Both myself Susan & Helen has joined EU holiday for a tour in Spain& Portugal from 15th - 26th Oct 22It was a wonderful trips with fun and joyful trip , it was lead by Ricky Woo , he is very professional in his duty , very experience and knowledgeable , we really enjoyed our time with him with all 21 of us.We are pending for more tour in future , like to request for Mr . Ricky to enjoy with us again.

At our tour to Spain and Portugal from 15 Oct to 25 Oct, our tour manager Ricky Woo is very jovial and caring and helpful. Always remind us for the next day sight seeing schedule and always alert us on weather conditions and to take care of ourselves and be careful about pick pockets. We are happy to have him as our tour manager again on our next trip.

Ricky Woo our tour leader has been always on top of things. He always attend to our request without any complain. We had an enjoyable time with our 6yo son.

I would like to compliment Jimmy Lau who was our tour manager for more my recent 12D/9N Spain/Portugal tour. Starting from the briefing he has already gone the extra miles to form a group chat, asked us for our seat and food preference.He slso takes the initiative to make sure the family are seated in the plane together. He is also very knowledgeable especially the option tour to Fatimah. He did the commentary himself saving us some money for the option tour without engaging a local guide thus giving us more free time to do what we want at Fatimah.He also made good recommendations for meals on oor own.He also help us all the way with our tax refund.I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for taking good care of me as I was travelling alone as my friend cannot make it to the trip at the last moment.Celestine Chan

Ive been on private tours and group tours. A big thank you for making my honeymoon trip a very smooth and memorable one. Seb definitely set a high benchmark for my expectation of tour managers on group tours. He's always on the ball looking out for us against our best friends - pickpockets etc. Seb goes the extra mile by always preparing us before every program and manages our expectations very well. Very entertaining with his historial information, jokes and stories, the several hours long drives dont seemed that long at all. Dont know him before, but a friend after the trip. I will definitely go on another trip with Seb without second thoughts.

Having an amazing tour manager like Jiafu definitely makes the trip memorable and enjoyable. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Had a good trip with EU led by Sebastian. He is an experienced tour manager and has good background knowledge of Europe and led the group well to keep pace with the itinerary. For the Zipline ride, as the weather was wet in the morning, he made the extra effort to monitor the weather and reschedule it to the afternoon which help make this activity possible. My kids and I loved this ride! Sebastian also gave useful tips to keep our possessions safe and pointed out to us good food to try during the trip. We were also blessed with good travel mates, and would be happy if we can meet again in a future trip, cheers!
