We were glad that our trip to Italy, Switzerland, France and Dubai was an enjoyable one. Our tour manager, Michael, was always there to keep us safe and remind us to look out for our belongings. His sense of humour also brought lots of laughter to our trip. We are also lucky to meet wonderful tour mates that care and look out for one another like a family during our tour period. Thank you EU for such a wonderful experience. :)

On the 12 October 2018, I joined a 13-day tour to Croatia, Bosnia and etc with EU Holidays. It was an enjoyable and fulfilling trip. The group members were very interested to know about the country and the places we visited. However, not all the members were conversant in English. And, hence, would not understand all that was shared.Our tour leader, Paul made special effort to help. Initially, he would summarize in the morning the information of the places we visited the previous day in Mandarin. Subsequently, he even did research on the upcoming places and share with the group information in Mandarin. This helped us tremendously and we were very touched.He also took good care of the group members at all time. Well Done!! Paul 感谢你的服务，希望你更上一层楼！

Spain and Portugal 10D7NFor such a short time, itinerary cannot be expected to cover all grounds. But it’s a good introduction covering Andalucia, centre and Catalan areas. Barcelona was very rushed with less than 24 hours in the city and entrance fees are borne at our own expense. Perhaps Barcelona could have 2 nights and entrance to la sagrada can be booked online for us in advance. We enjoyed the free time to roam and explore after the local guide has given us introduction and history.Our guide, Joe, had a good selection of entertainment movies and music that catered to all age groups. He also kept a watchful eye on our needs and preferences. We appreciate his initiative to arrange routes to minimise unnecessary travelling time and to catch as much daylight as possible. He had a good depth of knowledge in religion, civil wars, spainish history etc and was enthusiatic in his sharing. Together with the local guide, we had an understanding of each area’s history. The information is useful to give meaning to what we see, especially in places where English explanations are not written.

12D9N - Adventure to the Balkans06 - 17 Oct 18Tour Manager : Jerry OngI must say Jerry is a young, energetic guy and most importantly experience in leading us. He planned good timing and even show us a private spot in Zadar, Croatia for us to catch the most beautiful sunset in the world.On 13Oct, Jerry is experienced enough to make us wake up earlier than usual to visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia and it so happened to be a special day for the locals hence it’s packed with people (both locals and tourist). Jerry is able to direct and help us queue where long queues are anticipated. On this day, we don’t have to miss our lunch and timing planned is just fantastic.Thank you Jerry for a memorable holiday for all 36 of us in the group and well done EU Holidays to have included Jerry as part of the company.

When I first heard total 38 people in this trip, I like: Gosh…..huge group and how they going to manage, big problem if anyone of passenger missed the train. But this was no happen during this trip as with good guardian by experience tour manager- Jia Fu, everything is on the schedule, of course I must said, using the whisper is a good ideal, no one missed with the clear instruction given before and after, his also done well in the seating arrangement, regardless in train or meal. A BIG thank you –Jia Fu, it’s so enjoyable. p.s. Assigned an experience tour manager for such a big group is necessary.

Went on a Switzerland trip from 6 to 15 Oct 18 led by tour manager, Jiafu. A very good trip. Jiafu planned the trip very smoothly, with clear instructions, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was with us all the way throughout the trip, from the assembly at Changi airport, transit at Dubai, all the train and bus trips in Switzerland till we came back which he waited till everyone has collected their luggages before he left. The best tour manager I ever had.

11D8N Great Caucasus (09MCGYDA26/18QR) - 26 Sep 2018 to 6 Oct 2018The feedback form limits our words. My husband and I would like to thank Ms Kim Ng for her recommendations for this package tour. The sceneries are truly beautiful, people are friendly and warm and food are good too. It would be regrettable if we did not go to Caucasus. Kim listened to our concerns and interests. She made suggestions and recommendations that aligned appropriately to my and my husband’s needs. After we booked and paid for the package tour, she still stayed in contact with us by providing timely information on the tour (e.g weather, things to bring, etc) and assuring us that Caucasus is a worthy place to visit. I sincerely appreciate the excellent quality customer services provided by Kim. To Kim, we would like to say a big THANK YOU.We would also like to commend our tour manager, Mr H.M. Chong. He has gone the extra mile to help all the passengers on the tour. He has initiative and was always there when the passengers were in need. Other than the local tour guides, he has good knowledge of the history of Caucasus and other countries to share with us. He is experienced, patient, helpful, caring and attentive. He helped those aged passengers with their luggages, and helped them board and alight from coaches, held and walked with these needy passengers up and down slopes, steps and stony roads. In Baku, the main course during the dinner were delayed for a long time. It was late and most of the passengers were tired. Eventually, we decided to leave the restaurant without eating the main course. He took remedy actions immediately and assured everyone that all would be fine. To make good the situation, we had trout fish for dinner at a fine restaurant with good ambience and service on the next day. The food and service at that restaurant were indeed very good. Throughout the tour, he provided excellent services, exhibited great passion and responsibility as our tour manager. He took the initiative to take photos and videos for all of us and made sure that everyone were safe and satisfied while having a great time. We were impressed by his outstanding professional services.Good tour managers and guides are hard to come by these days. We were really very lucky to have Chong as our tour manager for this tour. Thanks to Chong’s warm personality, we became friends with many of the passengers quickly. As far as we know, most of the passengers were very satisfied with his services and happy to have him on our tour. He has shown his professionalism by being attentive and meticulous in daily planning and working together with the local guides and drivers. He deserved to be recognized for his hard work, good attitude and passion.The local tour guides were:1) Mr Farman in Azerbaijan2) Ms Darejan in Georgia3) Mr Tigran in ArmeniaMr Farman spoke English with a strong local accent which can be difficult to apprehend at times. Nonetheless, he is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and shared a lot about Azerbaijan with us on the coach ride as well as at the places that we visited.Ms Darejan spoke well in English. She is knowledgeable and shared her country, Georgia and places of interests with us on the coach ride without any eye contact with us. She is friendly although she seemed to be more concerned on the pace of the tour.Mr Tigran is warm, friendly and knowledgeable with all the places we visited. In particular, we would like to commend Mr Tigran for his every effort taken to assist many of us on our queries and needs. He took the initiative to help us to take photos, entertained and brought lots of fun to all of us. He listened and addressed our concerns and helped everyone as much as he can. Be it toilet needs, shopping, food, etc., he tried his best to meet our requirements. To let us understand Armenia and warm up the relationship with passengers, he bought local food, e.g breads, ice cream for us to try. We sincerely appreciate the generosity, gracious and professional services provided by Mr Tigran. We were indeed impressed by his attitude in making sure we are all well taken care of.It was indeed an enjoyable and memorable tour. We had a great time and lots of fun! Thank you, Chong.
