I truly enjoy my 13 days Highlights of Eastern Europe trip that departed on 14 May.Tour manager, Sabestian Mak and driver Martin are superb.Sabestian cares for everyone safety throughout our journey & ensuring our accommodation and meals are in order . He is very responsible and patient to explain the tax refund procedures in the airport. Did an awesome job to entertain us with his life story, jokes and singing!Sabestian is a rare gem !

My family of 3 joined the 13D highlights of Eastern Europe . We departed on 14 May.1st time we booked a tour with EU as we normally go free and easy .We had an enjoyable time. Our tour manager, Sebastian Mak is very helpful and professional . He is meticulous and firm in managing the tour group, ensuring we reached our destinations on time.Journey was long but we were well entertained by him as he is a very good singer and real joker, with all the witty jokes!Real asset to EU to have such great staff !

Had a great time with my daughter and wife in the 13D highlights of Eastern Europe Tour that departed on 14 May 2019.With a multi talented tour manager, Sabestian Mak, who can sing and crack jokes make the long bus ride less arduous .Sabestian is able to give good tips for shopping, must try food etc.He was very detail in giving instructions, stress the important points clearly. Briefed us before hand on every activities, even up to the last day for tax refund procedures, the group went through the refund smoothly.A great tour manager does make a difference to our trip !Well done Sabestian!

His experiences in leading tours was evident in the good time management and knowledge he shared whenever we entered a new country/city.He also reminded us on occasions of pickpockets in the crowded areas.Most importantly, he made the group felt safe throughout the journey and relatively a very smooth tour, creating good memories for the group. He also jokes and sings quite well!Overall thumbs up and well done! 

We had an enjoyable and memorable trip with Hui Qing in Europe. The itinerary that was planned for our trip was all covered. Hui Qing suggested us the food and gifts that we could buy in each city, and update us the things to expect during our trip. She is a responsible and helpful leader, she would constantly remind us of pickpockets and safety precautions.Thank you Hui Qing for this amazing trip.

I joined the 11d8n Scandinavia tour with EU holiday on 10 May. Our tour manager Mr Simmon Lee was very cheerful, friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. He gave us bonus stops at scenic spots for photo taking which I believe the whole tour group appreciated. Although we were late at times he waited for us patiently.

Just came back from our 11d8n Scandinavia trip from 10 to 20 May.Really enjoyed this trip.Our tour mates were helpful and cooperative.Mr Simmon Lee our tour manager was very cheerful,responsible and helpful throughout the trip.He gave us useful info before setting of for the trip.He also gave us bonus stops at scenic spots for photo taking which I believe the whole tour group appreciated.Thumbs up to Mr Simmon .

It’s my 2nd time engaging EU and we just returned from the Greece Tour (11 May to 20 May 2019) led by our Guide Mr Jerry Cheong. First of all I would like to thank Jerry for everything - for ensuring our safety and comfort to the best of his ability throughout the trip, as well to attending to my friend who fell while on our way to Kalabaka on that wet and chilly afternoon. Thanks for nagging at us to be mindful of pickpockets each time before alighting from the bus, the consistent morning calls just so we don’t miss breakfast and have ample time to prepare as well as ensuring we don’t get lost while on our way to the different islands ‘cause it was really chaotic on the cruise and at the different ports. Here’s my feedback about the hotels and restaurants- All the hotels were comfortable but in particular the ones at Mykonos (San Marco) and Santorini (Costa Grand) were superb. The restaurant Fanari at Fira, Santorini wasn’t quite up to our expectations as the seafood weren’t the freshest and their staff didn’t seem too keen to serve us. We were looking forward to the lobster dinner but it was disappointing. The restaurant Nice & Easy at Mykonos and Varoulko at Pireas on the other hand were fantastic, great and fresh seafood and attentive staff. I would love to return to Greece again in the near future but we were all quite bashed up after the city tour in Athens on the last day and had to take the red eye flight back to Singapore via Doha that same day. Perhaps EU could review the itinerary and extend one more day (free and easy) in Athens so we could venture out onto the streets and shop more to boost their economy ? Just a suggestion!

Tour : 11 days Scandinavia 10 - 20 May 2019Tour Manager :Simmon LeeThis is our 2nd trip with EU.Many thanks to tour mgr Simmon Lee who is very dedicated and takes care of every details to ensure our trip runs smoothly includingsending messages every evening for next day time schedule and weather forecast. During meal time, Simmon will not forget to inform each and everyone on the type of meats in the dishes as some of our members do not take beef or pork. He is also very humorous which lightened up the long boring coach journey. Will definitely recommend friends to join EU tours & return to EU for our next holidays. Well done Simmon & EU !Lucy & Henry Yeo

Attached photos of our group for 13D9N Balkans lead by Paul Tee.The photo speaks a thousand words, everyone in the group enjoyed our holidays.Paul Tee very knowledgeable of all the scenic places, he will let's us know what we can see at the destinations.He arranged for every members to attend a gathering to know each other better, which (to my personal experience) is very good.He takes good care of everyone especially the Seniors. During meals, he will go round the tables, to make sure everyone is served. I will recomemd EU Holidays /Paul Tee to my family and friends. Paul is special. 

The group can openly agree that the Tour manager, Joe Teh had done a marvelous job regardless the surprises we faced. On confirmation of tour we were informed there were 24 participants. But on the day of travel the number increased to 35 when a third of this group joined the land tour in Zurich. Make no mistake the group was very helpful and amicable during the Swiss tour. Special mention goes to Joe Teh who mindfully ease our travel by initiating transfer of all our luggage from train to hotel & vice versa. Easy access to hotel rooms were also prioritized for the senior citizens in this group. Excellent hotel accommodations and meals must also be complimented. Joe kept all updated and posted on the daily itinerary throughout the Swiss train tour and tourist sites by "the Whisper " and WhatsApp group chat with much considerations and well Organised preparation. Confidently I can attest Joe is experienced knowledgeable and caring tour manager in consideration of all the Long haul tours in USA/Canada/Europe we toured with other tour agents/guides/managers.

Second tour with EU Holidays. This time for the 12D9N Adventure to Balkans with Jeremiah Tan as tour manager.Very interesting itinerary with rich histories explained with enthusiasm from the knowledgeable local guides and quite a couple scenic views for good photo opportunity. Only downside was the long travelling time on the road which was made much easier with the constant jokes from Jeremiah. He also gave clear instructions on what was expected and was responsible for the safety and concerns of the entire group.

Our Balkans tour was really fun and memorable . Made so by our excellent tour manager who made us laugh everyday with his jokes and positivity ! Well done , Jeremiah!

Just returned from the 12D9N tour to Balkans with tour leader Jeremiah Tan. Very interesting and awesome places and very rich in history. Jeremiah is a very good leader. Always ensuring safety of all of us, especially the elderly. His instructions are clear and precise. His knowledgeable sharing and lively stories made the long travelling time bearable. He is very efficient in the arrangement of hotel rooms and restaurants. Despite the rain on some days, I find the whole trip very enjoyable. Will travel with EU again if there is an opportunity. Well done Jeremiah! . Keep up the good work!
