We ( my husband & I ) stumbled upon this tour at the recent NATAS Fair & was strongly encouraged by EU Sebastian to visit the Balkans .We signed up immediately & embarked on this conducted tour with an open mind & a great deal of enthusiasm which grew into a happy camaraderie with a motley group of well travelled people , easy going and with great sense of humour , especially tour manger Lubis .On hindsight , I must say this was the best recommendation & holiday we ever had together as a couple so far.There was a nice balance of the sun, sea, lakes, National Parks, underground caves traversed on foot & electric train, Mountains conquered by cable car, scenic boat & ferry rides, city walking tours, historical buildings & turbulent , intriguing history spanning a long time ago & as recent as 1991-94 in Sarajevo Siege .I am compelled to expound on what truly impressed me wrt this EU tour .Our tour manager , Lubis is not the most eloquent or charismatic leader but he is certainly a most sincere & humble person who ensures whatever we encounter ( as far as possible & as much as he can help it ), live up to his motto/ adage he firmly believes in & wishes for us all and that is :-DON’T WORRY, ALWAYS BE HAPPY !He takes on the ‘worrying ‘for us, ensuring that the promised itinerary be executed well , & with minimal / no hitches , so no group member feel s left out / shortchanged .I think he truly believes that in his ‘ vocation ‘, his ‘ Actions speak louder than words ‘ . He is always mindful to uphold the high standards & reputation of EU too.Lubis constantly but gently reminds us of potential problems of safety/ of pickpockets / lack of security BUT he does this without bias /exaggeration / discrimination against other country’s rogue inhabitants / immigrants .Lubis also points out the dangerous locations / scenarios for potential slips and falls down steep slopes/ rivers/ sea banks .There is no compromise on the welfare & safety of his group members.This guy reminds me of a disciplined sheepdog ( no offence intended ), herding & corralling his sheep with meticulous responsibility but ever so gently & effusively apologetic too ( no bark or bite !)This is seen pre & post meals, at every regular head count which is often enough . No one is left behind , even the not so ambulatory or the plain tired .( that’s me !)Best of all, he entertains us with his unique- accented smattering of Mandarin & Hokkien that he learnt from his Medanese Chinese wife . He is also adept at belting out familiar pop songs in Hokkien & Mandarin , polished by years of karaoke- ing with his wife .All this has endeared him to the whole group especially the Mandarin speaking members who initially felt apprehension over this English speaking tour manager wrt their comprehension of instructions , but then quickly felt more relaxed & reassured after Day 1 as their fears proved unfounded .This was the first time my hubby & I chose to travel with EU but I dare say , it will not be the last . If Lubis is the living face /representation of EU , then our positive experience with this one man is enough for us to continue to explore the rest of the world with EU in the future .I give you one eg: Lubis was v apologetic and went out on a limb with the EU Sg operations side, to negotiate something better for us ( perhaps “over compensate “us ) when our outlet shopping day in Germany landed on a Sunday when the mall was closed . This was to lessen the dismay & disappointment of some members who were hoping to do some serious shopping at the tail end of the tour .We were by blessed default , brought on a side trip to picturesque Hallstatt & treated to a nice Chinese dinner that night - all on the EU house .I don’t think anyone has any grounds for complaints as EU has shown that when a situation is less than perfect, they are able & willing to work round the clock to rectify & make sufficient amends to pacify & compensate their customers and ultimately , through their goodwill , win long term customer satisfaction & loyalty from their clients .Thank you Lubis & EU !

Thank you EU holidays for making my 1st trip to Europe a memorable one. We were blessed to have an excellent tour manager Tammy, who took care of all our needs, right from the food to the tour arrangements. She made it so seamless for everyone and it was not at all a rushed trip. Her cheerful and fun personality also made the trip very enjoyable. Once again, thank you Tammy and EU holidays!!

