Jia fu was an amazing tour manager, as a family we cant thank him enough for going the extra mile and helping us in times of need during the trip. If you are looking for a fun-filled yet informative tour, then look no further, Jia Fu ( tour manager) is a bonus. Visiting Europe couldnt have been better without him.

We joined the 10D7N Finland tour on the 28th December 2018 and Nicole is our tour manager. Awesome first time experience! Nicole is very helpful and approachable. She will always make the extra mile to ensure that all of us are happy and comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable. All of us enjoyed our time. No regrets in joining this tour!

Our tour manager was supposedly to be Mr Ben Lam but on the 11th hour, it was changed to Mr Sebastien Mak.Although he was our last minute replacement, he took it in his stride to ensure that everyone in this group was well taken care of.We enjoyed our trip tremendously. The hotels were comfortable, food was sumptuous and everyone could get along well during the 13 days that we were together.We did face a few mishaps but Sabestian handled all of them professionally and patiently. He had all information within his fingertips and he knows his products/cities very well. He was able to provide in-depth knowledge on goods and services available in foreign countries and easily gv recommendations whenever we asked for them.To Sabestian and EU Holidays, thank you for making this trip an unforgettable learning journey for us all.Ida and Family

My family, of about 25 people, and I went on a tour with our tour manager Jia Fu and it was an enjoyable experience. This is the 2nd time I went on a tour with him and I am glad we had him again as he is very helpful and really took care of our tour group. He is very nice and also very knowledgeable about the places we went. He constantly ensures our safety and reminds us to keep ourselves safe as well. He made our trip very memorable.

Joined the 10D Finland tour with Nichole and had the most fun anyone can ask for. Nichole always made the extra effort to make sure we all had the most fun and stayed safe. She brought us a lot of laughter and helped us make many unforgetable memories. In addition, thank you for all the effort in getting the cake and celebrating my birthday in the Chinese restraunt in Finland. It will be the birthday I will remember for a long time to come. Recently went to Europe with Jiafu as our tour guide, which is his 2nd time being our tour guide. Went with my family which is a big family, around 25 people. I'm grateful to Jiafu for taking care of us and making sure we had fun along the trip. He gave us details on Whatsapp on each of the day's programs. He also went the extra mile to plan a birthday surprise for my mother and my aunt. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Glad to have him as our tour guide again

Highly recommend Jia Fu, the tour manager for my Europe + Dubai trip. He takes good care of all of us and his level of service is commendable. A very responsible tour manager who always ensure everyone is safe. I truly enjoy every moment of my trip in Europe and Dubai! I have never thought that traveling with tour group can be so fun. 23 Dec 2018 - 02 Jan 2019 to Russia. Jeremiah treats all of his guests Fairly, friendly, and perfectly. He is keen to make the tour organized and very punctual. The tour program was scheduled well, was on time. We didn't miss anything during the tour program. He is very humorous and jovial. We also did learn a lot of history about Russia. He did his best to ensure everyone are comfortable. He frequently kept everyone updated with next itineraries, weather forecast and Aurora forecast, tried to cater for the individual’s dietary preferences. He kept himself awake in the cold late night and informed everyone on the status of the Aurora.Mr Steve Kwan is a very helpful, friendly, caring and knowledgeable Tour Manager. We just came back from 11D7N Finland Norway Tour with Mr Steve Kwan as the tour leader. He is not just a great TL, but also a good friend too. Everything went smooth. Start from check in both in airport or hotel, luggages, meals, places we visited, etc.He also tried his best to hunt the aurora. And we were so lucky to see aurora twice. Good job!! My family and I went on a trip to Russia from the 23 Dec 2018 to 2 Jan 2019 and had a very memorable trip as not only was the itinerary fun and interesting, our tour manager Jeremiah was nothing but an amazing guide!During the trip, we got to admire how beautiful Russia is and also learnt more about it's rich history. On top of that we participated in many fun-filled winter activities which were an experience of a lifetime for us.This trip was made more comfortable and enjoyable because of Jeremiah. He made long bus rides more bearable with the jokes that he shared. He also ensured that we got from one point to another safely not only in Russia, but when we were at Dubai for our transit.He even went to the extend to pay for the "photography fee" out of his own pocket at one of the museums and took the pictures for us while we listened to the history just so that we could take back a piece of the beautiful museum home.It was these little things that he did that made the trip that much more enjoyable and memorable for us!Kudos to Jeremiah and EU Holidays !
