Thoroughly enjoyed our Highlights of Eastern Europe tour in Nov 2018. Itinerary were well plan and executed. A shout out to our tour manager Mr. Jeremiah Tan whom had made the long bus rides enjoyable with his humorous speeches and had always made it a point to remind and looked out for our safety throughout the trip. He had gone above and beyond to ensure that all tour participants will enjoy the tour. A job well done! Thanks once again!

We joined 13D10N Eastern Europe tour from 16 Oct 18 to 28 Oct 18. Highly recommended as our tour guide, Ricky Woo, was fun and reliable. One of our tour members was strangled at Dubai airport due to torn passport. He took the ownership to contact different authorities and offices to assist them. With his help, our tour mates manage to join us one day later!

Very systematic during the whole tour. I was so impressed with our wonderful tour guide Mr Kevin Cheng who can handle 44 passengers. Special thanks to Kevin who is so helpful and patient during our trip.

We are very impressed with our Tour Manager, Rin Leow.She led us on the 12 Days 9 Nights Balkans Adventure from 31 Oct to 11 Nov 2018.May not be convenient for me to expressingly describe how a particular demand from fellow tour mate was being accomodated, but she definitely have a heart and gutts bigger than her petite size and young age.Its EU's great benefit to hv such a valuable staff.Keep it up Rin

Every morning, he will explain in detail the tour schedule in both Mandarin and English to ensure everyone understand. He will also remind us to watch out for incidents including pickpockets.Micheal also volunteer to take pictures for all the tour members. I strongly recommend Michael Yap to be the tour leader.

My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves to the max. Everyday is full of laughter with no boring moment.Our group has only 19 members but it's a comfortable number which I get to know each individual well. This group is exceptionally fun and our tour leader , Michael (self claimed Handsome Mike), had been entertaining throughout the trip. Michael is a responsible tour leader who made sure everything was in place for the trip , from the places of interest to accommodations and the traveling time (especially toilets), to avoid any delay in the schedule. Slogan: Leave no man behind.He is knowledgable and savvy in providing informations on cultural and historical landmarks. Every single number he mentioned (e.g. Seine River is 777km long) is precise and accurate ( I googled as he speaks). He translates every english sentence he said to mandarin as well.From strangers to friends, I am really glad that I signed up for this awesome Europe trip. Now I'm even planning on another trip with some of the new friends I made this round.Thank you "Handsome Mike" and EU holidays for this awesome experience! :)

Tour: 12D9N Adventure to The Balkans Date: 17 Oct to 28 Oct 2018Tour Manager: Jia FuMy sis and I just returned from the Balkans tour and we enjoyed ourselves very much. We did not have high expectations as the group was big (41 pax). However, we were fortunate to have a top notched tour manager, Jia Fu. Instead of chaos and confusion, everything ran like clockwork. We were very impressed by the way he handled a case of stolen passport, he was calm, collected and professional. He made all the necessary arrangements and took care of the little details. It is comforting to know that we are in good hands when in a bad situation. We were amazed by his bilingual skill, switching from English to Mandarin effortlessly. We would also like to thank and appreciate our bus captain Mr Mario. He is a very safe, patient and polite driver.

My wife and I had a few bad encounters with the hotel and Vivian turn up personally to assist us to solve the issues. She is very responsive and prompt in clarifying our enquiries. My wife and I agree that she had made the trip even more memorable with her ensuring that all our belongings are accounted for.Tour: Sightseeing is good with the local tour guide, Ali. Ali provides very informative background about all the ancient temples and pyramid.Strongly recommend people to join EU for their Egypt tour.

On 17-28/Oct 2018 we (a group of 4) joined a tour to Balkans led by Mr Ong Jia Fu. We enjoyed the tour so much that we have not hesitation to recommend friends to join tours led by Jia Fu. Jia Fu took care of tour members in every aspect of our tour proper down to the detail such as seating arrangement of every meal, we know exactly what was expected in everyday itinerary. He went the extra mile to arrange the trip back to Singapore for one tour member whose passport was pick pocketed. We thank him very much for such a memorable trip to Balkans.

We were glad that our trip to Italy, Switzerland, France and Dubai was an enjoyable one. Our tour manager, Michael, was always there to keep us safe and remind us to look out for our belongings. His sense of humour also brought lots of laughter to our trip. We are also lucky to meet wonderful tour mates that care and look out for one another like a family during our tour period. Thank you EU for such a wonderful experience. :)

We had a good and enjoyable 13 days tour to Switzerland, France, Italy and Dubai. Michael, our tour manager, did a wonderful job to ensure that the tour went smoothl. Michael is caring and jovial!

On the 12 October 2018, I joined a 13-day tour to Croatia, Bosnia and etc with EU Holidays. It was an enjoyable and fulfilling trip. The group members were very interested to know about the country and the places we visited. However, not all the members were conversant in English. And, hence, would not understand all that was shared.Our tour leader, Paul made special effort to help. Initially, he would summarize in the morning the information of the places we visited the previous day in Mandarin. Subsequently, he even did research on the upcoming places and share with the group information in Mandarin. This helped us tremendously and we were very touched.He also took good care of the group members at all time. Well Done!! Paul 感谢你的服务，希望你更上一层楼！

Spain and Portugal 10D7NFor such a short time, itinerary cannot be expected to cover all grounds. But it’s a good introduction covering Andalucia, centre and Catalan areas. Barcelona was very rushed with less than 24 hours in the city and entrance fees are borne at our own expense. Perhaps Barcelona could have 2 nights and entrance to la sagrada can be booked online for us in advance. We enjoyed the free time to roam and explore after the local guide has given us introduction and history.Our guide, Joe, had a good selection of entertainment movies and music that catered to all age groups. He also kept a watchful eye on our needs and preferences. We appreciate his initiative to arrange routes to minimise unnecessary travelling time and to catch as much daylight as possible. He had a good depth of knowledge in religion, civil wars, spainish history etc and was enthusiatic in his sharing. Together with the local guide, we had an understanding of each area’s history. The information is useful to give meaning to what we see, especially in places where English explanations are not written.
