Tour: 13D Eastern EuropeDate: 4th to 16th JuneTour Manager: Jeremiah We had a very enjoyable trip and Jeremiah definitely played a crucial part in making the trip a memorable one. He is a very professional tour manager, giving clear instructions on meeting times, itinerary and peppered dry info with lots of humour. Our daily tour went on almost seamlessly except for some hotel glitches which were not within his control but were resolved. We really enjoyed his professionalism in the way he managed the tour, the way he related to the local tour guides, coach captain and his sincerity towards taking care of us. He is always looking out for us, ensuring all of us are well taken care of. On a daily basis, we were spoilt with his long but engaging stories and most of us will ask for more of his lovely anecdotes each day. On days that we had to travel hours on coach, what looms as long dreary coach ride journeyed on into an engaging inspirational ride as Jeremiah animatedly related stories after stories. Jeremiah is a dependable, professional, sincere and one of the best in-style Tour Manager I had ever met. We are very blessed to have had the pleasure of being in his tour group.

The itinerary was great, the food was good and the hotels are generally new and comfortable (perhaps with the exception of Grand Hotel Neum). Our manager Jerry was very experienced and organized, and he attended to all details, making our journey smooth and comfortable. The driver Deju was very careful and helpful. We will be glad to choose EU again for our next European holiday.

He was responsible and constantly went the extra mile to take care of us. He took the initiative to bring extra Sambal chili for our tour group and also bought local delicacies to be shared during the itinerary.The tour itself was well organized although the water heating system at certain hotels could be better. The weather can be erratic but we were forewarned sufficienly by Jerry.The area is rich with cultural and historical old towns surrounded by natural scenery - be it the sea or mountains. It was a good trip.

12D9N ADVENTURE TO THE BALKANSTour Date: 9 June 2018 to 19 June 2018Tour Manager: Jerry OngDefinitely a memorable trip for my family and I, this tour offered many wonderful sights to behold; from the majestic city walls of Dubrovnik juxtaposed against the clear waters of the Adriatic sea, to the unique architectural style that each old town embodied, and cobalt blue waters of Lake Bled embellished with Bled Island. During the Montenegro Blue Half Day Tour (optional tour), a hike up the city walls of Kotor revealed a beautiful panaromic view of Kotor Town, Kotor Bay and its embracing mountains. Also, we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel which had the Adriatic Sea near its doorstep.Our tour manager, Jerry, was key in allowing us to have such an enjoyable trip. Every night, without fail, he provided us with the next day's timeline and itinerary. The time allocation for each location was also sufficient such that we were able to explore each place thoroughly. Jerry was also meticulous in taking care of our welfare; he always ensured that we were aware of when the next washroom stop would be and made adequate stops such that we could have a comfortable ride in the bus without compromising on travelling time. He was also very conscientious in giving constant reminders about pick-pocketers at each place of interest. In addition, at hotels which some rooms posed problems, he was prompt to attend to the respective tour members' concerns and made sure everything was settled. We felt comfortable asking him lots of questions about the places of interest we have been to / are going to. He is also very knowledgeable about travelling in other parts of Europe and never once hesitated to answer our queries about them. It is also definitely worth mentioning that Jerry was a great photographer who often offered his help in taking pictures of us, leaving us with immortalised memories of the beautiful places we visited. There was also one day we went to the Plitvices National Park and there was (unfortunately) a drizzle and overcast. Knowing that our photos will be less than ideal, Jerry voluntarily sent us very nice pictures of the park on a clear day. His initiative to send his pictures of the various places of interest, not only on that gloomy day, was very much appreciated by all of us as we'd have lovely pictures to remember the various places by.Not to forget our driver, Duje, who was excellent in navigating through many narrow and winding roads and brought us safely from place to place. He was also very friendly and helpful in loading and unloading luggages on and off the bus.A big thank you to Jerry and Duje!

Information, schedule for the next day were disseminated thru the chat group.Members also used the chat group to share photos, jokes and issues encountered. Hotel Sheraton got the thumbs up. Hotel Neum was last on the list with members experiencing : no blankets, door dropping all due to ignorance. We had a good laugh at the so many ignorant questions posted on the chat group. Yes and lovely pictures taken on Jerry's camera and share with the group.A very memorable trip made possible by EU hardworking, thoughtful and knowledgeable tour manager.

