It is my 2nd time travelling with this itinerary (1st time being 2 years ago). Previously, the accommodations were at Rome (2N) and Bologna (5N) - Bologna's hotel was really good - there was less carrying of luggage around and the schedule seems to be more relaxing the previous time with more time spent at Florence and Milan which was a major plus point. This time, we stayed at Milan (1N), Pisa (1N), Rome (2N), Tuscany (2N) and Venice (1N). The accommodations are not impressive but it was expected due to the wallet-friendly price of the package. The schedule felt more rushed with less time spent at these places: Florence - it was a pity as Florence has so much to offer and moreover an optional tourMilan - I felt that the optional tour for Lugano (Switzerland) could have been done away with to spend more time at MilanCinque Terre - should have catered lunch for the group because the waiting time at the restaurant was too long and we had to forgo Riomaggiore.I would like to suggest that hearing aids should be provided to the tour group as most of us have difficulty listening to the local guides during the tour. I have seen many other tour groups having them and thought it would have been a much better experience for us.Having said that, I was glad that we had a free day to spend at Rome (while some went to Pompeii for an optional tour and I heard great reviews for that as well). Our tour manager, Michael, managed to squeeze in last minute shopping for us at another outlet shopping area before our flight which many are thankful for.Our tour manager, Michael, was professional and took excellent care of the group. He is always there to offer help for us for photo-taking and kept us thoroughly entertained during the long coach rides. In Dubai, a few of us had a dangerous driver for the Desert Safari (optional tour) and Michael escalated our feedback immediately to the local agent. He is truly dependable and I am sure most of us appreciated his service.

This is the first time I went for a package tour with Singapore travel agent, and visiting Europe many years later since last time. The whole trip is definitely above my expectations. The itinerary is well planned, have both historical sites, scenery as well as long waited hot air ballon, and go for few cities including Istanbul, Canakkale, Pamukkale, Cappadocia and Ankara. On the actual dates, there were adjustments to the itinerary due to time constraints and local election. Despite of that, no time is wasted and eventually we visited all the places as per itinerary. Turkey local guide explained the history of every place in a very detailed manner for us to know the local history better. He got the sense of humour and made everyone laugh out. Our tour manager Melanie is an energetic, friendly and considerate young lady. She is responsible to every single one in the group. Before the trip, she called me to explain the things to bring and things I need to pay attention to. During the trip, every night she sent message to group chat of the next day’s itinerary. She helped every family to take photos when requested. She is always helpful and tried her best to help us when needed. All these made the trip an enjoyable and smooth one. This trip is really value for money and I will recommend to others.

The main highlight of the trip would be the hot air balloon in Cappadocia, another tick off the bucket list. Our tour manager Melanie is very attentive to everyone's needs and pays the fullest attention to every detail. She even brought us bwa kwa and chilli sauce for us from Singapore. Melanie will plan the schedule for the following day and WhatsApp to us the night before, another plus point for a tour manager, my first time seeing a tour manager doing this which is highly recommended and convenient for the travellers. Melanie is more like a friend to us than a tour manager as she's very friendly and she's able to interact well with both young and old.Recommendations. Tour program could be extended by a night or two, so that it'll be less hectic. And check local hotels properly before booking, as some hotels which claimed to be 5* are not actually up to 5* standard.First time travelling with EU travel, overall satisfied with the tour program, thumbs up for our tour manager Melanie

Tour : 11D 8N + 2 nights Dubai Europe Highlights - 05ECCHLA08/18EKTour Manager: Ricky Thiam (Ricarco)Date : 8th - 21st May 2018Ricky Thiam is an excellent, rich-experienced tour manager. We are very blessed to have him in our group. His knowledge of history, culture and custom of the cities/places of interest we visited amazes us. It is not just surface information or pure memory from guide books. On few occasion, he demonstrated how to eat certain local food with such passion which makes our group laugh our way out ha ha)In just short 12 days, he treated everyone in the group like his friends and family members. He does not show favorites but meet the needs of the people instead. (My dad 77 years old experienced high altitude sickness when we reach the mountain top, it was very chaotic as the place is swarmed with many other tourists, even myself want to faint from lack of oxygen in a pressed packed lift. Ricky just steadily still my dad to a corner and went to get a sweet drink for him. He made sure he recovered before he moved on to look out for other members in the group. We saw him took care of an elderly in our group who walks with walking stick. Ricky will be with a big smile holding on to the elderly to make sure she is not left behind by the big group while walking on the streets. He took care the youngest boy too.He goes into details to each of our needs, to make sure we do not have backaches, giddy from the boat rides, sweets to refresh us and many more (It’s long list to list here). He purpose is to make each of the group members to be very comfortable physically traveling around all the places of interest. In any event if there is a delay or change due to unforeseen circumstances, he always handles it with a big smile and professionalism. (On one occasion when we are being cut queue by other tour groups, he will want to speak to the other group leader. Otherwise, our group will never get to reach our destination in time. This shows that he will stand for what is right and do not allow our group being taken advantage of)The great synergy he built with the local tour guides and coach drivers definitely make our whole journey so smooth, enjoyable, memorable and fun. (eg he always plan ahead to make sure the parking and picking up is the best location for the group and not disrupted by the traffic.)Thank you EU holidays for being well - organized and building up your staff to serve your customers.Cheers! Thanks a million!and one of the group member say thanks a trillion in our tour group chat.

Young but very experienced tour manager who is familiar with the geography and history of the places we visited. She has a sense of humour which kept us entertained throughout our long coach rides. She also kept emphasising the importance of safety during the trip and did her best to fulfil our individual demands The itinerary generally flowed well and there were some additional places that we visited too. I personally liked the Norway itinerary the most, but Sweden and Denmark had their plus points too.Thank you Whyee and EU for making this trip possible!

