12D9N Adventure to BalkansTour Manager: Jeremiah Tan Tour date : May 9 to 20This is our 2nd visit to Europe. A wonderful holiday to Balkans with my loved one. We have total of 40 pax in our tour group. Jeremiah really handle our group very well. He was another excellent Tour Manager, (1st time we joined EU to Central Europe was lead by Ken Yong. Sitting down in the bus with the long journey, he would entertained us by sharing his horror and funny jokes that made the journey more interesting.Without him there won't be so much fun & laughters, kudos Jeremiah 加油!!It was great, all the groupmates were amazing. Overall we had a wonderful and unforgettable trip.I will recommend EU Holidays to my friends.

Went on the 2nd tour with EU holidays, the Balkans 12D9N tour on 8 may 19 with Jeremiah as the tour leader. Had alot of fun with the sight seeing and get to learn alot about the various country. As for the tour leader Jeremiah, he is very attentive and show lots of cares towards the elderly. The travelling time from location to location will be up to 4-5h long, usually most of us we will get bored from the long travel but Jeremiah will put in the effort by entertaining us with his jokes and briefly explain the itinerary to us.Overall, I am very satisfied with EU tour service from the administrative to the overall tour experience. I will highly recommend for those who are planning to go on a holiday to consider EU tours. EU tours will definitely be one of my top choice for my subsequent holidays.

Just back from 11D/8N Scandinavian trip! Very good trip, group members and most important our Tour Manager, Simmon Lee, who take great care of us, always reminded us to check our passport/belongings. Tour: 10D7N Switzerland Grand Train Tour + 2N DubaiDeparture: 3 May 2019Tour Manager: Joe TehOur first Switzerland Grand Train Tour is truly very memorable for us. No tour is smooth sailing throughout ,as will always appear some "Hiccups" during the trip .. But our Tour Manager , Joe Teh handles unforeseen circumstances and impromptu requests with ease , sensibility , good judgement & confidence . He will always try his best to attend to the different needs of our diverse "age" group . One good thing was ,all our luggages from train to hotel & vice versa are well taken care of!! Bad weather is sometimes unpredictable but both myself and hubby indeed enjoy this Switzerland 

This is the second time I travel with EU. The first time was good but this is the best. Joe the tour manager sure make the difference. He really take care of every individual need. I was touch by how he run all the way uphill to the hotel to make arrangements for a cart to pick up people who are physically challenged He is the BEST. 

For most of us, before embarking on a trip, we select a destination, compare the prices, t/a choose a travel agency and off we go, looking forward to a wonderful time. Sometimes its memorable, but, sometimes that may not be the case. To me, besides the itinerary, the ppl travelling together, the most important factor is the tour manager. We would like to thank Joe for making our Swiss Train Tour a fantastic one.

Tour Name: 10D7N GRAND SWITZERLAND TRAIN TOUR +2N DXBDeparture: 25/4~7/5/2019Tour Manager : Wang JiafuWe embarked on this Grand swiss train tour with our tour manager Jiafu.and and entire group of 36 pax.It was our first experience having almost travelled the entire journey via train and it was a great experience although I must admit it is actually more tiring as compared with coaching. We were also very blessed with the good weather and managed to experience both winter and spring with sun, snow and some rain. The scenery was awesome and spectacular and enjoyed the trip with many nice pictures taken.We wouldn’t have enjoyed so much without the extra efforts and care given by Jiafu for the trip from day 1 till end. I must comment that he is very responsible, thoughtful and knowledgeable and always giving very clear instructions in both English & Mandarin. He is never tired to share information with us and gave us good advices too. Though he may be quite serious at work, he always take our group’s safety as his priority, making us always feel safe and assured under his care. Having a big group on hand, he always plans ahead of itinerary and make little changes to have our comfort in mind. On Day 1, he hired a coach from the airport to the hotel instead of having all of us to take 2 trains with our luggage there. This has saved us time and hassle especially we were very tired after a long flight. Also, on one of the nights he managed to get our luggage back to the hotel by 10pm instead of next morning as the delay was due to the train service. I must also add that his responsibility went to the extent to even bringing one of the tour mates to the hospital at 2am in the morning and without sleep he continues the next day itinerary without fail! A great applause and appreciation to him for really taking care of those in need of help!However, I wish to mention that it would have been more perfect if better food choices can be provided for this trip as I expected a bit more for this premium tour.Jiafu, a big thank you to you and also to the rest of other tour mates who have been very helpful and accommodating with each other during the whole trip. My family hopes to embark on the next EU trip with you again!

Tour: 10D7N Grand Switzerland Train Tour + 2N DubaiTour Dates: 26 April 2019 to 07 May 2019Tour Manager: Jia FuThis was one of my best trip with EU holidays! We have the best tour manager and the best tour mates. There were 37 of us and initially I was very sceptical how Jia Fu is going to manage all and mostly were seniors. First, was impressed with the "whisper" system which we wear daily for Jia Fu to speak to all of us, max of 300m. Secondly, was impressed with how he check headcount now and then. He gave each group a number, and its good and fast! For the second leg from Dubai to Zurich, my hubby and I got separate seats but at the boarding gate, Jia Fu came to us and gave us new seat tickets, next to each other. He is just amazing! Thumbs up! The group chat he created before the trip was really useful. A very efficient way of passing us information about everything and letting the tour members to share our photos. Jia Fu is very clear and precise in his instructions on wake up call, breakfast time and departure time etc. However, first 2 days, some of us are not so punctual, he was very direct and kind of stern, that we may have to assemble earlier going forward. He has his style of managing, I must say, 

Warm greetings to you! My wife and I would like to congratulate EU for the Tour that we were in for USA-Canada tour from 26 Apr to 7 May 2019. Mr Timothy did an excellent job to give us a memorable experience during the entire tour.He is dedicated, understanding, caring and resourceful and most importantly very efficient and to some his service is excellent. We had gone for quite a number of tours with different tour agency but the tour with Timothy was the best. Once again, thank you EU Holidays for appointing Mr Timothy as our Tour Manager/Guide. As they say tour leaders can make or break your holidays. My wifeand I recently went on a 12D 9N Adventure to Balkans trip on the 26 April 2019. Paul Tee is exceptional tour Manager/Leader. He clearly made a huge difference with his wide experience, humor, flexibility and leadership.Extremely helpful, he is also very proactive and puts in effort to helpthe team bond early. Overall, the tour was a clear success. Our tour manager, Jiafu, surpassed our expectations. He ensured that the tour operated at peak efficiency, and handled the occasional hiccups with the utmost professionalism. Jiafu also takes the initiative to suggest alternative travel options to enhance our experience. For example, we were originally slated to travel by train, but in view of the fact that we were ahead of schedule, he put forth the suggestion to instead travel via a cruise to enjoy a better scenery. He strove to take the best care of the travel group and tried to accomodate all special requests put forth by the tour group. He even remembered my dietary preference!All in all, this trip was made more enjoyable by Jiafu.富哥: 辛苦你了! 谢谢你!Teresa Wu
