He was quick and decisive in managing unforeseen circumstances. He was very patient and always attended to the needs of all travellers. He helped the whole group take a lot of photos during the various activities despite the cold.Great accommodation: Hotel rooms were very comfortable and located at walking distance to shopping centres and restaurants.Food: Average. Generally quite salty and only some meals are included in the package. The Chinese dinner was great!Itinerary: Generally quite well-paced, but there were many long bus rides to get from one place to another.Thank you, Ricky for the amazing experience at Finland and Norway. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves!

Knowing that we missed the sledging at Mount Bussalp due to the snow condition, he made extra effort to ensure kids were not disappointed by renting the sledges for us at Klein Scheidegg out from his own pocket. Although the itinerary was tiring, we still had a fun and fulfilling experience. Thanks Sebastian!

10d7n Wonderful trips start with ,Good itinerary,Comfortable hotel,Smooth time management,Delicious foods planned,Most importantly, whenever we in bus or free time we had never feel tire and boring despite he’s in cold & tiring but still keep all 31 of us laugh to the fullest ! The best tour manager i had met , went in the cold weather at -17 degrees to recce & capture northern light and yes we did !! Memorable trip we had all thanks to my dear tour manager JEREMIAH , you make our 10 days a worth and memorable! Kudos

Tour : 10days 7 night Finland& King crab safariDeparture: 1/12- 10/12Tour manager: Luke Sohgood time spent together with ours TM in sight seeing and Aurora hunting in the last 8 days. Though we didn’t successfully catch the “wandering” lights, nevertheless we have happily achieved many new yet memorable adventures in life. Catching King-crabs, driving Huskies sleigh & snowmobile in the cold are a few worth to be mentioned.Ours TM is a very attentive & warmer person.Great to have a awesome tour manager !Thks Luke make us have a awesome & memorial trips !
