We found the stay at the Kelo Igloo too short as we need to check out early next morning and we didn’t have much time to explore around the area. Thanks to Nichole who arranged additional programs to visit the new Igloo Tower and Ski Resort which were outside the tour itinerary. Also like to seize this opportunity to thank Nichole for her professionalism and care. She kept encouraging us to ask her anything so that she can help us in any way she could. Her service did not stop when we returned back to Changi Airport, but went on to help some members of the group to process damaged baggage with the Arrival Services even when she has to catch her plane to her home in KL within the next hour. Kudos to Nichole.

During the tour, he had been updating all the tour mates promptly with the tour information useful for every stop we made throughout the journey especially on the weather information of the nights arranged for Aurora hunting making it a successful one for us. I would recommend EU to anyone who wishes to see the northern light and for their good service.

Not just with smartphones, but also with DSLRs. And with not only his “favourites”, but all of us. He has good photographic sense and mind, and could also handle my professional Nikon D850 DSLR.He initiated and organised group photos in many locations, taking care that no faces were “hidden” behind others.JOVIAL - He is witty and cracked some wise jokes that made us laugh.GOING THE EXTRA MILE - He is self-sacrificing and unassuming. 10D7N winter in Finland + Norway king crab safari (1 - 10 February 2019)Tour Leader: Nicole LimJust returned from an awesome trip to Finland. We are returned customers to EU holidays as we have always had great guides. Nothing is 100% perfect, no perfect itineraries no perfect coach seating arrangement etc. But there is such a hardworking and responsible tour manager and her name is Nicole. Being so petite and sweet, Nicole rises up to all challenges and sudden events etc. She added in new activities when we make good time as extra treats for us. She always prepared us well, reminding us to dress appropriately for each activity.We were prepared that catching aurora is not a given as many had told us they did not catch it. Thank God we saw this beautiful phenomenon at snow mobile site. Nicole’s upbeat positivity and smiles kept us going through the extreme cold and fatigue. The itinerary is good for both of us and good for the value. We tried so many different types of activities in such a short time. The tour mates are very nice and social, creating a good vibe throughout, especially the second half of the trip. Special mention to our generous photographer tour mate Bernard. Thanks for sharing your beautiful photo of the aurora with us.We are super impressed with the cool elderly folks and the spunky young kiddoes as young as 4, going through the whole trip amazingly. Especially for the kiddoes, such sweet and well brought up kids, making the tour very enjoyable. And helpful members who went out of their ways to help and look out for one another! 10D7N Winter Adenture in Finland/Norway King Crab Safari.We had a fantastic Winter tour in Feb 2019. Great itinerary with lots of winter activities, good hotel, the best was at Kelo Glass Igloo Artic Resort.The King Crab Safari was the best dinner we had!The highlight of the tour was the appearance of Aurora Borealis when we were on Snow Mobile Safari hunting for the Northern Lights.And the best of all, our cheerful, lively, informative and hard working Tour Manager Nichole Lim. Kudos and great job!

Whilst we enjoyed ourselves and took in the breathtaking scenery throughout the trip, our holiday was made all the more memorable by our tour manager Sabestian Mak. Sabestian impressed as a responsible individual who demonstrated kindness and warmth in his interactions with everyone in our group. Despite him having felt fatigued as he had to lead back to back tour group travels, he still went the extra mile for members of our group and his sense of responsibility shone through consistently.My wife and I appreciate Sabestian's dedication, diligence and candid banter. This greatly contributed to us having a relaxing and memorable holiday. EU travels is indeed fortunate to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced staff in Mr Sabestian Mak. Had a wonderful Europe Trip from 13-26 Jan 2019. Visited Italy > Switzerland > Germany > France > Belgium > Amsterdam > Dubai > Singapore. Though we seemed to have visited many countries, it was a lot of touch-and-go and not very in-depth exploratory in each city.Our tour manager JIA FU focused a lot on our safety especially when we were in the hot tourist attractions. Always reminding us to stay away from dubious people and not to fall prey to their tactics. During our long bus ride, JIA FU constantly engages us with the historical background of the country and the special highlights of the area. It was a very enjoyable trip with him as our tour manager.What can be improved would be:1) the hotels which felt very mid-tier. Our party was a group of 3 sharing one room. This meant that it was extremely cramped within the room and very difficult to navigate. I felt that since each of us paid the same amount as any other twin-traveller, either our room should have been bigger than the regular room or at least special pricing arrangements should have been made for us. It was not enjoyable squeezing 3 pax in a tiny room yet having to pay the same rate.2) the meals that were provided by the tour were a bundle of hit-Misses. The restaurants that catered to our meals did not have very delicious servings. EU should considering changing the restaurants because meals are a huge part of the trip. It’s unpleasant to expect a meal to be provided yet get served sub-par food.

In Paris, some pickpockets came up to us and attempted some tricks and immediately regardless of his own safety and he went up to them and told them not to come near our tour group. I would definitely recommend EU Holidays for first timers who are visiting Europe. The itinerary was very good, covered quite a few countries. The Tour manager Jia Fu was also awesome! His main priority was for us to sight see more and our safety. He also made the coach rides more fun with jokes and even sang songs lol. His knowledge for each country and it’s history kept us interested. I will surely book my next tour with EU Holidays again. Thank you!!!!

It's my first time to joining Eu holiday for my Europe & Dubai Trip.. It was awesome, memorable trip for us.
