The most important criterion to the success of a trip is whether team members had memorable moments. This would only be possible with a strong tour manager. Paul, in our private tour to Balkans from 3 to 15 Nov, had achieved this. Hence, kudos to him for the efforts and endeavours.

1st time with Eu Holidays for the 10D7N Train Ride in Switzerland on 6 Oct 18. 38 ppl in total But it was a enjoyable trip. Spectacular weather & Scenery!!! = AWESOME . Would like to take this opportunity to thank our Tour Manager : Jia FU. With his 14 yrs in the industry we are in good hands. He does his job well! He show professionalism and initiative to all the passages on tour. Day to day he will constantly make an effort to remind us- 1) be careful of our belongings2) watch the step when we board the train ofcoz with the help of the whisper everyone is well inform with clear instruction of what's next in line. He even went with us to the Tax Refund in the airport knowing many of us are new.No regrets - keep up the good work ! till we meet again. Cheers!

I highly recommend EU Holidays for Europe tours package.09ENDUBS19/18QR UK19sep18This was our family’s 3rd travel experience with EU Holidays.Although it starts with a very 1st and bad experience (due to denied entry visa by Ireland for my Indonesia mother in-law). Our tour manager Ricky Kristofferson and EU Holidays Pte Ltd had tried their best to keep us calm and give options to continue the tour without her for the first 2 days in Ireland, but manage to send her to Glasgow on 3rd day with different airline.Along the tour we encounter several minor incidents (i.e. luggage damage, vegetarian meal request, local tours during free days, etc.), we are impressed by Ricky Kristofferson handled things.His attitude direct on communications, very attentive to guest (i.e. request, well being, etc.), passionate of works and entertainers.He can be silly, many jokes, but at other times can be very strict.It has been one of the most memorable experience for us. Keep up the good works EU HOLIDAYS and Ricky Kristofferson.

Just came back from our 13D11N Eastern Europe tour. We are blessed to have Jeremiah as our Tour Manager. We enjoyed ourselves so much during the tour and this is definitely one of my most memorable trip. I must say that our tour manager is very responsible, caring guide, he kept us all entertained with his stories and jokes. He made me laughed so much and feel happy. I sincerely thank Jeremiah from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful memories and thanks once again for re-arranging our seats back from Dubai to Singapore. Last but not least, thanks to the driver who is very polite and careful in driving us around. Will surely recommend to my friends without hesitation.

13D10N/14D11N Highlights of Eastern EuropeTour Manager:Ricky WooTogether with 3 of my friends, we flew from Australia to join this tour from Singapore.This was my first time to Eastern Europe and it was exactly as per their itinerary.I wanted to see the different cities and get a feel of what Eastern Europe was like!Ricky is extremely knowledgeable of the countries we went to and since we had a group of 36 people with different intentions fir each city( some wanted shopping , others sightseeing etc) Ricky was quick to try and please everyone- I got sick on my second last day of the tour and he was very attentive and offered to get doctors etc - it was a relief to know that he knew what to do! His attention to detail in terms of timing to get us to all our destinations is commendable. The hotels we stayed at all had clean beds and bathrooms and we had full breakfasts! While we are all sleeping in the coach, Ricky will be working away and hardly slept.. making sure everything is ready when we arrive, be it the restaurant or the hotel or the local guide..and he also entertained us to keep the coach rides not so boring. Great experience and we made quite a few friends too!

I consider family to be the most valuable part of my life. This is being affirmed especially after my 13D10N Highlights Eastern Europe (29 Oct to 10 Nov 2018) with EU Holidays. My husband and I were blessed to have Jeremiah Tan as our tour manager, whom is patient, knowledgeable, with lots of TLC. We also appreciate his humorous jokes which made us understand deeper insight in cherishing family members whenever we could. His ice-breaking session bonded all the 38 tour members with lots of laughter as a family. Jeremiah Tan is professional and carry himself well. He has constantly promoting highlights of other tour packages organized by EU Holidays. He is an asset to the company. The most touching part of the holiday was Jeremiah "gang-up" with my husband to give me a surprise on my 26th Wedding Anniversary which falls on 8 Nov 2018. During the bus journey, Jeremiah played my favourite song which has significant meaning to me. On his own accord, he unexpectedly bought both of us a gift. We were amazed by his heartwarming act. Tour manger : Kevin ChengIt's my first time joining Eu Holiday with a big group of 44 members! Our tour leader Kevin Cheng is a responsible and caring person. He make sure everything was in place for the trip. I am proud of the group members they are also very cooperative and punctual without any delay the schedule. Pls give them a applause. From a strangers to friends. I am really glad we event planning go together another trip with Kevin Cheng again. Once again thank u Kevin for the memorable vacation experience. I truly enjoyed my 13 days Europe trip & 2 night stay in Dubai with some good friends. Their local guides, driver etc are superb. Thanks to our tour manager Mr Kevin Cheng. He care for everyone safety & comfortable . He is very responsible and patient to us .He even help out how to get the tax refund in the airport & also show us how to do it at shopping centre make us with no worry at all. You are awesome to handle such big group . we are looking forward to our next Norway trip with you in March 2020

A shoutout to Tour Manager: Jeremiah Tan. He is very professional in his work: by repeatedly informing all members of the group to be extra careful with our personal belongings, and also whatsapping us daily with regards to any information on the itinerary (13D10N highlights of eastern europe). additionally, he made the long bus rides enjoyable by making multiple jokes, and life stories. he had definitely made an excellent effort to make our holiday enjoyable and assured! thank you Jeremiah =)

Just completed a 13D trip (29oct-10nov) to eastern Europe my wife. It was a momentous holiday for us. We were awed by the sights, natural and man made . Tour went relatively smooth. Credit goes to tour manager Jeremiah Tan who also brought lots of laughter on long bus rides. Thank you Jeremiah. :)
