Ive been on private tours and group tours. A big thank you for making my honeymoon trip a very smooth and memorable one. Seb definitely set a high benchmark for my expectation of tour managers on group tours. He's always on the ball looking out for us against our best friends - pickpockets etc. Seb goes the extra mile by always preparing us before every program and manages our expectations very well. Very entertaining with his historial information, jokes and stories, the several hours long drives dont seemed that long at all. Dont know him before, but a friend after the trip. I will definitely go on another trip with Seb without second thoughts.

This is our 2nd time taking a tour with EU holidays, and our first trip to Europe (Italy, Switzerland and France)My wife and I had enjoyed the tour, which was led by a great tour leader. Before the tour, he gave us a good briefing on the plans and the necessary items to bring along, including reminders on being cautious of pickpockets.During the trip he took care to ensure we were all safe and nobody was left alone - not easy since the group was big with 32pax. When there was a delay to our dinner, he bought the group biscuits to make sure we weren’t too hungry along the journey. The tour guide also reacted quickly when one of our hotels ran out of hot water. I enjoyed my birthday surprise during a dinner at a restaurant in Switzerland, where we had a good time with the funny restaurant boss. Thank you so much for planning this!Throughout the trip he gave very helpful advice and tips on locations of chinese restaurants and where to buy souvenirs.Overall i had a very good time because of our great tour guide and would like to rate him 5 stars!

First timing coming to such a far place from home , was worried about the pickpockets in Europe but going this tour with Sebas , me and my girlfriend feel super safe. Everyday he will whatsapp us on all the important details , during bus rides he will share with us his experiences and what to beware off.During the tour to many places he always put us first always accommodating to our needs , helping us take photo , bringing us to eat good food etc.Having him around was a blessing as we really dont have to worry about anything and thats the reason why decided to go with a tour.First experience with a tour company and such a good tour manager, in the future all my tour vaccinations i will ring Sebas up ! 5 Star Customer Service is hard to find but sebas really did it ! This is our 2nd tour with EU Holidays. Our TM did an excellent job in ensuring that my wife and my dietary needs are met in the best possible way. Even during our Chinese dinner, our TM was attentive and realized that we are consuming minimally. He made a special arrangement that we were then served with a seafood pasta instead. We were very appreciative of his act.Our TM also gave clear information and he followed up with WA to ensure that we received all the schedule for the day. He was very concerned with our safety and well-being throughout our tour. And that all our queries were clarified without delay. A BIG 2 thumbs up to TM Mr Sebastian Mak!! Thank You.
