I would like to commend on the good services of Shirley Wang. I have not yet been on a tour with EU holidays though I heard very positive reviews of them. I think while the tour managers are important in each tour group, your first touch point in a company is very critical too. I am lucky to have met Shirley as she helped me with loads of questions, my plan changes etc. She is so patient and professional and always comes back promptly with good and sound advice. I am not sure if my next trip will materialise (due to my personal reasons) but EU will definitely be my choice because of the good services from Shirley!

Had an amazing 2 weeks holiday in Finland with my family, friendly tour group and best tour guide ( Jeremiah Tan ) me and my family never had any dull moment during our entire trip because we had a lot of helped from our fellow tour group mates that make every activity extremely fun and our tour guide that never fails to keep all of us laughing with his jokes and stories! Always giving us the best locations for our meals and activities! Will totally recommend him to my friends and family members! Hopefully my next trip he will be my tour guide again x

During our free day, he will take his own initiative to introduce some of the optional activities to live up to our experience in Finland.In terms of personality, he is a fun, cool and approachable young man. He never fails to answer all of our doubts and queries during the trip. Thumbs up for this.It's bittersweet to be back in Singapore but through this tour, I hope to have Sabestian to be my tour manager in near future with EU holidays.

Sabestian was a great tour guide, providing us with prompt replies and great recommendations. Through his recommendations, we rode the ice breaking cruise which is definitely a unique experience!The hotels and activities were great as well. The schedule was not too packed, nor was it too relaxed. The free days were just nice as it gave us the time to do what we choose to do, be it relaxing or going out for more activities.

Been going with EU for a few trips, what I like about EU is that they provide every information that we need to know. Join this 11D 8N trip to Netherland/Germany/Paris it is a mix of guided tour Plus a few days of free & Easy. Our tour guide this time is @tevin sua. He make us feel at ease with all the current covid situation and the every changing rules. Me and my friend will clueless of what to do and spend our free & easy during our last 2 days, Tevin is very kind to let us know what we looking and suggest some ideas with us, our group members will all very supportive and we go along and flow with the arrangement. Today is our last day in Finland. This is our first trip joining tour agency for our holidays due to Covid-19. We enjoyed the trip very much especially the husky sledge! It was fun! He is accommodating and flexible always in meeting to everyone request to his best ability without jeopardizing on the planned tour itinerary. As we travel during the Covid period, he will always remind us to take safety precautions and suggest recommendations to our dinning plans to avoid crowded places and this is important during current covid situation. This is my 1st time to Spain and before that I am skeptical about this country but with the well planned itinerary from EU holidays and the engagement with their local tour guides, it opened up my eyes to the immersed historical sites and enriched history and cultures in Spain. Additionally the good quality accommodations arranged by them had also contributed to this great experience.Well done EU holiday, we will see you soon.

Went to Switzerland with Jiafu as my tour manager. The before, during and after trip service from Jiafu had been excellent as he made sure to notify and remind us whatever necessary. Approachable and friendly, Jiafu did his best to answer our queries throughout. He professionally managed the tour and provided a high standard of service.
