We recently went to Europe tour with Eu Holidays. The tour was well organised and the tour guide Tammy was very caring and efficient. She took in consideration our eating requirements and helped everyone, going out of her way. The tour could have been a little more slow paced and also wished had more time in Switzerland, apart from that it was a really great tour and also made some amazing friends on it !!

Review 13D Italy ,Swiss Paris + 2n in Dubai We enjoyed our trip in Switzerland, Paris. The high point of our trip was the time with our Tour Manager Tammy, she was extremely good, she deserves a special thanks. Tammy is a warm personality and highly motivated guide, she is friendly and funny person, filled with interesting information and can tell that she really loves what she does. The atmosphere was so special that it really felt like home to all of us, all respect for Tammy who does a great job there. She treat her tour mates fairly, friendly. The tour program was scheduled well. I would recommend her and her guided tour to everyone.

She was very caring and went an extra mile to take care of all of us. The tour was well organised and seamless . Only thing that could be improved was a less packed itinerary . We would all have liked some free and easy time

It gives me great pleasure to feedback to your organisation on our recent above trip. This is our second European trip with EU Holidays and we must say it was indeed a great joy and comfort to know that both our trips were indeed made without any regrets and mistakes.Notwithstanding the scenic and historical environments of the Scandinavian countries, the entire tour was certainly very enthusing and fulfilling throughout. All these will not have been possible without the excellent and talented care of your tour manager, Ms Alyce Shieh Wai Yeng. She was so conversant and fluent in her languages in explaining the various landmarks so much so everyone in the tour was so pleased and comfortable with. Besides, she was also very caring and organised ensuring that every needs of the paxs are well taken care of . It was indeed very seamless and smooth throughout the whole journey that we truly enjoyed. It was certainly a great piece of work that she had done and executed. I would like thank EU holidays for the family holiday to Europe & Dubai around June holidays. I would like to extend my special thanks to Philip (Tour Leader), who not only made our trip wonderful, but amazing too. He is very knowledgeable and absolutely to good to be true. His passion towards his profession was commendable, very caring and instrumental in handling every single request or issues of the passengers with left no stone unturned. His gesture of goodwill and the way he cautioned us, I doubt we couldn't have done any better than him. Hi, EU Holidays,We would like to thank Mr Ronald Quek who has led the above tour.  We just came back from this trip.Ronald was very efficient thoughtful, kind, efficient and professional in leading the group. Ronald shows patience and care while I climbed up and down the stairs of the coach with my walking stick.  A couple of times, my movement was not very steady, but he gave a helping to me.He was always reminding us of our passports and money, especially in big cities and crowded areas.  But such reminders are good for me, who may tend to be forgetful.   Otherwise, I would be very fearful of the pickpocketing incidents that I have heard from many of my friends who have been to Spain and Portugal. My husband also suffered some tummy upset and so was late for the coach; but upon knowing the reason, Ronald gave us some Po Chai pills and that help my husband. I also noticed that he will always to quietly taking attendance when the group is supposed to gather at a certain place at a certain time.  When the group is not complete, he will go around to look for them.  That shows that Ronald takes his job seriously.  Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one.   RegardsMrs Wong KS (Mdm Tong)
