My friends always ask me to go on F n E but I told them w TM like Maybelle you can rest assured that you gonna have a great n enjoyable holiday

We have just returned from our happy 12D/9N Adventiure to Balkans led by our favourite tour manager Maybelle Phua. This is our second trip with her. 8 of us have requested for her to be our tour mgr and so glad that EU had assigned her to our trip. As usual she is so fun and safe to travel with. Maybelle has super management (of crowd) skills, knowledgeable and experienced.. With her, we were well informed of daily activities and timing beforehand thus we were very prepared for each day and everyone in the group was punctual and co-operative. Every activity was timed perfectly with the driver and local guides. It was also like a continuation of history lessons from Maybelle from our previous tour of Eastern Europe. i am not a history person but I can still remember and at least familiar with what she was talking.......hahaha I repeat here - She is cheerful, funny, witty, confident, effective, approachable, well-organised and gave very clear instructions. She is caring and always remind us to look after ourselves. She even brought tcm cream from us who are above 60 as the trip involved a lots of walking hahaha Maybelle always keep the group in high spirit and happy. Even though we were tired we looked forward to the activities the next day as we were excited by the information she gave us. Should we travel with EU again we will still request for Maybelle Phua. My travel mate and myself had an enjoyable trip to Europe 13 days + 2 nights promotional stay at Dubai (from 10 - 25 Oct' 19) led by tour manager Mr Kevin Cheng. Heard his nickname is "gentle giant" . Kevin is pleasant, diligent, experienced and helpful. He is meticulous, even done up a detailed travel itinerary of the trip for each of us. He organized and coordinated the whole trip very well. Well he may be "Lou Suo" in repeatedly reminding the group to be careful with our belongings and be aware of pickpockets and scams but it is for our own good. His sense of humor (at times) brought laughter and fun to the group. Well done and keep it up! Kevin.

I would like to thank our tour guide Mr Paul Tee for these wonderful and awesome trip I have with him 12days Balkan tour (13 oct to 24 oct).. the group was never lonely as Paul really entertain us and he also did the ice breaker to get us know all the family... and he is acknowledge abt the places and is caring for our tour the elderly peeps and I also love the bonding session that he organize...he also take good care for all of us..if I and my family in the near future would wanna plan a holiday I will for sure go back to EU... because you have a wonderful and awesome tour manager PAUL TEE. Just get back from Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France tour with a stop over at Dubai. A memorable and much enjoyable trip. Swiss part is the highlight. Thumb up  to Kevin, the tour leader for well organising the tour. His recommendations to the good restaurants and souvenir shops are helpful. Kevin you know the places. Btw, hope you have enjoyed the little surprise during the trip to you from all of us and we all enjoyed your surprise too.

A group of 20 of us went on a 10D8N Romantic Greece trip from 12 to 21 Oct (MGATHS) with the EU tour manager Steve Kwan. The trip is of the right length not too long with adequate free time in Santorini and Mykonos to relax and do our own things. What makes the trip pleasant and more memorable was the Tour Manger, Steve Kwan. He is efficient and knowledgeable providing little tips on what to see, where to take photographs and where and what to eat. He is cheerful, patient repeating where necessary important information. And he is always available to help carry luggage and ensure that we are safe. Credits to Steve for making the trip smooth and enjoyable for all.

Joey of our 11 days Scandinavia. Mktg and Planning can review strategic changes to make the Scandinavia Tours more interesting and appealing. Having said that, our Tour Leader Joey was very warm, friendly sincere and helpful.Joey is patient and tolerant of all her charges in the Tour grp.....and has a huge humour and bagful of jokes to cheer us all up daily thru out our tours.More and better quality hotels and dinners could be contracted by EU Mktg ans Sales Dept.....as our stay at Quality hotel was way below all our expectations. Will tarnish the reputation of EU.....if this 2 nights stay here continue for all future grps from Singapore

Tour : Adventure to Balkans Tour Departures: 02 -13 Oct 2019 Tour manager : Ann Soo The entire trip was seamless and there was never a bored moment. The itinerary was well planned and there was never a rushed moment. Ann our tour leader was very engaging. She was informative and helpful, always reminding us to be vigilant of our surroundings and to take note of pickpockets. She was also always on the lookout for other people beyond the group who may be targets of pickpockets. This is a very selfless act which must be commended. Further to that, she always ensures that everything is done with much professionalism, and she made sure to take care of everyone in the group. It was a wonderful trip and everything went smoothly! we had a wonderful holidays. Thanks to Ann Soo and EU holidays.

Name of Tour : 11D 8N GREAT CAUCASUS Tour Dates: 9th - 19th Oct 2019 Name of Tour Manager : Jacky Chew I just returned recently from the above tour to Azerbaijan, Georgia & Armenia. Very interesting trip, nice weather and we have a very good Tour Manager - Mr Jacky Chew. Jacky is a very friendly, considerate and helpful Tour Leader and during the trip, he took special care of one of our tour members who is an Ah Ma. He paid special attention to help her in getting around the places of interest and he is kind enough to distribute sweets to all tour members every morning. Prior to the trip, he shared with us, very useful information about crossing the border to Georgia. During this trip, He also extended great assistance in carrying her luggage across the border from Azerbajan to Georgia. Much appreciated by Ah Ma. As for the Hotels - we were not informed of the change of 2 hotels for 2 nights in Armenia nor the reasons for the change. This came as a total surprise to us. Very important for Operations Dept in EU SIN or the Operations staff in the respective countries to keep Tour Mgr updated of any change and reason for change and thereafter, all Tour members must be informed accordingly. We received the confirmed list of hotels on 4th Oct and we departed early hours of 10th Oct. Should there be change in the hotels, we would of course expect to be kept informed in advance of the change rather than on the night of check-in, we were totally surprised of the change to another hotel. However after much discussions, this matter has been amicably resolved. Overall the trip has been enjoyable for all of us . Cheers Kathy

11D8N Balkans Delight Departure Date : 12 Oct 2019 Tour Manager : Darien Tang It was a fun and memorable for my family trip though this is the first time I joined EU Holidays for the packaged tour after recommended by my colleagues and friends who joined for couple of times with positive reviews too. Darien really took good care with us since the firstnday we departed and the last day when we landed in Changi Airport. Everyday there will be introduction messages received in group chat for the background of the places which we going to visit and enable us to have better understanding on the historical and cultural of the places of interest. Nevertheless, Darien will always remind us to be aware and careful on the pickpockets before we stepped down from the coach and even will help us keep a look out during walking tour. Crossing borders also smooth due to all the detailed guidance and proper info provided by Darien.All these extra miles steps really make us to feel safe ans comfort throughout the trips. Thanks to Darien's dedications to the group which built the strong bond among the group members throughout hese 11 days. Definitelty will recommend EU Holidays with Darien as tour manager due to the passion and depth knowledge sharing which we experienced it.

Tour: 10D7N Grand Train Tour of Switzerland 1 Oct to 9 Oct 2019 Tour Manager: 王家福（Jiafu) My wife and I went for the above tour and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our tour manager Jiafu is very hardworking, resourceful, caring and professional. He provided excellent services to the group throughout the trip. We will book our future trips with EU again and hope that Jiafu will again be the tour manager.
