His stories/tips on pickpockets and identifying one were useful and interesting also. Thankfully for this trip, no one have encounter one~ Throughout the trip, he will share with us on useful tour information on every stops.KUDOS to our coach driver: George for the smooth ride throughout the entire journey from countries to countries

Jeremiah was my tour manager on my trip to the Baltics from 22rd to 31st March 2019. As I had a spinal injury recently, Jeremiah was very helpful to make sure I was well taken care of.We had lots of fun with jokes between all of us, he shared with us part of his growing up in his life, gave us updates every night of what was to expect the next day and directions to supermarkets, etc.Hotels were located very near the Old Towns of the cities and sometimes, near to shopping malls.Food was good but we found out ourselves there was a good Chinese restaurant (Lumi) next to the hotel we stayed in Estonia.Overall, we enjoyed the tour.Thanks to Jeremiah and EU!

I recently went with my group of friends to 10 days 7 nights Baltics Trip (23~31st March) with EU Holidays.Our assigned tour manager Jeremiah Tan did a fantastic job. He is sincere, helpful and attentive to the needs of our group. Good communication and attention to details from him definately added up to the overall positive experience.Hotel selections were mostly good with locations near to the main town area or a short drive away.Credit have to be given to EU Holidays for its selection of local restaurants and the food catered as we enjoyed our meals very much.We appreciate and cherish this positive travel experience.We look forward to travel with EU Holidays again in the near future.Thank you!

I just want to say thank u to our tour leader Tammy Tan for making our Europe trip safe, fun and memorable one. I witnessed how she worked hard everyday just to ensure that everybody is having fun, worry free and most importantly safe all the time. She never make us feel pressured about the timing instead gave us enough time to enjoy the scenery or activities for the day. Tour: 11D8N Great CaucasusTour Date: 13 to 23 March 2019Tour Manager: Jacky ChewAn enjoyable trip, with wonderful group mates and a helpful, responsible Tour Manager.Our group warmed up to one another on the second day of the tour and helped one another throughout as there were a few senior citizens and the trip involved a lot of walking and climbing. A spontaneous and fun group!Tour Manager Jacky is the most responsible one I have come across so far. He ensured we are comfortable and safe. Coupled with the beautiful scenery and colorful cultures, a memorable trip indeed!
