5 of us joined the 12 Days 09 nights Balkan Holiday departed on 12th October. We had much fun & our group were fantabulous. Our Singapore tour manager were so fun & must give credit to his efficiencies. Thanks Jeremiah Tan for that wonderful & memorable trip. Cheers

Went for 12D9N adventures to Balkans with tour guide Miss Lynette Lee on 7 Oct earlier. She is great, always remind us to check our passport and be careful of our belongings as there might be pickpockets at the tourist attractions. She will inform us the itinerary daily and what to wear for the next day after updating us tomorrow’s temperature, as well as explaining patiently to us any questions/queries we have. Can really see her passion in her job, experienced & dedicated, always there to look out for us and be the last in line while on walking tours. Kudos to her, we had a very enjoyable & safe holiday, enjoying beautiful scenery with great tour guide & tour mates!

Review :11D8N Scandinavia Departure: 9 Oct 2019 Tour Manager: Xiao Loh (Steve Loh) This is our 2nd tour package with EU Holiday and the experience was great! Our tour manager, Xiao Loh is very competent and professional. Even before the commencement of the trip, he took the trouble and effort to inform us of the weather conditions there and to remind us to bring more warm clothings. He is also a very caring and thoughtful person. Knowing that there are two tour members' birthday fall in Oct , he organizes a small birthday celebration dinner for us. With his years of experience and knowledge in this industry, he provided good advices along the trip. It makes us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our journey. His time management and coordination with the local guides and driver was great. We truly enjoyed the scenic and historical places. EU Holidays should treasured this kind of employee with high level of professionalism and responsibility! Thank you to Xiao Loh for a job well done! 1st time joining 13D10N Paris/Switzerland/Italy + 2N Dubai from 3- 18/10/19. Tour Manager : Ms Rin Leow( 小 玲) Our first trip to Europe with EU tour and we had such good fun. A memorable trip, each day is never exactly the same as we travel from country to country, taking in the sights, listening to the stories; the history behind the various places shared by the local guides. Special thanks to our tour manager Rin Leow too, very responsible, she stayed with us throughout the trip and took care to ensure our safety, sharing with us good shopping tips and interesting facts about the different places and brands. Overall we had a lovely time. highly recommended both the tour manager Rin and the agency.

Went for 13D Europe trip. My guide was Connie. She is a very responsible tour guide who makes sure all of us are safe and sound. She is also very humorous and her speeches on the bus were never boring. I would recommend EU for Europe trip as the price is reasonable.

Tour: 14D10N BEST OF EASTERN USA AND CANADA Departure: 04/OCT/2019 to 17/OCT/2019 Tour manager: Andy Yuan It's a great trip and everything went smoothly. Tour manager Andy was very professional and entertaining and we had a lot of fun. He also took care of every tour member and sometimes acted as a waiter for the food and wine tasting. Andy, thanks for your great job. This was the second time that my husband Mr.Ye and I traveled with EU Holiday. We really like it and now planning for the third trip with EU.

9D/7N Best of Russia 6 oct to 14 oct Tour Manager : Russell TanWe all had a good time though its only a short trip. Itinerary was well planned.Tour group was nice and friendly. Tour manager, young Russell , is experienced and professional. He is very helpful, patient and really took care of the groups needs. This is my first tour with EU (with 3 other companies before) and Russell is by far the best tour manager i have.... caring, helpful, patient, obliging and always there for us (at our beck and call)Will definitely recommend EU Travel to my friends.5 stars for Russell Tan!

It is my first time traveling out of Asia with my 21 month old son and I’m glad it turned out really well. Thank you EU holidays, special shout out to Andy for keeping my son entertained throughout this tour and also keeping the adults happy with the jokes I will strongly recommend anyone to travel with him!

We were joint the Greece tour on 3 Oct 19. The tour manager’s Mr. Kenneth provided a good and helpful service. The food at Greece can be better, sightseeing can be improve.

Joey was organised & rearranged the itinerary to suit our schedule so that it went smoothly. She was very informative, helpful & caring from our safety, photo taking, to many small little things even until the last day of trip she did her best to make sure everyone had a comfortable flight when there’s issue with the seatings.
