13D10N Highlights of Eastern EuropeDates: 6 - 18 Jun 2018Tour Manager: Mr Sebastian Mak Customer: Mr Jeffery Hooi and FamilyFirst and foremost, I would wish to commend on our caring, humorous and knowledgeable Tour Manager, Sebastian, for his tour professionalism throughout the entire trip. He was very patient and prompt in addressing our queries and doubts especially during our luggage delay experience in Munich. He lend his phone to us to make calls to the airline to enquire on the status of our luggage and also update us as and when there is any new update. In addition, he made an effort to watsapp the whole tour group (not as a group but to individual member) on the pointers to take note for the following day itinerary (eg, what time to gather, morning call timing, weather forecast etc). This move is definitely a plus point as not all tour mates paid attention listening to him when he briefed us on the coach before we reached our next hotel / after collection of room keys, As some of our tour mates are elderly, he made an additional effort to translate the pertinent points in Mandarin. He also briefed us on the Tax Refund procedures accurately and reminded us umpteen times to have all the necessary refund forms to be filled up properly. He even went to the extra miles to go down personally to the hotel reception to address our request when the numerous calls to the Reception Counter went unanswered (eg Hotel Abacus). The tour itineraries were generally well-planned with sufficient time to shop especially in Wroclaw and Prague and most of the hotels and breakfast were pretty ok except for Hotel Abacus in Budapest which was located in a secluded location and the service staff at the reception was really unprofessional. Nevertheless we truly enjoyed the trip and Sebastian really set a high benchmark on the quality of a Tour Manager assigned to our future trip with EU Holidays.Lastly, to Mr Sebastian (Sebas), Gut gemacht!

我是和朋友一起旅行，朋友在旅游展选择了EU holiday。在出发前的一个星期领队Russell Tan和大家联系，询问大家的饮食方面有什么食物可以吃或者什么有大家不能吃。第一次“接触”感觉很好接着就和我们更新要准备的东西和天气气温。其实我们看了他的WhatsApp照片很年轻，有些担心哈。正式开始旅程我们一团20个人(6个家庭)，担心Russell可以照顾到这团人吗。原来一切担心都是多余，他年纪虽年轻但是很有责任感稳重的处理事情。每天应付我们团人的问题要帮我们处理。还有一个家庭太太第一天扭伤脚他会很镇定和土耳其导游一起处理。每天慰问这太太脚伤有没有好一些。是个温暖的人。在土耳其他也会解说历史每一个景点他会"看着"每一个人怕大家走失。虽然每天换酒店但是Russell安排妥当没有给大家不方便或者要等很久。我们这家比较爱玩爱说，他也会配合我们。总结这次的旅程，团员的和谐，开心每天不停说笑话。旅程最后一天团员在WhatsApp 群留言，大家感激Russell的照顾，有机会希望和Russell再一次旅程。也谢谢EU Holiday完美安排。一切尽在不言中谢谢你Russell.

Tour: 10D7N Amazing Turkey(8 Jun 2018 - 17 Jun 2018)Tour Manager: Russell TanI need to express my sincerely thanks to the Tour Manager, Russell Tan. I injured my ankle on 9 Jun 2018 after lunch in Istanbul due to misstep. Russell helped to ask the tour guide to look for the private hospital for me to see doctor and also take the x-ray. I still enjoyed my trip after ensuring there was no major injury in my ankle. His extra help and care made our trip went smoothly. He also helped to take photos for our group members. My husband commented, “whenever we need his help, he is there”. He is really one of the best tour managers I ever have for all my trips. I will join EU again if the time of the tour suitable for us as the itinerary is good and the tour manager is helpful, caring, cheerful and make sure everything go smoothly.

Some of the travel distance between cities may be long, but Jeremiah will help you to kill off half of the time with plenty of jokes and experience sharing. These definitely help to make the journey more joyful (less painful).

