Great itinerary with lots of winter activities, good hotel, the best was at Kelo Glass Igloo Artic Resort.The King Crab Safari was the best dinner we had!The highlight of the tour was the appearance of Aurora Borealis when we were on Snow Mobile Safari hunting for the Northern Lights.And the best of all, our cheerful, lively, informative and hard working Tour Manager Nichole Lim. Kudos and great job!

Whilst we enjoyed ourselves and took in the breathtaking scenery throughout the trip, our holiday was made all the more memorable by our tour manager Sabestian Mak. Sabestian impressed as a responsible individual who demonstrated kindness and warmth in his interactions with everyone in our group. Despite him having felt fatigued as he had to lead back to back tour group travels, he still went the extra mile for members of our group and his sense of responsibility shone through consistently.My wife and I appreciate Sabestian's dedication, diligence and candid banter. This greatly contributed to us having a relaxing and memorable holiday. EU travels is indeed fortunate to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced staff in Mr Sabestian Mak. We wish Sabestian all the best in his career and that his efforts and talent be duly recognised. Happy Chinese New Year to one and all!

Had a wonderful Europe Trip from 13-26 Jan 2019. Visited Italy > Switzerland > Germany > France > Belgium > Amsterdam > Dubai > Singapore. Though we seemed to have visited many countries, it was a lot of touch-and-go and not very in-depth exploratory in each city.Our tour manager JIA FU focused a lot on our safety especially when we were in the hot tourist attractions. Always reminding us to stay away from dubious people and not to fall prey to their tactics. During our long bus ride, JIA FU constantly engages us with the historical background of the country and the special highlights of the area. It was a very enjoyable trip with him as our tour manager.What can be improved would be:1) the hotels which felt very mid-tier. Our party was a group of 3 sharing one room. This meant that it was extremely cramped within the room and very difficult to navigate. I felt that since each of us paid the same amount as any other twin-traveller, either our room should have been bigger than the regular room or at least special pricing arrangements should have been made for us. It was not enjoyable squeezing 3 pax in a tiny room yet having to pay the same rate.2) the meals that were provided by the tour were a bundle of hit-Misses. The restaurants that catered to our meals did not have very delicious servings. EU should considering changing the restaurants because meals are a huge part of the trip. It’s unpleasant to expect a meal to be provided yet get served sub-par food.

In Paris, some pickpockets came up to us and attempted some tricks and immediately regardless of his own safety and he went up to them and told them not to come near our tour group. I would definitely recommend EU Holidays for first timers who are visiting Europe. The itinerary was very good, covered quite a few countries. The Tour manager Jia Fu was also awesome! His main priority was for us to sight see more and our safety. He also made the coach rides more fun with jokes and even sang songs lol. His knowledge for each country and it’s history kept us interested. I will surely book my next tour with EU Holidays again. Thank you!!!!

It's my first time to joining Eu holiday for my Europe & Dubai Trip.. It was awesome, memorable trip for us. Tour: 11D8N Central Europe highlights + 2N DubaiDeparture: 10th Dec 2018Tour Leader: Our guide John Foo, was responsible and quite well organised. 2 of my family lost their passports and he was helpful in managing the problem. My son had his birthday during the tour and John helped to arrange for candles and mini celebration during breakfast. He is professional and dedicated to his work.Itinerary: Generally good overall with moderate pace. We were satisifed even though some of the places like Germany and Belgium were touch and go. But I guess it's expected given such a short span of time to cover so many countries. The sledging activity was very exciting, and the optional in Swiss was very fun!Dubai optional tour was interesting and fun packed. However, a local guide in Dubai was with us for half day (in fact, perhaps it was like 3 to 4 hrs). Not sure why we had to tip more than the amount for our guide while in Europe.Some improvement needed for the optional tour in Paris as amount spent is not really worth it, given that a large portion of the time we ended up just shopping at Lafayette.Accomodation: was generally average and acceptable, while our 2N in Paris was excellent given that Marriott Courtyard was the hotel we stayed in.However, the 1N in Nancy stopover was disappointing as it seemed more like 2star accomodation.Food: More variety would be appreciated. It was good that effort was made to incorporate asian flavours for some days. Some specialty meals did not seem to be special (for eg. chicken cutlet meal in Milan) which we could also have in an SG food court.Overall, it was a good tour for 40 pax and all of us appreciate the effort put in by John. and I have already recommended this tour package to my friends.

