As they say tour leaders can make or break your holidays. My wifeand I recently went on a 12D 9N Adventure to Balkans trip on the 26 April 2019. Paul Tee is exceptional tour Manager/Leader. He clearly made a huge difference with his wide experience, humor, flexibility and leadership.Extremely helpful, he is also very proactive and puts in effort to helpthe team bond early. Overall, the tour was a clear success. Our tour manager, Jiafu, surpassed our expectations. He ensured that the tour operated at peak efficiency, and handled the occasional hiccups with the utmost professionalism. Jiafu also takes the initiative to suggest alternative travel options to enhance our experience. For example, we were originally slated to travel by train, but in view of the fact that we were ahead of schedule, he put forth the suggestion to instead travel via a cruise to enjoy a better scenery. He strove to take the best care of the travel group and tried to accomodate all special requests put forth by the tour group. 13D9N Eastern USA & Canada 26.4.19 to 8.5.19I was recommended by my friends that EU holiday has a great reputation and this was my first experience with EU.I had a very pleasant trip this time around due to the hard work of our tour guide Timothy Wee. He is a very responsible, knowledgeable & thoughtful guy, putting a lot of effort and patient taking especially care of the elderly members.Other than not able to arrange the flight seats to the best of our request from Doha to NY due to USA protocol, he had managed his best to satisfy all of our special requests during the whole trip even going all the way on his private capacity.I'm very thankful to Tim taking good care of us and will definitely will recommend EU holiday to all my relatives and friends.Mdm Goh Lay Chan10th May 2019

Had recently returned from a tour guided by Ricky Woo. We went on a 10D7N Eastern Europe holiday and arrived back in Singapore on 5 May 2019. Although the stay in Eastern Europe was not long, we enjoyed the company of some wonderful tour members while exploring the beauty of these countries . Many of us appreciate the hard work and patience of our tour manager Ricky. He had helped to organize an optional tour even though it's a last minute request from some passengers. During the long coaching, he had shared his experiences and creating lots of laughs in order to make the journey non boring. We thank EU holidays and Ricky Woo for the memorable trip.

My 3 friends and I joined the above tour and just returned on Wednesday. I would like to send my appreciation to EU Holidays for such a wonderful trip that we enjoyed.Timothy Wee, our tour manager did an excellent job with his good knowledge in explaining and guiding us through the whole trip.He is very patient, friendly, caring and helpful. As our group consists of mainly senior citizens except for a few, Timothy was awesome in handling and taking care of everyone especially to a 80 year old member who has partial hearing impaired.  He gave clear and precise explanations in terms of places of interest, safety， food and shopping. Guiding us in all aspects. Congratulations once again to EU Holidays and thank you Timothy for all the hard work.  We will definitely consider EU Holidays for our next trip.

Timothy also took good care of everyone, including some of the elderly who are with walking difficulties and one with hearing aide. He followed all of us closely throughout the entire tour and ensured no one being left behind.It has never been an easy task dealing with a big group, it can be imaginable as stressful, from having meals, accommodations to our plane seating arrangements and at the customs of both countries. He has handled it with professionalism and it went on smoothly.Timothy is very responsible, knowledgeable and entertaining. He has provided us with good informations and advices, be it on places of interest, shopping at outlets and also look into other alternatives of replacement especially at the Niagara Falls due to bad weather. He even took the initiative, out if his own pocket, to pay for the wine due to a delayed dinner at Quebec. He is doing all these out of his sincerity and responsibility.Thanks Timothy for making this trip a pleasant, enjoyable and a memorable one!

I was strongly recommended by my friends to join EU for holiday as they had good and pleasant experiences.As a first timer to join EU Holidays for the above mentioned tour, I 'm glad that I enjoyed the trip very much. Orderly and well organised.Credit should go to our tour manager Timothy Wee who did an excellent job to make this trip interesting. He is very knowledgeable not only in places of interest but also on shopping which all ladies loved. As most of us are senior citizens, taking care of the group needs extra effort. Timothy did a good job in this aspect to ensure the safety of everyone. He gave clear and precise instructions. Always on the lookout for us.He has good initiative in arranging alternate sight seeing for us when the cruise at Niagara Falls was not permitted due to poor weather.Thanks Timothy for this awesome trip. He takes care of every single member's needs and addresses our concerns wholeheartedly. He has a warm personality and bonded our tour group like a family. We felt welcomed and had a fantastic time in Eastern Europe! The places he took us to were gorgeous with stunning scenery was and it was a relieve to walk in such beautiful places. Thank you Ricky for going the extra miles to host games and making long bus rides more enjoyable as well! Overall I would recommend this tour and applaud Ricky for being such an awesome guide !

Joined the 11D8N Balkans Delight Tour.( departed on 27th Apr and returned on 7th May 2019 ).Of course, the sceneries of Balkans are beautiful. Added to it was a well bonded tour group that was guided and managed by a caring and professional Tour Manager ( Darien Tang ) who was always there when we needed him.The local guides and driver were also well managed by Darien such that we’ve also appreciated their services.Hopefully, for my next tour to the next part of Europe, it will be led by Darien Tang.

Never regretted signing up as the last 2 pax for the 12D9N Adventure to the Balkans 26 April 2019 to 7 May 2019. Tour manager Paul Tee is very attentive to a big group of 38 pax. He is more like a caring friend and son to everyone throughout the entire trip. The hotel stays were good and clean with a few nights of 5 star international hotels catered. I would love to sign up for the next tour package with Paul and EU again! Thumbs up!
