Transfer to Bangkok airport and depart for Irkutsk, a city on the Angara River in eastern Siberia. Upon arrival, check into hotel and rest for the day.
Today, we embark on an exciting journey from Irkutsk to Olkhon Island, a highlight of our trip. Make a stop at the Ethno Park Zolotaya Orda. Here, we will be treated to a mesmerizing Buryat folklore performance, showcasing the rich traditional music, dance, and culture of the local Buryat people. After lunch we continue our journey to Olkhon Island. In the evening, we will arrive at Khuzhir (the largest village of Olkhon island), where we will transfer to the hotel by UAZ jeeps.

Excursion around the northern end of Olkhon Island with Russian 4WD jeeps UAZ, driving on the ice of Baikal lake. On this day tour, you will see the unique nature with magical ice of a frozen lake. Wonder around the ice caves and grottos located at some of the small island of Maloe More (Small Sea) to see the picturesque sights such as Cape Burkhan (Shamanka Rock) , the “Three Brother Stone and the final point of the tour – Cape Khoboy. The transparent clear ice, grottos and marvellous icicles, frozen coastal rocks and ice caves will leave you amazed at the spectacular sight.

After breakfast, our luggage will be picked up and delivered directly to Listvyanka. Today explore the frozen lake on board of Hovercraft (Khivus) which can easily move on the transparent ice of the lake (Blue Ice and Bubble Ice) one of the best way of exploring Baikal. In the evening, we will arrive at Listvyanka Village.

Today we’ll visit the Baikal Limnological Museum. Here you will learn about the unique flora and fauna of the lake. Head to the Church of St Nicholas, the unique example of the 17th century wooden architecture. After which, we will take the chairlift to the Chersky Rock with its panoramic view of the lake. Enjoy a Dog Sledding ride by the Baikal huskies before we make our way to Irkutsk where you will have the opportunity to visit iconic landmarks such as Kazan Church and Spasskaya Church, as well as Epiphany Orthodox Church, all of which are steeped in history and architectural beauty.
