I would like to compliment our tour manager Darien Tang for our switzerland trip 10 days on 06 - 15 September 2019. Darien has helped my friend arrange a doctor to the hotel. He waited and slept at lobby until 3am due to doctor came very late, i think the doctor came to hotel around midnight. He never complaint and very helpful. He already excess the tour manager duties. He even used his own pocket money bought a fish burger for me when i was not able find the fish burger meals at mcdonald. The video created by him also very amazing and keep us always remember this trip. Dear Darien, thank you so much and Well done. EU holiday Pte Ltd will be my first choice for my holidays trip.

I just came back from my 10 days Grand Alpine Train Tour to Switzerland. I am writing this to compliment our tour manager Darien Tang for doing such a marvelous job. He was patient ,knowledgeable, helpful, responsible and pleasant guide. He was always reachable when we needed his help. He also reminded us to be mindful of pickpockets in crowded places. He is truly praiseworthy to EU Holidays!! Good hotel and memorable itinerary. When I heard that the group consists of 30 pax, I was shocked!! So I kept my fingers and toes all crossed and praying for a good and wonderful bonding time with my dear sister. A good and efficient tour leader makes great impact on this tour to me and everyone. Darien is very thoughtful and respectful. A group chat was created for communication purposes. Darien is very considerate and did not impose on everyone to be forced to be included in the group. He shows and gives respect to individuals of their privacy, going the extra mile to ensure all important information was received by informing them personally. He also goes the extra miles to ensure families are not lost on free & easy time such as taking landmark pictures/route map and post for all to take note. Very much appreciated! In this Alpine Grand Train Tour, we did not have a local guide, therefore Darien undertake the task professionally. Most importantly we felt Darien is very knowledgeable and updated. He generously shared his vast knowledge of Lucerne, Mt. Rigi, Interlankan, Grindelwald, Jungfraujoch snow mountain, Zermatt, Gornergrat, Glacier Express, St. Moritz and Zurich with all passengers. Letting us know what we are taking home in the pictures. Many a time, he would not forget to remind all to be careful with our belonging/valuables and also to have good hand hygiene. Darien proof to be very committed, dedicated and responsible to his work. He always ensures passenger safety is the top priority. When medical attention is needed by passengers, he calmly and professionally ensures all passengers are checked-in promptly. Thereon making arrangements and taking passenger to & for medical attention. Not during any time would he not wear a smile on his face even though we could see he is exhausted and hungry. Darien takes all the unforeseen circumstances in his stride with friendly smile and comforting tone of voice, which is very comforting in this hectic trip. When being thanked for his attentive care, he humbly said that he did not do anything much. Giving prompt and attentive care and concern is all enough to allay the anxiety of passenger in a foreign land. Darien ensures we have the correct medical documents from the native doctors for travel insurance claim purposes. From strangers to friends, we must give the credit to our tour leader Darien Tang. He never fails to encourage us on when we meet with tough routes, able to gel with all of us in jokes and chit-chatting session. My sister and i had a very fantastic and wonderful bonding time in Switzerland!!!

