All the itinerary was covered as planned. Joey plans the trip early and did more than we expected to ensure the tour run smoothly. She did her best to cater everyone’s needs and we did not face any problem. She did a great job and many thanks to her.

Just came back from a remarkable and pleasant trip for Spain& Portugal 10 days 7 nights on 3/10/19 to 11/10/19.Our tour leader Judy Eu really deserve a good compliment from our family of 3.As we had experience joining with other tour agencies as well but so far Judy Eu being our outstanding manager .Every night she will what app to us about the program for tomorrow and as well to keep us updated about tomorrow weather. While at the long bus journey at Spain ,she introduced the Bingo game to let us pass time.She even go to the extra mile to buy us presents to whoever win the Bingo game. And prepare her own vcd about Spain to let us see and buy for us tibtits while watching vcd. At Portugal she even forked out her own cash and the long queue to buy egg tart for the 13 pax to eat. We will look forward to join her tour group some other time.

Fully agree with Serene on Sept/Oct tour of Ireland, Scotland & London led by May (Maybelle Phua) - fully enjoyed May's professionally guidance & daily updates of places, weather, photos, etc. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING & KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Still reminiscing our 11D8N Europe Highlight with EU Holidays from 11/9/19 to 21/9/19, as I am looking at our family Holidays photos. We are very happy to hav a capable, caring and fun tour manager, Kevin Cheng. Kevin always have our comfort and concern at the top of his mind. He is one tour manager whom we felt he is not there just to fulfill a responsibility or obligation or even a job, but one who hav our interests above his own at heart through out the trip. Our Balkan Adventure from 18-28 Sep 19. This is our second trip with EU Holidays. Our first trip we didn’t have a Tour Manager with us as our group did not exceed the number required. Andy Thong was our Tour Manager and initially I find him quite quiet and he seem to do his own things and his own queueing. Along the trip we got to know him better and he started sharing his experiences with the group. He started to liven up and soon he was giving us not just more information about the places but also advising us of what is good and beneficial for us. His eagerness to help us secure better hotels and eateries were indeed a great blessing. Andy was jovial and more approachable as the days go by. At one point a few of us were late and due to the limitation of the road the bus had to move away and then returned to us. Unfortunately one of them fell and hurt herself. Andy showed his care and concern and it was very thoughtful of him to check, advice and follow up with the lady the next day. I was also having a bad cough and his small thoughts and constant checking made me feel good. Overall the group felt he did a great job and helped us to relax and enjoy and better experience this trip. #MoreHolidays

Thx Maybelle Phua for leading and managing this premier '14D/11N Britain & Ireland Panoroma' trip. Your invaluable experience has greatly contributed to its success. We were like a big family. It was from strangers to friends, not a dull moment. Laughter and fun were the order of the day. Your comprehensive and indepth knowledge of those countries thr your exhilarating storytelling were mind-blowing. Likewise, your mastery of both English and Mandarin are impressive. Both eloquent and cogent. As a tour manager, May was able to discharge her duties professionally and execute the comprehensive and challenging itinerary effectively and efficiently. Not forgetting our unsung hero, Martin, our coach driver. Probably, the best driver we have so far. His road user behaviour and general attitude are highly commendable. A very patient, courteous, and well trained coach driver. He followed the traffic rules strictly, and took meticulous care of the coach. A 100% excellent coach driver. Lastly, my wife (Linda) and myself fully enjoyed our trip. It was down memory lanes. Thx May, once again for a fabulous trip. Patrick and Linda.

We really enjoy the Italy Swiss France 091919. We have a cheerful, fun & responsible tour guide - Connie. She is capable and able to lead total of 36 ppl in our group. we really enjoy ourselves in this wonderful tour trip as we did not join tour agency since 10 years ago. Thanks for the nice memories
