My family and I (Group 7) were very satisfied with our Europe trip dated 11 to 20 September 2019. Especially when we have a tour leader like Kevin Cheng from EU, he is responsible and always make us feel ease when he is around. We will be glad to follow his tour next time too!~ A big treasure to EU Holidays too!~

My wife and I joined the 10D Grand Alpine Train Tour of Switzerland from 6 to 15 Sep 19, led by Mr Darien Tang. Even before the tour started, Darien took in our queries and comments favorably. He made special arrangements with EU for the coach transfer from airport to Lucerne upon arrival when the itinerary only specified transfer by train. He even arranged for us to have the upgrade from 2nd to 1st class for the glacier express! During the journey, my wife fell ill and had to visit the local hospital. We were grateful to Darien who accompanied us late into the night until she was discharged. Overall, the trip was memorable with good hotels and itinerary. We were impressed with Darien who is very dedicated, responsible and knowledgeable. We would surely consider EU holidays for our next trip

Tour: 13Days Eastern Europe Highlights Dep Date: 03Sep2019 Tour Manager: Dylan Teoh Well rounded trip with plenty of sightseeing, shopping and life lessons (Auschwitz Concentration Camp) along the way. Great itinery with beautiful Hallstatt, history-rich old towns, cathedrals, emotionally sad Auschwitz and interesting Wieliczka Salt Mine. Thanks the group for the great company, taking care of one another and laughter. Thanks Dylan our tour manager his knowlege of the places and for taking good care of the group. Thanks for his patience and understanding, always keeping an eagle eye for those wandering away (taking photos or shopping) or lagging behind, always making sure of our well-being and safety. Great optional tours provided and not in the intinery suggested by Dylan when time and weather permits. Will surely consider and recommend EU Holidays for future trips:)

Tour name: 10D7N amazing turkey your Tour manager: Kenneth Ng Kenneth took really good care of us every day, a very thoughtful man that brings chilli knowing we will not get used to the Turkish food. Everyday bring us different snacks /tidbits! During our last day it's mid autumn festival, he even surprise us with mooncake! Good job Kenneth! Really appreciate everything little actions you have done, beyond extra mile! During this 10D7N trip you make us feel so safe to travel, making the effort to remember our name just a few hours knowing us and even recognize our luggage ensuring we will not lose our luggage!! Tour: 11 Days Europe Highlights + 2 Nights Dubai Dep Date: 08 Aug 2019 Tour Manager: Sabestian Mak The itinerary was a good introduction to Central Europe, we visited about 6 cities, including Milan, Lucerne, Paris and Amsterdam. Sabestian is very knowledgeable and savvy, he shared on history and information of the places of interests, and was able to navigate around the streets easily. He also entertained us during long coach rides, and constantly reminded us to be careful of pickpockets in Paris and Brussels. Logistically, he ensured smooth hotel check-in after a long day, and would whatsapp us on the breakfast and reporting time the night before. Personally, I would recommend to join those optional tours to Mt Titlis, Jungfrau, and factory outlet in Milan. It will be wonderful if quality local cuisine can be served in the itinerary. The additional 2 nights in Dubai was a good transition period before returning to Singapore - helped to cope with jetlag and able to experience the safari desert tour. Lastly, thanks Stephanie Tang for responding to our queries (even when she is on leave) during booking!
