He did his best to ensure everyone are comfortable. He frequently kept everyone updated with next itineraries, weather forecast and Aurora forecast, tried to cater for the individual’s dietary preferences. He kept himself awake in the cold late night and informed everyone on the status of the Aurora.Mr Steve Kwan is a very helpful, friendly, caring and knowledgeable Tour Manager. We just came back from 11D7N Finland Norway Tour with Mr Steve Kwan as the tour leader. He is not just a great TL, but also a good friend too. Everything went smooth. Start from check in both in airport or hotel, luggages, meals, places we visited, etc.He also tried his best to hunt the aurora. And we were so lucky to see aurora twice. Good job!! My family and I went on a trip to Russia from the 23 Dec 2018 to 2 Jan 2019 and had a very memorable trip as not only was the itinerary fun and interesting, our tour manager Jeremiah was nothing but an amazing guide!During the trip, we got to admire how beautiful Russia is and also learnt more about it's rich history. On top of that we participated in many fun-filled winter activities which were an experience of a lifetime for us.This trip was made more comfortable and enjoyable because of Jeremiah. He made long bus rides more bearable with the jokes that he shared. He also ensured that we got from one point to another safely not only in Russia, but when we were at Dubai for our transit.He even went to the extend to pay for the "photography fee" out of his own pocket at one of the museums and took the pictures for us while we listened to the history just so that we could take back a piece of the beautiful museum home.It was these little things that he did that made the trip that much more enjoyable and memorable for us!Kudos to Jeremiah and EU Holidays !

I just came back from the trip to Spain and Portugal led by Mei (19 Dec 2018 - 1 Jan 2019). I feel really fortunate to have Mei as our guide. Mei has taken very good care of us, and I truly felt her heart for wanting us to have an enjoyable and memorable trip. Most of all, I love the passion she has for Spain and Portugal. I learnt so much about these countries through her sharing, even though sometimes we may fall asleep on the bus due to tiredness (our bad!) Her passion triggered my interest to find out more about these countries on my own. Thank you Mei, and EU Holidays once again! Hope to travel with Mei again next time. 

Joined a tour group led by Mei to Spain & Portugal (19/12/18 - 1/1/19). It’s my first time joining a tour group and despite all the mad rush to different cities every morning, I certainly am glad to have an experienced and caring guide (Mei) to lead us and ensure everyone/everything is well taken care of.Mei is like the mother hen cum information booth cum ‘cause she’s been around and is pretty familiar with the European cities. I’m truly amazed at the depth of her knowledge in the history and culture of the multiple cities and appreciate that she shared with us her experiences and other essential information (that a country bumpkin like myself) we need to know.In a nutshell it’s been an enjoyable trip and it’s like attending a historical field trip overseas. Love the itinerary and wish it could be extended!Kudos to Mei and EU Holidays!
