Hi EU HolidaysI am writing in, to commend Ms Kim for her extraordinary services and exceeding the professional fulfilment of her duty as a tour manager for the 13D Italy, Switzerland & France (+ 2N Dubai) tour (depart on 5 Feb 2019).Kim definitely has more than what it takes to lead the tour as she has vast and deep knowledge of the countries, places of interest, history and current affairs. Her personal life experiences and stories kept us entertained during long bus journeys.Kim's great work passion, fun-loving personality, thoughtfulness, willingness to go extra 100 miles to help and paying attention to the details, have brought our satisfaction to an unexpected high level; I recalled a travel mate who left the tax refund forms in the hotel, Kim helped them follow up closely as if it is hers. On other shopping occasions, Kim effortlessly arranged for our travel mates to buy their must-buy branded bags and stuff. And in Dubai desert safari, she carried a big gallon of mineral water for us so that we have sufficient clean water to consume in the desert.Kim also prepared heart-warming first aid kit containing (but not limited to) medical plasters, Dettol cream, sore throat lozenges, and offered Royal Honey Propolis for a travel mate who suffered from severe sore throat, etc... Kim even brought one of our ill tour mate to the hospital in the midnight and continued with our tour the next early morning. She must be very tired but she is always helpful, smiling, joking around and exceeding my expectations as a tour manager.Kim actively acted as a bridge between us and the local people and recommended local food and things to buy and it's price. This allowed us to keep a lookout for the items and be mentally prepared. I have no worries and felt comfortable and at ease in places where I am unfamiliar with.Kim took care of our safety by repeatedly reminding us of pickpockets, to put on safety belts and not allowing us to move around in the bus.Kim's mind is very flexible and reacted quickly to situations as cool as a cucumber. E.g. Rearranged itineraries accordance to the traffic and crowd conditions, arranged flight seats so that couples get to sit side by side and some get their requested window seats.Kim is very well-versed, clear and confident with the tax refund process of Italy, Switzerland, France and Dubai. Hence, no hiccups were encountered.All in all, Kim has made the tour so much enjoyable and memorable. I seriously wish I could have her as my reliable tour manager for all my future tours.I hope EU will join me to recognise Kim's dedicated effort as she sets an extremely high standard for a tour manager. I also hope to share this commendation to the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS). 

we came back fr our Balkans Delight on 6-2-19,We really enjoy ourselves with EU holiday. Especially our leader, Alicia Phang took very good care of us, good arrangements, and her good knowledge, was really impressive, I will.definitely join EU Holidays again ..

My wife and I just returned from our 11 days Europe Highlights + Dubai Trip, and we strongly recommend EU Holidays to anyone looking for an Europe Holiday! Special thanks to our fantastic Tour Manager @Huiqingng . Travelling with her is like travelling with a buddy who is very familiar with Europe. We can totally rely on her for all our preferences and requirements, be it during shopping, meals or beautiful spots for photo opportunities. Many thanks for the wonderful photos taken for us too! Every place we visited was a fulfilling experience, really appreciated the itinerary. The coach that ferried us was very comfortable and the driver was very experienced and professional. Hotels were comfortable too. The meals gave us an authentic experience of the various local delights. Exceeded our expectations and we will book our next one with EU Holidays! Love all the places that we stayed Tour: we had a good itinerary. Unfortunately all of us was disappointed not able to have the chance of getting into the hot air balloon. Most of us was looking forward to this on this trip, should have been more flexible to squeeze it in. We also missed going to House of Virgin Mary which was part of the Itinerary, without any explanation from tour guide why we skipped it. The side trips to local stores to ask us to buy something is entertaining but can be skipped. Local Driver: hats off!!! He is steady all through out the trip. Very professional and punctual. Local Tour guide: Very kind and caring but not flexible on the itineraries. Tour Manager: Jacky is very caring, he even brought some goodies to share on the bus. He won’t pressure when you are behind and he will patiently wait for you. Also offers to take us group photos with my friends. Overall: trip was wonderful!!! We had soooo much fun because we had a mix of what Turkey has to offer (Except for the hot air balloon) but most especially because all the Tour members were so cool. Turkish ppl are so warm as well. Would probably come back to do more shopping and hopefully have the chance for the Hot Air Balloon.

We just came back from a 10 day tour of Spain & Portugal. Very experienced tour guides, both local and from the cities that we visited. The 4 Star hotels were excellent too and the breakfast spread was very good. Price wise it is very affortable.

It was definitely a wise choice and we made a great decision!We were also very glad to have Jarwei as our tour manager who is very kind and thoughtful. He discreetly arranged for a romantic setting for our cave hotel room specially for us honeymooners. It was such a pleasant surprise! Not only that, he unexpectedly bought for us a kind of Turkish delight called "Baklava" knowing that we like it a lot. He also never got bored of helping us to take pictures everywhere we go...it was like a free photoshoot On top of all that, we were very lucky to have met all the fun people in our tour group! Definitely a memorable experience! Highly recommended!