Tour : 13N/10D highlight of eastern EuropeDate : 4 Jun to 16 Jun 2018Tour manager : Jeremiah TanFirst time joining eu holiday tour package. Tour manager Jeremiah took care of us well, always briefing us on whats ahead for us. Like every package tour, there are optionals and he was not pushy at all. In fact, he gave us honest advice on which ones are worthwhile joining.Typically once we get up the bus, we would all fall asleep but not on Jeremiah trip. He would keep us entertained with some history of the place and many other of his jokes and life story which sometimes are very true and helpful. At stops, he helps the group with photos and precautions.Had a really enjoyable trip.

His attention to details especially the daily Whatsapps reminders on the timing has been very helpful. He has always been approachable and is able to managed the varies requirements of the group with prompt and cool. Well done!赞赞赞！Our favorite is Hungary, Poland n Czech Republic !

Tour: 13 days 10 nights Eastern EuropeDate : 6 to 18 JuneTour Manager : Sebastian MakOur first time booking a tour with EU Holidays. The trip went beyond our expectation for the price we paid. Food and accommodations are satisfactory with only 1/2 hotel rooms were warm due to the aircon not turned up sufficiently for hot European summer time. The highlight is having a good and patient tour leader. Mr Sebestian Mak ensured that the group are together before moving off to another tour destination. I noted that he will walk from the front to the back of the tour bus to ensure all have boarded before we set off to another place. Unfailingly, Mr Mak will watsapp the night before, a reminder of the next day's itinerary, weather, specific notes, etc. Reliable and constantly in touch as he has promptly answered some of my queries via watsapp. During the long bus journeys, he entertained us with destination's facts/info, jokes and even sang for us!Will definitely look for EU Holidays for our future holiday trips! Tour: 11N Europe Highlights + 2N DubaiTour Manager: Michael YapDate: 01 Jun to 14 Jun 18This itinerary offers a glimpse of 6 European cities over a span of 11 days, topped with an Arabian experience in Dubai for 3 days. I would recommend it to first-timers to Europe. Hotels, albeit small, were very clean and cosy. Coach was spacious and clean as well. Food could have been better though.Our tour manager, Michael, was detailed and responsible. He would converse in both English and Mandarin to accomodate to the multi-racial group, take initiatives to swap flight seats and hotel rooms just to ensure that family members are being grouped together and would offer his photo-taking services without much being said. For the long journey between cities, he would sing and crack jokes to keep us entertained. His constant reminders to check for personal belongings have helped keep the group alert and free of theft throughout the trip. Helpful guy as well as I have seen him take initiative to carry the luggage and stroller for the family with small kids.Overall, he took great care of the group throughout the entire trip and we are pleased with his service. Would recommend him to friends and families.

Alicia's dedication and passion towards her role were commendable. After a long flight and tiring city tour at Copenhagen, we were looking forward to a good dinner upon checking in to Hotel. To our surprise, the portion served was just too unreasonable and Alicia took the initiative to provide feedback to your company. Thank you, EU for the wonderful Swedish Meatball lunch to make up for the dinner. From the flights, train, cruise and ferry rides, a smooth transition would not be possible without Alicia's great planning. For long bus rides, she took the extra mile to share as much site information to us instead of the usual dead silence from my previous tour. Her site knowledge was well explained and I do inherit a lot from it. That's what I call a "Well Done Tour". I could see that Alicia take customer satisfaction level very seriously. Firstly, during our flight, she will walk around and check on us. When the hygiene level of the lavatory was not up to satisfaction, she took the initiative to feedback to the cabin crew even though this was beyond her job scope. Secondly, the elder on this trip was well taken care of under Alicia's hand. Lastly, she puts in an effort to meet our needs and requests for this 11 days tour. Well done Alicia! Although our baggage was delayed upon arrival in Singapore, Alicia directed us to the Lost and Found office. This is what I call professionalism.  It was a pleasant tour experience. We enjoyed the tour alot and would like to commend Sabestian, our tour manager for being such a kind, caring and professional person throughout the trip. Even though he was not very familiar with the places we went, he was honest about it and still put in his best efforts to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. Every night he would also consolidate the important info regarding next day's wake up, breakfast and departure time and whatsapp us to remind us abt it. This is very useful for us as the timing is different everyday and we might forget it. He is also very patient with us. During the last day when we needed to do the tax refund, it went smoothly as he constantly reminded and explained to us how to do it. When we expericed issues contacting the reception at some hotels, he would help us to contact them and ensured that the issues were resolved. Overall we had a good experience with the trip and tour manager and would definitely travel with EU Holidays again.
