Tour name: 13D10N Highlights of Eastern Europe Departure date: 12 June 2019 Tour leader: Jeremiah Tan This trip was a really amazing trip! Was so blessed to have Jeremiah as our tour leader. He is very experienced, honest, and he is also someone that sincerely gives his best to lead this tour which makes him a trustable and reliable tour leader. Also, he takes time and effort to personally get to know each and every one of us and that is something very heartwarming. On the first day of the tour he facilitated ice breaking games that helped the 31 of us in the tour group get to know each other more and I thought that that idea was really interesting. He really tried his best to make the trip enjoyable for everyone - from entertaining us during bus rides with his jokes and stories, to making sure that we were given enough free time, to making sure that we don’t have to walk too far from where the bus alights us to our destination, greeting us good morning during breakfast, thanking us for being patient and waiting whenever we had to wait / there was a delay, initiating to help us take group pictures / family pictures, patiently answering every single one of our questions and many more. It’s really these little details that adds up to make this trip a much more enjoyable one. Also, he takes pride in his work by promoting tours during bus rides through his experiences. Looking forward to the next trip with EU!

We travelled to Eastern Europe with Jeremiah. Everything went smoothly, food was reasonable and hotels were good. The travel itinerary covered heaps of tourist attractions. Good experience.

13D Highlights of Eastern Europe 12th -24th Jun 2019 Tour Manager: Jeremiah Tan We have just concluded our tour with EU Holidays and were blessed to have Jeremiah as our Tour Manager. He kept us very well entertained with his jokes, life stories, anecdotes. He also shared a lot of useful tips and experiences with us to make our long trips on the coach feels shorter. Sincere thanks to him, who helped to make sure my young girl (the youngest in the group) was well taken care of in terms of food selection. He also kept her very entertained with his games and tricks. Tour: 13D10N Italy Switzerland France Tour date: 1 - 13 June 2019 Tour manager : Wang Jiafu It was my first trip to Europe! Having a knowlegeable, friendly and resourceful tour manager has indeed made our trip a fun and memorable one for my mom and me. Before our trip, useful information was sent by tour manager and he made it a point to highlight important things for us to take note. He was mindful and we felt safe with him looking out for our group for pickpockets. While we had long coach ride traveling around, it was informative and interesting on useful tips on shopping and culture in Italy, Switzerland and France shared by jiafu. Our group members were very friendly and approachable as well and at times they volunteered to help photos in attractive destinations. Food wise thought perhaps it would be useful to have more choices. :). Overall the experience was a happy and positive one.

Hi, EU Holidays,We would like to thank Mr Ronald Quek who has led the above tour.  We just came back from this trip.Ronald was very efficient thoughtful, kind, efficient and professional in leading the group. Ronald shows patience and care while I climbed up and down the stairs of the coach with my walking stick.  A couple of times, my movement was not very steady, but he gave a helping to me.He was always reminding us of our passports and money, especially in big cities and crowded areas.  But such reminders are good for me, who may tend to be forgetful.   Otherwise, I would be very fearful of the pickpocketing incidents that I have heard from many of my friends who have been to Spain and Portugal. My husband also suffered some tummy upset and so was late for the coach; but upon knowing the reason, Ronald gave us some Po Chai pills and that help my husband. I also noticed that he will always to quietly taking attendance when the group is supposed to gather at a certain place at a certain time.  When the group is not complete, he will go around to look for them.  That shows that Ronald takes his job seriously.  Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one.   RegardsMrs Wong KS (Mdm Tong)
