I enjoyed my recent trip to Eastern Europe lead by Sebastian Mak.He provided us daily updates on the weather conditions and this is indèed very helpful. He is a very responsible person and take care of our well being. He keep us entertained with his travel tales along the long journey. Tour: 13D 10N Highlights of Eastern EuropeDeparture: 22 May 2019Tour Manager: Dylan TeohThis is our first time to Europe and joining EU Holidays on a holiday. We have a total of 31 members traveling together which is also the biggest tour group we have joined thus far. Despite the big group, Dylan has taken good care of us, looking into our requests and often reminding us to be careful with our belongings. When one of the hotels allocated a room meant for the physically challenged, Dylan facilitated the change in room within 5 mins. He even came to our hotel room to help us move to the new room and followed up to ensure things are alright. Further, we are pleasantly surprised by his thoughtfulness by bringing chili sauce and chinchalok all the way from Singapore which certainly whet our appetite at meal times!The itinerary is amazing and we covered the key highlights in Eastern Europe. Most of the hotels are of good standard as well. It has certainly been an enjoyable trip for us and we will consider EU Holidays for future trips!

Tour: 13D10N Italy, Switzerland & Paris + 2N DubaiDate: 16 May 2019 - 31 May 2019Tour Manager: Wang Jia FuMy husband and I enjoyed our first tour to Europe due to the excellent care and service by our Tour Manager, Wang Jiafu.Before our trip, he started sending us useful information on our coming trip and also sent us reminders about being mindful of pickpockets at certain places. During the tour, his constant reminders for us to stay vigilant and also his warnings on syndicates fooling tourists, kept us alert on our safety and our belongings, if not, we would become careless and be a victim.Throughout our tour, he shared his knowledge of the places we would be going and kept us entertained during the bus journey. His coordination is superb, we were able to reach our destination on time as he always planned ahead, coordinating with restaurants managers, local tour guides and even advanced check in to hotels, that we didn't need to wait too long for our provided meals, nor waited too long for our rooms (we noticed the vast difference when we arrived in Dubai without Jiafu, and we waited a while for our rooms). Even after, he had informed us verbally on the time of wakeup calls, breakfast and the time of departure at every stop, he would still follow up with a WhatsApp message with the details.Overall, we found that Jiafu is a very knowledgeable tour manager who knows his trade very well and he isn't stingy in sharing his knowledge with us.We would be recommending Europe trips to our family and friends with Jiafu as their tour manager and also for our future trips with EU Holidays.Comments

I just returned from my Europe trip on 31/6. Must highly commend our tour manager Mr Wang Jia Fu. He has put in extra effort to make our vacation safe and enjoyable . He is a very responsible TM . He made hotel room arrangement while we were otw to the hotel . We always get our keys very soon after arrival . This is much appreciated as by that time we were very tired and wished to rest early . Due to his quick thinking mind and info gathering on weather forecast , he swopped our sightseeing destinations for 2 days. This allowed us to see the best of Mt Titlis and Mt Jungfranc . If not for him , we would be greeted by rain and grey skies and no beautiful photos for my album . He recommended shops that sell souvenirs at reasonable prices . He often reminded us to beware of pickpockets and take note of our own safety . I felt assured with him leading the group. I really felt a little uneasy when he did not go with our group to Dubai . He is a jovial person but when it was time to put across an important message , he was firm and made sure everyone understood him. To make things fair for all families , he gave room keys to families in varying order. However , I do have a suggestion for EU TM .... rotation of seats on the coach everyday . In my group , a family of 4 were permanently seated on the last row of the coach . I felt it’s not so fair to them . This also happened when I was on my Finland trip with EU .

He extends out to ensure that everyone is having a joyous time and the instructions (time and meeting point) from him are clear and concise.If you worry about not having enough time for each place, he gives ample time for each destination to take photos and to unwind from the long rides.I understand that our safety is part of the tour leader’s responsibility, but Jia Fu definitely made our family feel that he has gone the extra mile to ensure the safety of everyone through constant reminders and lookouts. Also, because of his efficiency, checking into hotels seemed effortless and quick.Keep up the excellent work Jia Fu!

I was initially hesitant to book at EU travels because of the mixed reviews but our tour guide Sebastian, made it very enjoyable for us. I really liked the way he handled the ugly hotel we've had. He was so calm when customers were complaining because of the unpleasant customer service in the hotel. He made sure that we will be compensated and at the end, he managed to arranged something for us.Sebastian was really very pleasant. He ensures that we'll have our food first before having his. He sent us daily reminder to ensure that we will be prepared the next day. He prepared different stories/sharing for us everyday.Overall, me and my friend was very satisfied and happy with the trip. All the tour members were very punctual and considerate on time.I highly recommend EU Travel Holidays. The fact that they have cheaper rates than the competitors with equal service, it's worth trying! Just hope that their customer service staff in their office will be nice and more approachable.
