10D Italian fiesta8th NovTour Manager: Sabestian MakThe tour was well organised but the breakfast need improve or TOP up.Only good part was our tour manager Sebastian Mak.Sebastian is responsibility person keep remind everyone to be careful out belonging.He is very knowledge and experience tour manager willing to share any topic.He also a good photographer advice us the best location to take nice photo.He is nice and caring person.Our group have few elderly around 80+- years old.One of the elderly leg is pain he piggyback climbing up the stairs in 天空之城。The driver Mr Harry driving skill is good tooI truly enjoyed our trip even a bit worried the pickpocket.

I have signed up 13d 10n Europe All In holiday. Our tour manager Jenson Hiah is very knowlegable, joke with us and caring for the elderly and child in the 27 pax group. He is able to make sure that we fulfill all the destinations in the iternary on time. All our needs are being taken care of and warn us on pickpockets and scams. All the best to you! Although it is a Costsaver package, the itinerary is unique with a visit to a quaint hilltop town, Civita De Bagnoregio. There was a good mix of sightseeing as well as time for shopping and trying local delights. Credit to our awesome tour manager - Sabestian Mak - he is humble, approachable, accommodating and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. He kept us engaged on the long drives with the culture and history of the country, jokes, invaluable tips on 1) food - we had the best tiramisu, gelato, carbonara pasta and Florentine steak 2) shopping - he patiently answered our repeated queries on VAT refund as a group and then individually. Most importantly he shared on travel safety as this prevented an actual pickpocket event! We appreciate that during mealtimes, he would roll up his sleeves to help serve us making sure that things were well before settling to eat his own meals. We were super impressed that he helped to piggyback an elderly tour member during our Civita trip. Thank you SaBestian for living up to the Best in your name and making our trip so memorable.

He was knowledgeable and helpful. He took good care of everyone and our safety. Went the extra mile to check our passports (after briefing), made alternative plans and advised on the tax refunds. Our family enjoyed this trip and was glad to have him as our tour manager.A pity that this tour does not cover shopping at any factory outlet.

We are glad to have a caring, attentive, well experienced, with good sense of humor and thoughtful tour manager, Mr Jeremiah Tan. This makes the trip filled with laughter and fun.
