He was so approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, fun loving, professional, simply just an awesome guy! He really blends very well with the group and I felt very comfortable with him and feel safe! Of course not forgetting the itinerary and optional tours and additional one which made the trip a fantastic memory! And we are always blessed to have good weather when we reached our destinations and especially to the Top Of Europe and Mount Titlis! So far, this was the best holiday trip for me and a super memorable one! Thank you so much to Ken Yong and also to Michael (driver) for our road trip safety! Went to Europe and Dubai tour from 16 October to 29 October. Our tour guide is Mr Ong Jia Fu. He is very responsible and know how to take care of the group. I can only say he is full of praise. Really enjoyed myself during the tour. Thank you!

Tour Reference- 10ECCHLS16/19EK 11D8N Europe Highlights + 2N in Dubai Tour Manager - Wang Jia Fu My first time travelling with a tour group and was pretty worried when I heard it was a big group of 35 that there could be many unexpected delays and people reporting late etc but it turn out that all these fears were unfounded. With a experienced tour manager like Jia Fu leading the group, everything went smoothly. He made changes to our travel plans accordingly after doing lots of groundwork on the weather forecast which made our trip to Mount Titlis so worthwhile, where we get to experience snowing which could not be possible if we had sticked to the original travel plans as weather was bad on the mountains after that. His constant reminders on pickpockets and their modus operandi gave us a heads up on what to look out for and be wary of. He was always constantly watching out for us while at tourist hot spots. Tax refund process was never a hassle as everything was guided

We had an enjoyable 12D9N Adventure to Balkans holiday led by our preferred TM Miss Maybelle Phua . I must commend EU for listening to customers' request for choice of preferred TM and it had proven to be a very wise decision. Maybelle is indeed an excellent TM. EU may not be aware that Maybelle took every opportunity to promote EU tours to the group wherever we brought up a new destination. A good TM enhances the image of the tour company and the quality of the tour programme. In my opinion, she is a valuable asset to any tour company. We absolutely appreciate Maybelle's excellent service. Thank you Maybelle.

We have just returned from our happy 12D/9N Adventiure to Balkans led by our favourite tour manager Maybelle Phua. This is our second trip with her. 8 of us have requested for her to be our tour mgr and so glad that EU had assigned her to our trip. As usual she is so fun and safe to travel with. Maybelle has super management (of crowd) skills, knowledgeable and experienced.. With her, we were well informed of daily activities and timing beforehand thus we were very prepared for each day and everyone in the group was punctual and co-operative. Every activity was timed perfectly with the driver and local guides. It was also like a continuation of history lessons from Maybelle from our previous tour of Eastern Europe. i am not a history person but I can still remember and at least familiar with what she was talking.......hahaha I repeat here - She is cheerful, funny, witty, confident, effective, approachable, well-organised and gave very clear instructions. She is caring and always remind us to look after ourselves. She even brought tcm cream from us who are above 60 as the trip involved a lots of walking hahaha Maybelle always keep the group in high spirit and happy. Even though we were tired we looked forward to the activities the next day as we were excited by the information she gave us. Should we travel with EU again we will still request for Maybelle Phua. Tour : Adventure to Balkans Tour Departures: 02 -13 Oct 2019 Tour manager : Ann Soo The entire trip was seamless and there was never a bored moment. The itinerary was well planned and there was never a rushed moment. Ann our tour leader was very engaging. She was informative and helpful, always reminding us to be vigilant of our surroundings and to take note of pickpockets. She was also always on the lookout for other people beyond the group who may be targets of pickpockets. This is a very selfless act which must be commended. Further to that, she always ensures that everything is done with much professionalism, and she made sure to take care of everyone in the group. It was a wonderful trip and everything went smoothly! we had a wonderful holidays. Thanks to Ann Soo and EU holidays.

Tour: 10D7N Grand Train Tour of Switzerland 1 Oct to 9 Oct 2019 Tour Manager: 王家福（Jiafu) My wife and I went for the above tour and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our tour manager Jiafu is very hardworking, resourceful, caring and professional. He provided excellent services to the group throughout the trip. We will book our future trips with EU again and hope that Jiafu will again be the tour manager.

1st time joining 13D10N Paris/Switzerland/Italy + 2N Dubai from 3- 18/10/19. Tour Manager : Ms Rin Leow( 小 玲) Our first trip to Europe with EU tour and we had such good fun. A memorable trip, each day is never exactly the same as we travel from country to country, taking in the sights, listening to the stories; the history behind the various places shared by the local guides. Special thanks to our tour manager Rin Leow too, very responsible, she stayed with us throughout the trip and took care to ensure our safety, sharing with us good shopping tips and interesting facts about the different places and brands. Overall we had a lovely time. highly recommended both the tour manager Rin and the agency.

9D/7N Best of Russia 6 oct to 14 oct Tour Manager : Russell TanWe all had a good time though its only a short trip. Itinerary was well planned.Tour group was nice and friendly. Tour manager, young Russell , is experienced and professional. He is very helpful, patient and really took care of the groups needs. This is my first tour with EU (with 3 other companies before) and Russell is by far the best tour manager i have.... caring, helpful, patient, obliging and always there for us (at our beck and call)Will definitely recommend EU Travel to my friends.5 stars for Russell Tan!