This is my first time to participate in the Eu Italy group. It was unfortunate that on the first day of my arrival, my money was stolen. Here I would like to praise EU's a very responsible and friendly guide Mr. Ricky Woo, He not only stayed with me for two hours in the police station, and also initiative pay on behalf for the both way from the hotel to the police station. . Frankly speaking, what he did throughout the trip was very commendable and praiseworthy. Because of his service, I am more looking forward to participating in the Eu group with my family and friends. Rapid Response TimesDespite of Mr Ricky kept on reminding us to take good care of our valuable belongings from the first day till last day of the trip, unfortunately some of teammates still lost their cash in the bus and hotel.Mr Ricky was quick in responding to manage their anger and disappointment, brought them to police station for reports and statements, obtained necessary for insurance claims.One of our tour mate even left her bag in the Highway service stop (passports and cash inside),Mr Ricky requested the bus driver to contact service stop staff immediately and arranged a taxi to send the lady and her husband to retrieve their belongings without delay others' time.He was fast and experienced in trouble-shooting.2. Emotional IntelligenceWe met 4 bus drivers throughout the trip. The long distance coach driver Mr Genaro (if i spell correctly),he was ill-mannered and impatient. Every morning,  Mr Ricky would communicate with him on the daily route and time schedule. The bus driver was uncooperative, tried to make things difficult and even shouted loudly in Italian language on the bus.Mr Ricky was humble & good patience to discuss with the bus driver,  he tried his best to work things out smoothly.I had no idea why the bus driver would have to vent his anger again and again on the bus. We felt very awkward by bus driver's emotional actOn the last day in Rome, the local bus driver was not happy and also shouted in Italian loudly on the way from Hotel to FCO international airport.The ambiance was not good, Mr Ricky was calm.I was sitting behind Mr Ricky and i saw him turned on the google map navigation to ensure the bus driver was sending the us to the correct direction.There were many times, the bus drivers were being unreasonable, fierce and rude to our Tour Manager in bad manners.I am impressed in his excellent high Emotional Intelligence in dealing with these racist drivers.  3. Flexibility in problem solvingAccording to the scheduled itinerary, we would be going to The Mall outlets shopping & Pisa Tower sight-seeing on Day 4, and followed with the Optional tour to Cinque Terre on the Day 5.Mr Ricky was mindful with the drastic change of the weather forecast, and realized it might have heavy rain on the Day 5 to Cinque Terre.In order not to disappoint us with the raining view of Cinque Terre, he took the initiative to discuss with the bus driver for the itinerary adjustment, to switch the sequence of itinerary in Day 4 and Day 5.He then being treated rudely by the bus driver again. The driver was unhappy and shouted at Mr Ricky.Luckily, Mr Ricky managed to convince him in the end.We were happy to enjoy the beautiful seaview of Cinque Terre in a sunny day.Knowing that Mr Ricky is not obligated to do the adjustment that but it is clear that he is such a considerate person and working focus on customers' satisfaction4.  Good CharismaMr Ricky is approachable and good sense of humor.Our teammates are aging from 21 months old baby to 70+ years old senior citizens, Mr Ricky is friendly and managed to take good care of everyone.Also, with his humorous sharing or introduction of tourist spots,  our bus was always full with laughter in the long distance journey.Lastly, Mr Ricky's exceptional performance and professional service had exceeded my expectation towards a tour manager and made this trip a good memorable one.On the scale of 1 to 5 in your survey form given, i would like to rate him 10!I am truly impressed and would definitely come back to EU Holidays for the next Europe trip.Thanks & Best Regards,

My wife and I joined the 10D Grand Alpine Train Tour of Switzerland from 6 to 15 Sep 19, led by Mr Darien Tang. Even before the tour started, Darien took in our queries and comments favorably. He made special arrangements with EU for the coach transfer from airport to Lucerne upon arrival when the itinerary only specified transfer by train. He even arranged for us to have the upgrade from 2nd to 1st class for the glacier express! During the journey, my wife fell ill and had to visit the local hospital. We were grateful to Darien who accompanied us late into the night until she was discharged. Overall, the trip was memorable with good hotels and itinerary. We were impressed with Darien who is very dedicated, responsible and knowledgeable. We would surely consider EU holidays for our next trip

Thanks Simmon Lee for the spectacular 11 day 8 night scandinavia tour (departed sg on 6 sep). Without Simmon keen and meticulous arrangement, the trip wouldn't be so enjoyable. He even went beyond his duties to provide WiFi onboard. Exceptional service by Simmon! Highly reccommend the itinerary. But some suggestions for EU holiday for improvement. The dinner at quality hotel in Sweden only had a single choice for main course which was an issue for some who doesn't take chicken. It will be better if lounge access (which was complimentary in SG) is provided in Sweden as well bcos we arrived in airport quite early. lastly, if EU holiday can provide WiFi onboard will be a bonus! A very remarkable trip with EU holiday and Simmon! - Mr and Mrs Chia
