire its magnificent architecture amidst lush greenery and scenic vistas. You may consider to relax in the soothing hot spring baths (onsen) after dinner as we stay in an onsen hotel.

Kick off the day with the most anticipated visit to the Saga International Balloon Festival and witness the colourful hot air balloons soaring against Saga's picturesque landscapes. Immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere and participate in various activities and events. Thereafter. Head to Mifuneyama Rakuen, a stunning Japanese garden renowned for its serene beauty and historical significance. Wander along its winding paths, lush foliage, and tranquil ponds. Finally, marvel at the illuminated Floating Torii Gate of Oouo Shrine against the twilight sky, capturing memorable photos of this iconic landmark reflecting on the water's surface.
 

In the morning, immerse yourself in the festive ambiance and interact with locals celebrating the Karatsu Kunchi Festival, one of Japan's most famous autumn festivals. Marvel at the colourful floats adorned with intricate decorations as they parade through the streets accompanied by traditional music and dance performances. Then proceed to Nagasaki Peace Park, where the Peace Statue and the Atomic Bomb Hypocenter Cenotaph, commemorating the victims of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki in 1945 are situated. We will visit Mt Inasayama Observatory, offering panoramic views of Nagasaki City and its surrounding landscapes. Take a scenic cable car ride to the summit and admire the breathtaking vistas from the observation deck.

Depart from Shimabara and aboard the ferry to Kumamoto, enjoying picturesque views of the coastline and nearby islands along the way. Upon arrival in Kumamoto, make your way to Suizenji Jojuen Garden, a traditional Japanese garden renowned for its meticulously landscaped ponds and scenic walking paths. Take a leisurely stroll through the garden, appreciating the seasonal flora and fauna. Next, visit Kumamoto Castle, one of Japan's most iconic castles and a designated national treasure. Explore the castle grounds, while learning about its historical significance.

It’s shopping time at Tosu Premium Outlets. Spend the morning exploring this popular shopping destination, which offers a wide range of international and domestic brands at discounted prices. Next head to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. Explore this historic Shinto shrine, dedicated to the deity of learning, Sugawara no Michizane. Admire the traditional architecture, beautiful gardens, and iconic red torii gates as you stroll through the shrine grounds. Visit Tenjin Shopping District, one of Fukuoka's most popular shopping areas. Explore the bustling streets lined with department stores, boutiques, specialty shops, and trendy cafes.

Today is a free day for you to leisurely enjoy Fukuoka. Depending on your preferences, you may want to continue exploring bustling shopping districts like Tenjin or Hakata. Or try the open-air food stands (Yatai), one of Fukuoka’s best known symbol. There are over 150 yatai across the city.