He made an effort to check our rooms whenever we checked into a new hotel to ensure that everything is in place. He also took care of us during meal times ensuring that we were well fed. He brought us around to show and recommend the different places to have meals and shop, giving us a lot of helpful advices such as where to look for what products and the types of tax refund schemes. It was a thoughtful gesture. Prior to visiting the various attractions, he will provide interesting nuggets of information for our benefit. Travelling to the destination can be monotonous but he will exchange light hearted banter with the group but at the same time, he also respect that some may want to snooze.We also like to specially mention his efforts in helping us to go through the tax refund process at the airport, which we were not very familiar. Tour : 10D7N Italy Fiesta + 2N DubaiTour Manager : Michael YapDate : 18-29 May 2018It was our first time travelling with a tour agency as we wanted to save time planning the logistics for the trip and we wanted to have a high level sense of the cities in Italy before returning a second time on our own. We enjoyed following the itinerary including the optional tours/activities. Our tour manager, Michael, did an excellent job in taking care of all of us. He constantly reminded us about being careful with our personal belongings and not to fall prey to pickpockets. He's witty, caring, considerate and very helpful in offering to take photos for us. I noticed that he was also very understanding in catering for some tour members needs to take more frequent restroom breaks than what was planned for during the coach ride from town to town. He also proactively provided tips for us before we get off the bus at each location, which I am sure everyone appreciated fully.When we arrived in Dubai after completing the Italy trip, my husband's luggage bag could not be found with the rest of the passengers'. Michael accompanied and helped my husband to get the airline/airport staff to hunt it down, and was able to locate the bag within an hour. Kudos for his amazing efficiency and effectiveness !I would recommend this itinerary to those who are visiting Italy for the first time and wants to cover as many beautiful cities/places in Italy as possible within a short period. The hotels were not impressive, though, and I have given feedback to EU Holidays to revise the hotel selections so that they are closer to town and have cleaner bathrooms (for a couple of the hotels, not all).Besides Italy being a beautiful country, being led by a professional, efficient, fun and understanding tour manager like Michael and being with a friendly tour group members made our vacation absolutely sweet and memorable!

10D7N Italy Fiesta25May-3June 2018Tour Manager: Jia FuProbably my best trip and tour manager with EU!My group consist of 48ppl and my initial thoughts were like there’ll be lots of waiting time and hard to keep up with our tour manager... but to my surprise, everything works out well! The itinerary was well planned and very informative explanation of all the places of interest �Jiafu was very helpful and caring towards all of us! He was really humorous as well, really glad to have him as my tour manager! Everything went smoothly and I would want another trip with EU � Props to Jiafu �

Hi I wanted to give a review of my tour in your facebok but had problems doing so. Below is my feedback on the trip. I joined the EU Italy Fiesta tour with a group of friends in Jun 18. We chose EU because the pricing was reasonable for a 10-day tour to Italy and it came with 2 free nights in Dubai. Such a good deal was unbelievable! And of course such a good deal proved to be attractive to many people because we ended up with 48 pax in our group.  Given the large group size, we were blessed to have a very professional tour manager assigned to our group.  Jiafu is highly experienced and is very service oriented. He is quick witted and is good at problem solving.  Given a big group with different profile of people from different countries Jiafu did an excellent job trying to engage everyone to really come together to enjoy ourselves. He was friendly and approachable and was effectively bilingual.He was very knowledgeable about Europe and gave us many useful tips  eg what to eat, what to buy, what brands to consider, how to do tax refund. He bought us local snacks, even wine to go with the song and dance, helped to carry luggages and even had to forgo his lunch to help a family made a police report for the loss of wallet. He was always ready to go the extra mile for his customers - e.g he made personal sacrifice by giving up his room for me when the hotel made a mistake about our room allocation.  He had to move to another hotel nearby. He also ensured that our seats for the meals were allocated each time so that we could enjoy our meals in the company of our families and friends. He also changed our coach to one with better air-conditioning to make us more comfortable with the hot summer in Italy. Jiafu is indeed an outstanding tour manager who has made this an amazing trip for all of us ! The trip turned out to be better than expected. The food was good although the Italians could do it better, the hotels were clean and comfortable except for one of them, the itinerary was well planned with ample of free time for selfies, group pictures and shopping. And I love the Cinque Terre and the Sistine chapel!  Looking forward to another awesome trip with EU. SB Chen 13 Jun 18.

