Our group of eight (8) friends and their family returned few days ago from the 11D8N Balkans Delight (EESJJS) tour package with 28 tour members led by tour manageress, Anna Ang, and we departed on 1 Jun 2019 (Sat) evening. Throughout the whole itinerary, I realized that Anna knows her job nature well and carries out her duties diligently. She is knowledgeable and has a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring that all members were well taken care of. She set up a “group chat” for the tour members who were volunteering to join it via Whatspp to keep us well informed the programe for the following day including time to wake up, morning call, breakfast, weather forecast, things to bring .. etc. During the trip, Anna was very friendly and mingled well with all members, making us feel at home like family members. She gave us chocolate and preserved tidbits, which brightened our mood for the day. She highlighted to us the importance of places and to beware of pickpockets and safety precautions both in English and Chinese. She has also tried her best to keep up the Chinese language. Though we have few coach captains from various countries, they have excellent driving skills and always ensure that our journey went well smoothly and safely in all roads conditions. These coach captains were very helpful in loading and uploading our heavy luggage’s every day into their coaches. Our tour members appreciated it very much that the coaches provided us with free WiFi internet services during the journey. Please convey our appreciation and complimentary remarks to these coaches operators. As for accommodations provided this trip, tour members are happy and found upmost satisfaction especially with Hotel Croatia Cavtat@ Dubrovnik, Sheraton hotel @ Zagreb and Park Hotel @ Slovenia. As an Asian, majority of us might not be able to appreciate the western food except Cesarsko Mesto （皇城酒家）@Slovenia. This Chinese restaurant located at Slovenia has given our tour members a very good impression in providing tasty Chinese food. It is our pleasure to meet many tour members from all walks of life in this tour group. At the end of the day for a group tour, we have the opportunity to know and understand each other better except a few members who seem to be reluctant to mingle around which might due to personality or nature. On the whole, we are impressed by the dedicated services and care rendered by Anna Ang. Our trip was made memorable by your tour manageress, Anna and EU Holidays. We have no hesitation in recommending the tour to our friends or having another trip with EU Holidays. Cheer!

He ensured that everything was well taken care of. I would say he planned everything really well. He gave good suggestions and recommendations. He is really humorous and we were constantly entertained by his jokes. He is good with kids too. My fussy boy did not make any fuss throughout the trip and had enjoyed himself. Andy has really done a great job and we appreciate his hard work. It was our first experience with EU Holidays and we would definitely be back for more! Thank you!

my mum and myself just came back from USA + Canada Trip from 31/5 to 12/6, led by tour manager Andy.we were very well taken off whether it was the city tours, historical information as well as daily administration such as what to prepare for each day's journey. Just returned from the eastern Southern Europe trip led by mr Joe Teh and thoroughly enjoyed it . The memorable trip was attributed to this freelance guide whom is rich in experience and knowledge about Europe . His crisis management skill was also good when bus failed to turn up on last day. Tweeting of itinerary on his own initiative was objective and reaps excellent result. It was not all about shopping for his own personal gain for some guide but he was sincere to share the pros and cons of the purchases in Europe eg germany, Austria, Prague. Good job joe Teh. Tour package 13D10N Eastern europeDate 22 May - 3 June 2019Tour manager Dylan TeohThis is our first experience with EU holidays to Eastern Europe. We enjoyed the breathtaking scenery cum shopping. Were happy to be able to capture some beautiful memories though we have one or two issues with the air conditioning in the hotel. Overall it was a good holiday.A big heartfelt thanks to our tour manager Dylan Teoh who is friendly.. helping us esp in our tax refund at shopping center and airport.. attentive to all of us and constantly reminding us of our belongings, group with 31 pax.Overall we enjoyed our trip and will definitely consider EU Holidays for our next vacation.Cheers

Our first family trip with EU holidays was the 15D12N Europe Discovery with Dubai and we had an awesome and memorable time.  We were blessed to have Chong as our tour manager. He is truly a 5-Star Tour Manager. He is very knowledgeable about the places we visited and very organised in the way he managed the tour and the group. He is friendly, helpful, responsible, caring, kind and thoughtful and it made a big difference in us thoroughly enjoying our holidays.We had messaged him earlier without knowing he was in a midst of a tour in Europe but he replied to our enquiries promptly. He gave us lots of information about the places and we were kept well informed of what to expect and what to pack.Our bus journeys were filled with his fun-packed commentaries and we learnt a lot about the places we were going to. His stories were interesting and we enjoyed listening to the various experiences he shared. He would re-arrange our itinerary so that we could optimise our visits to avoid crowds and have more time. Our meals were all well taken care of. Wherever we stopped, he would show us the best photo spots and was always on hand to take very nice photos for us. He is very thoughtful and even arranged for a cake to celebrate Mothers’ Day for all the mothers in our group. He also remembered my son’s birthday, together with 2 other members and celebrated their birthdays too. We were surprised when he carried a bouquet of roses all the way up Jungfraujoch only to discover that it was actually for one of our tour members. He had planned to propose to his fiancée at the Top of Europe location. Chong also took care of all our tax refund documents and even helped with our heavy luggage from the bus and the airports.The optional tours recommended were very good and helped provide a more comprehensive coverage of the original itinerary we had. The meals provided were good and well balanced to ensure we had a chance to try different cuisines from the 8 countries we visited. The hotels we stayed were good but we would like to especially thank EU Holidays for upgrading our hotel at Interlaken to the 5-star Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel. We truly appreciated this upgrade and enjoyed our 2 nights stay there.A Big Thank You to Chong Hwee Min for a wonderful tour experience and EU holidays for providing excellent service. We look forward to more trips with EU Holidays and would recommend them to family and friends.

it's my first and would not be my last trip with EU Holidays. we went for 13 Days (Italy- Switzerland- France) tour with Connie Hay as the tour manager. She is a responsible, caring and approachable tour manager who makes sure that everyone are comfortable and feel safe throughout the trip. partly ofm her, my parents enjoyed the trip. Went on a 13-days Europe trip (Italy-Switzerland-France) with EU, tour mgr, Connie Hay. The itineraries were good and pace was manageable. Flight timings was good too and helped to mitigate jet lag. It would have been great if there was earlier return flight from Dubai to Sg, to reduce the lengthy wait in the Dubai hotel.Connie’s a strong, funny and thoughtful tour mgr, as she chatted with us and helped with our luggages.We booked the trip on a whim because we were too lazy to plan. It was a great choice.Go with EU for a fuss free trip!

Highly recommended by my sister-in-law & right now, on the way home at Dubai airport after a 13-days Europe trip (Italy-Switzerland-France) with my wife.
