11 days 8 nights Europe highlights + 2 days Dubai (7 to 20 Nov 18) / Tour Manager: Ong Kah HooServiced by Huay Cheng and Alicia at the counter. Both are very friendly and patient staff who provided good insights and advices to us. They provided us with options on the dates, itineraries, airlines and the cost breakdown on every tour we enquired.Professional & well organised tour manager, Jiafu (Ong Kah Hoo) who has been on top of everything including our safety, allocation of hotel room and seating arrangement in all restaurants to ensure the comfort of all travellers. Jiafu managed the timing so well that non of our meals are delayed and coach captain’s driving hours are not extended. He takes good care of the everybody’s well being. He also engaged professional local guides for our trip. He has been guiding us on tax refunds throughout the trip and helped us at the airport although he has no obligation to do so.Jiafu makes an effort to text us everyday on next day schedule (morning call time, breakfast time and location and coach departure time) even though he has briefed us in the coach at the end of each day. He also sent us pictures on complimentary items and reminded us on the chargeable items in the hotel rooms after we checked in and sent us information on where we can find restaurants on days where dinner are not provided.As a tour manager, he has good knowledge on every places of interest we went including their history. On the other hand, he also provided us with very insightful information on the countries we went so that we can have better understanding of those countries.Prior to the trip, Jiafu was constantly feeding us with a lot of information via WhatsApp and answered all questions that we sent him. He did a good briefing before the trip.He also ensured that our group is well taken care off during our free and easy days in Dubai in his absence until the day we touched down in Singapore.Jiafu is a very knowledgeable and informative tour manager who can be rely on if you are traveling with him.Itineraries are based on individual likings. The places are well covered, however we are mostly taking photos from the outside. No chance to view any art piece and didn’t go near the Eiffel Tower to have a closer look. Remember to check if you wish to visit any factory outlet for shopping as this tour did not cover.

12D9N Adventure to BalkansDate: 10 Nov to 21 Nov 2018Tour Manager: Ms Ann SooWe would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent and professional services rendered to us by your Tour Manger, Ms Ann Soo during our Balkans tour.During the trip, Ann came across as a very experienced, responsible and dedicated tour guide who took good care of everyone in the group. Despite the fact that there were 33 people to manage in the group (including a handful of the elderly), Ann had done a superb job in time management and in interacting and co-ordinating well with all of us as well as with the coach driver so much so that there is not a single hiccup during the entire tour. The whole trip has been a safe, smooth and comfortable one for everyone.Ann was also very vigilant and watchful over us. She would walk with us in every city tour and visit to places of interest to ensure that no one was left behind in the group. While in Ljubljana, Slovenia, one of members in the group was pickpocketed while walking in the street (this had happened despite the fact that Ann had earlier on constantly reminded us to be careful with our money and belongings wherever we go). Luckily, Ann had been watchful over us and acted fast enough to stop the culprits from running away with the stolen wallet. As a result, our group member managed to get back his stolen wallet without losing a single cent! Well done Ann! We were really impressed upon witnessing the whole incident.For the four of us in the family, this is the very first time we joined EU for a tour and I must say that the qualities of the Balkans tour package and the tour guide have completely won over us. We are planning for our next trip and looking forward to the same wonderful tour experience with EU!

There were 44 passengers in total including 10 who joined us from Kuala Lumpur.The challenge of managing such a large group was further exacerbated by a few difficult passengers who were incessantly and unreasonably complaining and unhappy.However, our tour manager was unfazed and handled the entire tour with patience, professionalism, cheerfulness and even managed to remain upbeat. He did a great job addressing all the requests and did his best to accommodate everyone. We were glad to have had him as our tour manager.All the best to you, Steve! God bless!

Tour Name: 11D8N Balkans DelightTour Date: 3 to 13 Nov 2018Tour Manager: Darien TangMy girlfriend and I had just returned from an enjoyable trip to Balkans last week. Would like to give a big thumbs up to our tour manager Darien Tang for his professionalism in leading the whole group of 30 members. He was caring, thoughtful and on his toes throughout the 13 days. Never fail to offer us chilli sauce that he brought with him during meals and even bought snacks to share with the group. A very detailed person and will keep reminding us to keep our bags and belongings safe and update us on the weather for the next day. I was impressed by his wide knowledge and experience plus sharing with us a lot of information which not all tour leader are able to do so. I will definitely recommend EU Holidays to friends and relatives.The only set back is the coach is rather stuffy and hot, we understand that the weather is cold outside during autumn and need no airconditioner, however, it will be good if they could open the top vent or turn on the fan higher for better air circulation.Lastly, not forgetting to thanks the participants in the tour as most of the members were very friendly, fun, helpful and cooperative. It takes all these people with good vibes together to make the whole trip so awesome and memorable. Luckily, I have load of pictures to look back on and smile Gonna miss many of the fun members.Looking forward to more holidays with EU and it will be a great advantage if we can have Darien as the tour manager again.

Just returned from 11D 8N Balkans Delight (4-13 Nov) lead by tour manager Darien Tang whom the whole tour mates sang a lot of praises about his commitment to ensure every one of us was well taken care of. The trip was very smooth & organised under his care. Have strongly recommended EU to friend & colleagues after our return.