My daughter and I had joined EU holiday trip recently with Huiqing Ng (10/05/18-20/05/18). We enjoy the trip so much that now I am missing her laughter. She is always patient and understanding towards the elderly and constantly remind us of pick pockets and safety around the area we are visiting . She noted that some elderly are not able to walk for long so she stays behind and root for them to keep up .The places of interest and hotel are also relatively good except for the hotel in Venice , like from heaven to hell . Overall , we made friends with each other and hope to travel again with Huiqing to other European destination !Coach driver Sylvia also a good and conscientious driver.

Booked this trip at the very last minute and it was absolutely worth it!Our tour manager Mr Sebastian is a wonderful person. His thoughtful and patience in this trip, truly makes this trip awesome. On the very first nite where we transit in Dubai before flying into Rome, i have left my sling bag inside the plane.Sebastian immediately help me retrieve it. The customer service counter staffs were not very helpful and denied our retrieval of my sling bag, he immediately went to the airport police and demanded that my bag has to be retrieved as we are in a transit flight and could not wait for a few days for lost & found procedure collection. After much hassle we did manage to get back my bag.At the same time, he did not neglect our fellow friends that was in this tour, he gave clear instruction and explained in detailed to tell everyone where to meet and can go and rest while waiting for the transit and collecting my bag.During the whole trip, he is always patience and helpful to every single one in this tour. He will always remind us what to do, what to look out for, explained every single things, wait everyone and ensure our safety is met.I am very appreciative of his help as i am travelling with my wife who is already pregnant with 24 weeks and with my 2 years old boy. He is always on the look out for us if we can managed. And indeed with his help, we truly enjoyed this trip thoroughly. And of cos, this trip wont be fun without all the people that has joined the tour. Even though this trip is a big group of around 28 pax, everything is in full control and went according to scheduled and agenda.Thank you Sebastain Mak for making our this trip a wonderful event. Will definitely choose to tour with EU Holidays and of cos with our favorite Tour Manager Sebastian Mak again.

We just came back from a wonderful "13D11N Italy Swiss Paris (Land tour)". Our tour manager Paul Tee was so caring, warm and humorous. He planned everything well ahead of time to be sure that we can make it to every place he wanted to take us. Not only that, he also went out of his way to arrange activities that bring the group together so as to make us feel like part of a family. At the end we didn't want to part with each other. He understands the purpose of the tour is not just to take us places but to unite us together so we can enjoy the company of each other wherever we go. He is such wonderful tour leader and excellent man. If I go with EU again in the future I sure hope I can have him again. I am not the only one that feels this way, our entire group has the same feeling.

Eastern Europe is rich in culture and history and this tour certainly did not disappoint. Although only spanning 14 days, we managed to cover extensive destinations such as Munich, Austria, Vienna, Budapest, Poland, Berlin and Prague. Highlights for me included quaint towns such as Hallstatt (very pretty and scenic lakeside village in Austria), visiting the Auschwitz concentration camp, pink skies during the sunset in beautiful Prague, going on a river cruise lunch in Budapest, and the magnificent Bastei (optional tour that was worth it due to the awe-inspiring high altitude rock formation against a backdrop of German mountain scenery). The main takeaway for me which transcended the spots on the itinerary were, however, the people. Our trip was hit with 7 incidents including 2 occurrences of bag thefts (including passports and cash), someone who fell in the shower and who needed urgent medical assistance, and food poisoning which affected 7 of us.Through it all, the kindness, expertise and level-headedness of our tour manager Joe Teh shone. Joe was extremely cool headed and handled all the situations that hit us one after another, with a remarkable ease and sense of calm. His years of experience plus keen mind for logistics and eye for detail, made sure that all medical and logistical needs of everyone affected were more than met.Not only that, he has a very kind, genuine, and caring spirit and personally accompanied those affected by the incidents to meet embassy staff/ambulance workers. He also made the special effort to ensure the rest in the group (that were not affected) remained comfortable and enjoyed the rest of the trip.He even went the extra mile, to explain the historical and geographical backdrop of the different destinations en-route and also took special care of the emotional needs of those who were affected after the various incidents. They say a trip without incidents and which runs smoothly is one that is good - but through these 14 days - we saw how light, truly, shines in the darkest places.Joe made us feel like family through his care, jokes and laughter and this provided the much needed booster to carry on the rest of the trip despite being hit by so many incidents. All of us were full of praises for his care for us and level headedness.. So thank you Joe for making all the special effort, and we really thank you for the deep thought and care that went into everything you did for us :)

It’s a wonderful and memorable tour. I was roped in by my sister-in-law Mary Chee to join their group. I was told that they have a young, friendly and experienced tour manager leading the group. After the trip I can confirmed that Huiqing is a friendly, caring and experienced tour manager. The lady coach driver, Sylvjia is a very experienced driver too. She is also friendly and helpful.3 cheers to both of them

This tour of Eastern Europe was rife with incident, including two thefts of personal effects including passports, food poisoning and illness, and minor injury. Through it all, our tour manager Joe Teh held down the fort, remaining upbeat and professional throughout. Joe was positive, never lost his cool and made an effort to provide supplementary information, including historical and geographical context, on the way to each destination. Some parts of the tour felt a little rushed (most evident during our afternoon in Berlin) but such is the exigency of package tours. It was my first time in most of the countries in the itinerary and I felt like we were able to hit most of the highlights. We made friends with several other participants in the group and enjoyed each other's company. Thanks again to Joe and EU.