My bag was pilfered and my passport and invaluables were stolen in a matter of seconds. But what was amazing was the care, compassion and professionalism of one person - Sabestian Mak!To me, he is a God-send. If not for him, my tour experience would have been a total disaster. Despite this unfortunate experience, I still managed to enjoy the rest of the tour. I remembered clearly Sabestian's guidance in promptly lending me his personal mobile to cancel all my credit cards in quick time to avoid further damage. He contacted the nearest embassy to help me get the documents required to return to Singapore. He even accompanied me to the embassy in Berlin and ensured all was spiffy and smooth.Sabestian is more than a tour manager. He can calmly deal with crisis control, has the humour to engage the whole group, regaled us with his thematic and useful stories that kept us enthralled and amused. He is also very knowledgeable, organised, meticulous, talented (a linguist and an entertainer) and funny Thank you EU for having such a stellar staff in Sabestian. To me, it would not be an overstatement to say he is the best tour manager I have ever had the chance of meeting. Thank you very much Sabestian and may your career continue to soar high!

With him as our tour manager, i believe that everyone within the tour group felt very safe in europe despite the constant presence of pickpockets and other dangers. Mr Wang was very vigilant throughtout the trip and ensured that the safety of his tour group was his top priority. Furthermore, he was also very knowledgable and advices us with souvenirs that can be bought for our family and friends. When we left the group to head towards England, Mr Wang still ensured that we were safe and was available to respond to any queries that we have over in England despite him not being with us. Overall it was a fantastic trip, and kudos to Mr Wang for making the trip one to remember.

10D7N Winter Adventure In Finland + Norway King Crab Safari4/1/19-13/1/19Ricky WooThis is the 1st time that I've joined EU Holidays, which was recommend by a friend. I was very happy with the itinerary, the hotels, and most of all, our tour leader Ricky. He's like a robot, no need for rest or sleep yet always in top condition, even when we are his third tour group in a row. By right, he should have been exhausted after 20 days of non-stop work with only 4-6 hours of sleeping time a day, but he was still extremely professional, taking care of everyone and always reminding us about the next meeting time through WhatsApp. He always does a headcount wherever we go, and even puts in the effort to bring us around local attractions during our leisure time when he could have just went back to have an early rest. He would also often help us to take photos when our hand aren't available, at the cost of his own hands freezing in the cold without gloves. He would also sacrifice a lot of his resting time to help us watch out for the aurora, take beautiful photos, and post them in our group chat.I still remember the 1st day I checked into the Original Sokos Hotel Helksinki, where I couldn't open the window as there was no handle. I then asked in our group chat if anyone knew how to open it and, to my surprise, Ricky came over to check and immediately gave a call to the reception to tell them to fix it. Another incident was at the Thon Hotel Kirkenes, where Ricky saw the aurora outside our hotel and personally went to every room and knocked to inform us about it. Another event where he showed his professionalism was at our campfire in Saariselka. There were strong winds and heavy snow that day. Everybody was all hiding under the shelter except for Ricky. He stayed out under the extreme freezing conditions to help the rest of us to barbeque our hotdogs & marshmallows.I am extremely fortunate to have enjoyed my Finland trip with such a superb, first-class tour leader, and this trip will definitely stay in my memory for a long time. My family and I went for the 11days Egypt tour. Our tour manager was Melanie. She was very caring, thoughtful and brought great joy to our tour group. She would constantly check up on everyone of us and ensured that we enjoyed ourselves and were doing ok. As Egypt's climate is rather unpredictable, she would send us valuable information and advice on attire every night. We really enjoyed our trip a lot and one of the main reasons was definitely her presence.
