13D Europe footprint Tour manager : Sabestian MakDate of departure: 5 Oct 2018-17 Oct 2018Pricing of the whole packaged is really affordable. Brought my mother for this tour , and we both really enjoy our self, it wasn't as what others say that we would be rushing from places to places , and also with the help of Sabestian which makes our trip fun and enjoyable , thou there was a little hindrance while trying to transit from Dubai to London, but we survived. Was really entertain by Sebastian throughout this trip with his singing and stories telling and history of the place. Really glad to have Sabestian as my tour manager. And definitely if i were to go onto any Europe countries again, Eu Holidays would be my first choice. Special thanks to Sabestian for taking good care of us.

Recently back from the Premium Balkans trip. The Tour Manager, Lubis is good and perform his duties well. Every day he will remind us abt the weather for the next day. There was no hiccup on this trip. The office staffs are friendly and they know their products well

Our group has been targetted by a few local (Europe) pickpockets (Gypsies) on several different occasions. However, Connie never fails to "Protect" us by positioning herself between the tour group and the pickpockets, spreading both her arms wide open to block the pickpockets away from us.Connie is also a very hilarious, knowledgeable and experienced tour manager as she knows everything about the places we're touring at, such as...Telling us the stories of the historical monuments we will be visiting.Running everywhere selflessly to help us take the best scenic and majestic Instagram-Worthy photographs!!Informing us the temperature and weather forecast update on every end of the day, so we will all have a better idea on what to wear tomorrow.Recommending several delicious and affordable restaurants and cafés that we can dine-in without needing to worry about the dual-charge. (A.K.A. 被砍菜头/Scam)Letting us know where we can use the toilets for free whenever available so that we don't have to spend too much money on nature calls. (Don't be surprised!! My Mum's friend spent approximately SGD$100/Pax just to use the toilets in Europe because her tour guide does not know any locations that provide free toilets!!)Helping us to check and manage the tax-refunds and tax-refund forms (Which are very complicated and confusing to me!!) so that we can continue to do our shopping hassle-free!!Sharing with us her very humorous stories such as her life as a tour manager and her experiences with different tour groups in different countries, and also her very interesting counter with the local (Europe) pickpockets.I'll definitely recommend Connie Hay and EU Holidays to anyone who is embarking to Europe!!Lastly, thank you very much to Connie Hay for making my first-ever Europe trip so enjoyable and memorable!! 

14D10N BEST OF EASTERN USA AND CANADA (AUTUMN EXCLUSIVE)5th Oct - 18th Oct 2018Tour manager: Andy YuanThis is our 3rd booking with EU holidays and first time to the US. Initially my mum and I were worried about the large size of 38 pax. However, we were very impressed with the way Andy conducted the tour. Andy paid attention to the details, ensuring each passenger got what they need, and did his best to accommodate each of us. He gave very clear and precise instructions and had good suggestions on what to do, eat and buy at each stop. The bus journey at certain points were long, but made more tolerable with his entertaining jokes. The first tour we've been on where there were absolutely no delays in the entire itinerary. Everyone bonded very well and we enjoyed the tour very much. If you're looking for a guide for the Eastern USA, Andy comes highly recommended!Itinerary was good and all the places visited were beautiful. Only suggestion would be to maybe extend the tour by 1 more day in Manhattan.

The hotel with a direct view of the Niagara Falls and the stay at Mont Tremblant left deep impression. My family and I totally enjoyed the tour.The tour manager Andy is very familiar with USA and Canada and is very hands on. Constant updates on the journey and hotels and tourist spots as well as his familiarity with customs allowed us to enjoy the entire tour without any worry. His humour and PR skill also managed to get the entire tour group to forge a close ties through out the trip.Definitely worth going and glad to have Andy as the tour manager.

13D10N Central Europe footprint tour -5th oct to 17 oct 18.Tour manager: Sebastian MakThis is definitely one of the best tour I have ever joined and I want to thank our tour manager Sebastian for making it happen. Not only he is approachable, entertaining, alert (about the pickpockets) and informative. He is also well prepared and displayed much professionalism in unforeseeable incident. During the middle of the trip, his phone spoilt which I tot the trip might be ruin but not only has he brought a backup phone which ensure that the tour goes on smoothly, he also did not show a black face even though we could feel that his pain for his phone which really impressed me.The tour is well paced with a mix of Chinese and western cuisine and with additional food recommendations by Sebastian. There is sufficient time for shopping and he ensures that our tax refund can be done properly by repeating himself many times.I will recommend those who are considering go Europe to sign up for this tour. 

Tammy is a very experience and fun tour leader. Thanks a lot to Tammy and EU.

Just back from 13 days Central Europe trip. This trip brought us to Italy, Swiss and Paris. While the western meals in Italy can be improved but the itinerary was good. The most outstanding and impressive about this trip is our Tour Manager, Connie Hay. She is very knowledgeable, hardworking, helpful and friendly. She also kept all of us entertained through out the bus journey with her past encounters in Europe and sometimes with jokes. Her mixed slants with many nationality languages also make our occasionally long bus trips feel shorter. We would not have fully enjoyed this trip without her.
