We enjoyed ourselves very much to our great surprise..the itinerary was exactly what we originally had in mind as we wanted a stressfree holidays. The local guides were pretty eloquent in their narration of the history .Sebastian Mak certainly lived up to his namesake .. he is friendly, entertaining, witty, well equipped with nuggets of knowledge on the countries we visited . He takes good care of everyone of us on this trip making sure we don’t fall preys to the scams eg the survey scams. He also highlighted to us the various scams n constantly reminded us to be vigilant n alert. He arranges the optional tours with good coordination. The food n accommodations are pretty good n to the standards as expected from Europe . Overall, I am impressed with the services rendered by EU holidays n especially Sebastian Mak .,I strongly recommend him . I will definitely use EU holidays again.

Well planned itinerary. My tour manager, Nichole Lim, made an extra mile to source additional activities for us, on top of optional tour, for e.g, new art gallery in Saariselkä. A fully committed TM:-)

We went on the 10 days Italy Fiesta tour with Tour Leader Connie Hay and it was a really memorable experience. Connie was detailed, hands-on, helpful, and she gave us very good advice and information. I was not well on the first day and she even accompanied me to the hospital and waited with me.Accommodation was decent as well and the hotels while no-frills are mostly new and very clean and comfortable. Food was excellent.It was our family’s first time with EU Holiday and I must say we are definitely happy with our experience! Will certainly consider future holidays with EU.

10D7N Winter Adventurer in Finland + Norway King Crab SafariTour manager: Luke SohBeautiful scenery and locations! It was especially nice to be able to see both snow and aurora during our visit to Finland. Wish there could be more places to visit/stop by on long bus journey days.We’ve been blessed with a wonderful and kind tour manager Luke who took care of us, gave clear instructions and valuable recommendations for meals. He demonstrated a good balance between professionalism and entertainment.Especially on the day where we stayed at the igloo, he was the first to help us spot the aurora and stayed with us till late so that we could all take beautiful pictures of the sky. His relentless effort in helping us cook sausages on a cold night also warmed all our hearts. He also never failed to make everyone feel happy with his optimistic and cheery voice.It was overall a very memorable trip!

Our tour manager:Peter TehFootprint plus Dubai24 Nov 2018 - 9 Dec 2018I will recommend EU Holidays to my friends.Our overall experience was great .We have a very close group of tour mates after half of month of playing,sharing and conquering from one location to another...we were bonded by very strong bond of friendship among us.I must say that we do not experience first class food nor lodging but we were blessed to have a first class tour manger ,Peter who is very experience I must say that he always coordinates the timing and the coach well so that we did not have to wait in the cold..esp during winter..he manages our time pretty well though I had wish for longer shopping time. He always ensures we get our food on time and tries his very best to arrange rooms such that we are always close to our familiy members. He is always vigilant to ensure that we were safe from pickpockets.....There was this day,we were in Italy leather shop..suddenly from nowhere an unfamiliar Italian looking guy standing next to one of our tour mates coz her pockets were open,immediately Peter realise that he was up to no good and even went up bravely to confront him...Peter is a good shepherd,always on the lookout,always vigilant..He always wanted us to keep a lookout for one another in the group and that is one of the reason why our group was so united and close.We have indeed a lot to learn from him.Peter ,you are the best and most experienced tour guide ,I believe you are God sent tour guide to us..we are grateful to have you as our tour guide in this Europe trip..your experience and planning also help us enjoy the whole of our Europe trip plus Dubai.In a long trip like ours..nothing beats having a professional and experience tour guide like you.In conclusion,you need a good tour guide so that you can enjoy the trip.I think by now you know who you can count on to be your guide in EUThumbs up for Peter

He ensures each family to have stunning photos taken which has made this journey so complete and unforgettable.All kids loved him, they had awesome time with him for snow fighting, sleighing and may more. We would like to record our appreciation to EU Holidays for our recent wonderful trip to Turkey from 27 Nov to 6 Dec. Special thanks to our tour leader; Ms Joey Tan for her professionalism, care and concern towards our group members throughout the whole trip. Ms Joey was extremely kind and thoughtful and delivered her responsiblities vr well. She was extremely helpful in recovering my sister's bag which was accidentally left at one of the stopover's toilet. We are extremely grateful for her excellent service. We are also grateful to EU for allocating an experienced driver for the tour. Despite long hours of driving, he was very patient, helpful and always spotting a warm smile. Nice scenic in Switzerland where the tour manager Tammy Tan bought us. She bought wine to the mountains where we can have nice views & photo taken and wi e to keep us warm. She bought chilli from Sg all the way to Europe so we could enjoy our food to the fullest. Thumb up & likes to Tammy. Muck

Just returned from a tour to Turkey. Departed on 27/11/2018 to 6/12/2018. We were prepared for this trip, as we expected it to be a long and tiring journey. Our tour leader was extremely professional, dedicated and helpful, even we were considered as the “difficult” ones. The scenery was beautiful. No doubt the time given was insufficient to many, we stillmanaged to capture many photos and we have many pleasant memories and hundreds of photos to cherish. There are still rooms for improvement like the foods, as we were consuming almost the same dish everyday. Optional trips was great and memorable. We had enjoyed it so much. Two thumbs up. The utmost important things in this trip were, the tour leader and the guide, who is very knowledgeable had their fare share of their responsibilities, as not everyone in our group could be pleased, kudos too to the driver who had driven us 2400 km, safely to every of our destinations. Thanks EU Travels, we will definitely chose you again for our future trips and would definitely recommend others. Further to add, our tour guide Mr Akin Yildiz was extremely helpful. My husband with his friend, had decided to go for Turkish bath. He acceded to my husband’s request by making arrangement with the spa. He ensured that after the jeep safari trip, we were driven to the spa safely and awaited us there and throughout the whole session. After the good session, my husband and his friend did not have sufficient cash and he paid for them first. My husband tried to reimbursed him later but he refused to accept. He also made arrangement for the taxi but did not accept any payments from us. They reached the hotel on time for the next event. This was done in between the tight schedule, so everyone could have a great time that awaits us. Mr Akin also assisted in trying to retrieve the glasses of one of the tour mate who left behind at the shop that we earlier patronised the day earlier. These little gestures made our trip more memorable and pleasant. Overall Mr Akin is a good, knowledgable and helpful guide. He had done a great job. Keep up the good work and well done. Thank You.