Highly recommend Joe, who is a caring, helpful and knowledgement tour manager. Our trip is very eventful apart from the planned itinerary. We encountered cases of food poisoning, 2 cases of minor injury, and two cases of stolen bags with passport gone. Joe had handled everything calmly and effectively and most importantly does not affect the enjoyment and travel experience of all the travellers. I give him�����

This is the 2nd times I have travel with EU.The first time was 2 years ago to Amsterdam Holland.This time I am very happy with Siew Chuen being my tour manager. She is very patience and caring. She would call up every room after we had check-in to make sure the rooms are ok.Even on the last day which is our free day (which mean is her day-off too), she organized to bring our group of 23 to the Flea market and Plaka by foot. She checked out “good buy” and get us discount on our purchases. She also help us to arrange Chinese Dinner as she knows we long for Chinese food.Also I would like to comment that EU Holidays packages are value for money. We are given 5-stars hotels, St John at Mykono , Davini Palace in Santorini - walking distance to Fira, Michelin dinner at Athen was fantastic and not forgetting 3 Sunset dinners at good restaurants in various places.Excellent works EU Holidays and I will definitely recommend anyone thinking to travel to Europe or Exotic places to consider EU Holiday.P.s. our group became so close that we have our own chat-group and planning to meet up in Singapore for Dinner. My wife and I just came back from a 13 Day Italy Switzerland France + 2 Day Dubai. We started our package tour on 3 May 2018. Our tour manager is Sabestian Mak. Prior to the trip, Sabestian held a pre-departure briefing. In the briefing, he shared with us very useful information like weather condition, travelling wifi, meeting time, seat preference on our flight, dietary requirement etc. These useful information help us a lot during the trip.Sabestian is a helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable tour manger. He is also a very cheerful person with a great sense of humour. The information that he shared with us shows that he is a very experience tour manger that is committed to his work and also to meet the requirements of his customers. All this effort that he made ensures that my wife and I really enjoyed ourselves.There was a day whereby we had our catered dinner in a hotel in Switzerland, the dinner was fish in curry sauce. As my wife do not take curry, we informed Sabestian accordingly and he made the necessary changes so that my wife could enjoy her dinner. He made an effort to come by our table to ensure that the changes he made suits the taste bud of my wife. Thank you Sabestian.One thing about Sabestian that impresses me is his sound knowledge of history of the different places of interest that we visited. He even shared with us more information and how all these link up with each other. His revelation of certain topic is very unique and this makes his tour interesting. The things he shares are unlike normal history where we can Google in the internet, what he shares seems more like a revelation to us.Another thing that Sabestian impresses me is his good command of English. The way he sounds is very convincing and charismatic. I also came to know that he knows Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay and Thai. These language skills will come in handy when leading tour groups.Overall, I like the way Sabestian lead the tour. He is strict and firm about timing but yet conducts the tour in a pleasant and humorous manner. He even went the extra mile by arranging a collective birthday celebration with 5 cakes for all those who has their birthday during the trip. My wife and I really enjoyed the trip and both of us are looking forward to having more travels with EU holidays and hopefully Sabestian will be assign to be our tour manager.

Kudos to Sabestian who made our trip with our toddler an awesome and worry free! A good tour manager who orientated us on what to anticipate which includes the "things" to look out for and not forgetting "The Best" gelato, hotel, beef noodles etc. He's knowledgeable and takes his work with pride! My wife and I followed EU tour to Balkans to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. A big thank you to our tour manager Huiqing. She is so caring and has informed the airline. We seated at seat 45 row and the plane staff help us to celebrate our 45th Anniversary with photo taking and flower bouquet and Ice creams. This is the first time we have such a memorable experience. The places we visited are all the places we never been. Last year we are with EU to Hungary few places also.I dare to say Our Tour Manager is the best leader we ever met.Big thank you to Huiqing and EU. We will follow EU tour again and hopes to leaf by Huiqing.

Great tour manager who took great care of us (esp a big group of 34) the whole trip. The trip went well as she ensures all our needs are met. She also brght alot of joy and laughter to us. Will highly recommend her to lead groups or join tour group lead by her in future.

It has been 2 days since I had returned from my trip, Switzerland, Italy and France, with EU, led by Sabestian. I thought I should give some credits to Sabestian for planning the everyday itinerary and accommodating to the needs and wants of every one of us.He put us first during the trip by ensuring that we enjoyed ourselves e.g. enough shopping time, told us where the best deals were. He had not only added value to our experience in Europe but also to our pockets.Kudos to you, Sab! Hopefully when we sign up with EU again you will be our tour manager.

The tour places EU organization selected was not duplicate as last year I was with them to Hungary, part of Eastern Europe and this time is the second part. The places we been are very well organized, the important part is we have a caring and knowledgeable EU tour leader Huiqing. We will follow the tour lead by her again.
