I recently joined a tour to Turkey lead by tour manager, Russell Tan. He is knowledgeable on the itinerary and very caring. He follow up and try his best to fulfils all request. At every tourist spot, he ensure that no team members are left behind. I certainly recommend his leadership in any tour. 

Sin wen is a very responsible manager, she constantly provide updates on Tour itinerary (Daily) and always ensure we are well prepared before the activity. she has tried to reach every individual and find out out their concerns and help them to solve the problem. she is very cheerful and always motivating us. with her we felt safe and enjoy the entire journey. Sin wen, keep up your good work. cheers.

Overall, very well-planned itinerary, friendly tour members, good hotels and food, a very thoughtful, experienced and skilful driver (Mr Zac) and an organised and caring tour leader (Kenneth). Kenneth was punctual and always ensured that the young and old are well taken care of. He often went out of the way to buy my 4-year old daughter surprise snacks along the entire road trip (he really didn’t have to! we were often so appreciative and even pretended to be “Mr Snowman” and bought her a rainbow ear muffs on Christmas day which made my daughter so happy. Grateful to have met a tour leader like Kenneth for this wonderful trip Thank you

It is actually our family's first time travelling to somewhere as far as Finland. Thankfully we had our reliable tour guide Shirley who made sure all the accommodations and meals were ready before our arrival. There was minimal waiting time and all the activities proceeded smoothly on schedule. As for the accommodations, I understand that hotel rooms are not as grand as expected, triple room is horrible for 3 adults, no proper bed and no spaces for luggages. our tour also had a aroura hunting night which was very successful due to the quick thinking and good communication between Shirley and the local bus driver.For those who are considering to travel to Finland to see the northern lights, I would highly recommend this tour! Well done!Shirley is best tour manager makes trip very cheerful and enjoyable . Thank you EU for arranging Shirley be our tour Manager. Hotel stays for 3adults in a room is terrible. Either a sofa bed or roller caster bed. The room is not spaces enough for 3 luggages.

Very enjoyable 11D8N Swiss tour (5-15 Oct) with our tour manager Darien Tang! Views were out of the world and someone in our group must have prayed really hard because the weather was fantastic over there

Jeremiah Tan is a very friendly and experienced tour manager. I have noticed he has paid special attention to elders and minority race and this is a great credit. Will choose him to be my tour manager again if I ever join EU holidays tour again.

This trip is very enjoyable because of the traveling companions/ group members are very caring. Ricky is very meticulous and will inform us what is expected for the next day itinerary. During the Finnair flash strike on 20/21 Nov, we were not able to fly to Ivalo to travel to Norway and that disrupt King Crab Safari trip. Without any confirmation from Finnair on the next flight out from Helsinki, we may be stuck in Helsinki for the next 2 days. Our group have suggested travel overnight by train to Saariselka on that very day so that we would not miss the next day trip at Saariselka. Ricky immediately took up the challenge to work with the planning manager for permission to proceed and bought the tickets for all to travel by train to Saariselka. Thanks to him, we can continue our travel journey instead of being stuck in Helsinki with nothing to do except shopping in the cold winter there. It’s also a very different travel experience and my boy like it a lot. Thumbs up to Ricky . Well done.

At our tour to Spain and Portugal from 15 Oct to 25 Oct, our tour manager Ricky Woo is very jovial and caring and helpful. Always remind us for the next day sight seeing schedule and always alert us on weather conditions and to take care of ourselves and be careful about pick pockets. We are happy to have him as our tour manager again on our next trip.

Ricky Woo our tour leader has been always on top of things. He always attend to our request without any complain. We had an enjoyable time with our 6yo son.

Our Tour Manager, Jeremiah, really knows how to keep the holiday spirit up! Very funny and engaging..

I would like to compliment Jimmy Lau who was our tour manager for more my recent 12D/9N Spain/Portugal tour. Starting from the briefing he has already gone the extra miles to form a group chat, asked us for our seat and food preference.He slso takes the initiative to make sure the family are seated in the plane together. He is also very knowledgeable especially the option tour to Fatimah. He did the commentary himself saving us some money for the option tour without engaging a local guide thus giving us more free time to do what we want at Fatimah.He also made good recommendations for meals on oor own.He also help us all the way with our tax refund.I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for taking good care of me as I was travelling alone as my friend cannot make it to the trip at the last moment.Celestine Chan