Hi,I am writing to express my appreciation to EU which has offered us a very memorable tour to Italy+Dubai last month. A group of six of us from Penang enrolled to the tour after recommendation from a family member. Even though we are not from Singapore, the distance hasn’t proved to be any difficulties for the entire process. From enquiry, registration, deposit/final payments until the final tour briefing, everything is being done at ease through email/ online system. The staffs from EU have been very professional and helpful, special thanks to Connie Hay and Michael Yap (our tour manager).The tour itself is joyful and memorable and full of excitements. The itinerary is well planned. Along the journey even there were some delay on the schedule due to some unexpected issue, the tour manager Mr. Yap was able to manage it through with least impact to the tour. The most pleasant surprise of the tour is the excursion to Pompeii on the second day at Rome which Mr. Yap managed to arrange for us! We didn’t expect at all we can have the chance to visit this legendary archaeology site which is definitely worthwhile.Also worth mention is the additional shopping trip to Noventa Di Piave designer outlet at Venice which Mr. Yap managed to arrange for us on the last day of our tour at Italy. This is not mentioned in the original itinerary and is definitely a big bonus to some of our hard core shoppers!The two days at Dubai is another highlight of the tour where we got a convenient chance to visit this amazing desert city. The safari tour is something one should not miss! We enjoyed so much! May it be the wild ride through desert on the luxurious Toyota Land Cruiser, or the dinner served at the desert camp with sunset as background and with the very fantastic cultural shows performance.The accommodation and meals arranged are good enough though there are room to further improve for sure.Last but not least, we will like to deliver our utmost appreciation to our tour manager Mr. Michael Yap for his very professional and caring service rendered to the tour throughout the trip. He is such a funny and yet caring guy who has made the trip such a memorable one. His extensive service even include showing us how to make the best photo poses for the various iconic places in Italy, eg. at the Pisa tower! This is our second tour package with EU Holidays. First was last year (Apr-2017) when we took the Europe Highlights package and the experience was great! So for this year, we got the Italy Fiesta package, mainly because this is the only package that fits my family’s schedule.We have a very competent Tour Manager. Our Tour Manager, Wang Jiafu, (also known as Michael by the local Tour Guides) is very organized and very professional. He provided us with the day’s itinerary as well as expectations for the succeeding day’s tour plan. He is also very quick to adjust to situations to ensure we enjoy the tour. One example is the coach’s aircon system encountered some problem and immediately he coordinated for replacement. He was also very effective in keeping a group of 48 persons in order and happy throughout the tour.The city tours were great and the local Tour Guides were friendly and knowledgeable about the places we visited.I believe the overall tour experience was great! We enjoyed the scenic and historical places we visited. We also marvelled at the magnificent structures, statues, paintings, well preserved medieval villages and churches.Jiafu made one dinner arrangement a night to remember. There was a photographer taking photos as family enters the restaurant and photo souvenir was distributed to each family/group. The dinner was a full meal course with wine. And lastly, there was a performance by a local singer to end the night.The hotel accommodations were good except for one. I believe this can still be improved.Kudos to Jiafu for a job well done!

First time with EU holiday tour .The tour manager Jun Bin is very good, friendly and easy going person.He will alway remind us beware of safety ,pick pocket and introduce us nice food.In first 2 day, the hotel room provide us single bed which we actually request for kingsize bed.He manage to help us to change in last few day.in 4th and 5th day, the hotel provided air con is spoil.We request for changing hotel and he try his best to help us and solve the hotel problem.1 of the tour member had lost her wallet and Jun Bin had help her and guide her what to do as well.Thank for Jun Bin and wish you all the best.

Just got back from this trip and we had an enjoyable time. It was our first long haul trip to a far away region and the first time we joined a tour (partly because we wanted to avoid the hassle of having to plan our own itinerary but the more important reason was because of concerns about the safety of Italy. The rumours about Italy are not just simply rumours after all.) Despite the fact that the duration was rather short, the entire trip did not feel too rushed and we had sufficient time to take lovely photos and even some free time to tour around the places ourselves. In fact, we covered a considerable number of important landmarks that I feel, everyone should visit at least once in his life.Our tour manager is a helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful person. We feel that a lot of credit should be given to him for enabling the trip to proceed and end smoothly. When we encountered issues that arose along the way, he was often swift to resolve them and handled them well.Accommodations were generally satisfactory, except for one that was visibly less pleasant. Quite a number of meals were provided for (pretty decent) and when they were not, our tour guide would recommend us that particular place's specialty.We are grateful that our first trip with eu ended on a high note. Thank you!
