John was an awesome tour leader for our 14D11N Europe tour. The tour was able to proceed smoothly despite having unexpected situations along the way such as bus breakdown in the mountain area. He was quick in making the arrangements and managed the situation really well therefore we were still able to cover the attractions as planned though we were 3 hours behind schedule. His sense of humour and his knowledge were indeed an added bonus for us during the tour which made bus rides much more entertaining. Me and my mum were in awe with how knowledgeable he is since he shared a lot with the group along the way as we travel on the bus not just on the places of attractions that we will be visiting but the places that we passed by along the way. Our group was able to go for sledging thanks to John's quick judgement. Upon knowing that there was a likelihood that our sledging activity might not be able to proceed as planned, he postponed it to the next day. He clearly went beyond his call of duty by ensuring that our needs are met and even bought a mask and ginger tea for my brother who was having flu and even followed up after the tour ended by informing us that we can claim for medical insurance if he were to visit a doctor. Really thankful to have such an experienced and professional tour leader!

Tour: 14D11N Italy, Switzerland, France (+Dubai) Date: 19Dec2019 - 3Jan2020 Tour Manager: Sebastian Mak This trip to Europe was really enjoyable, and we are happy to have travelled with such a friendly & fun group :-). Our tour manager, Sebastian, was really thoughtful by teaching us how to prevent pickpockets & sharing past encounters. He also recommended us to some good food & photo spots along the way. He was engaging too, by having small conversations with the group during long bus rides. Overall, we really liked the scenic places that we visited, and had fun during the trip. Also, we are glad that our tour manager helped us swap our 2 days in switzerland, such that we managed to go to kleine scheidegg with clear weather, and also ski the full track the following day

Europe Trip Departures: 17-29Dec, 2019 Tour manager : Jiafu This is my very first time to try a group tour and this is truly a no regret decision. There were some challenges during our trip aside from flood in Venice, changes in weather conditions. With all these, Jiafu has managed to make effective planning and strategy. Our Tour Leader, have shown sincere care to the group to constantly remind to take care of our valuables from pickpockets, things not to forget and gave extra tips, suggestions and the like. He could just sit down and do not do much of the talking but he loved to share his thoughts, views, and opinion. He is no doubt an expert in his job that no matter how stressful, we have seen his patience, professionalism, sincerity, and willingness to help the group with all of our concerns. There is no such thing as perfect with the package that we have taken, just slight comment on some of the 4-star hotels which are not extremely bad. But not to forget 5-star hotels are superb. However, and over-all those little negative comments were all compensated by having a great Tour Leader which made the trip worthwhile. We went to Dubai to transit for 2 days, our Tour Leader Jiafu, despite no longer with us still messaged and guided us in a way with some pieces of reminders until when we have reached Singapore. Well, all it takes is just a dedicated man behind the scene - and a salute to you Jiafu for a great job well done. Keep up the good work. Just returned from a 14 days Italy, Switzerland & France trip. Rested and it's time for a big thumbs up

We went for our honeymoon to Western Europe for 14 days across Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany and were blessed to be led by tour manager Ong Kah Hoo Jiafu. Our first experience with EU was a pleasant one. It was very organised and well planned. before the trip, jiafu texted us useful information on Europe dos and don't, so we would be well prepared. It was a year end trip, it collided with xmas and new year with many shops closed, daylight savings and bad weather due to monsoon. We wouldn't be able to make it to Venice due to flooding which he could have conveniently changed to other destination according to our sign-up terms, however he still decided to let us visit Venice despite the heavy rain, flood and we even had to buy rainy boots, all for the reason that he wanted us to see Venice for this time before it will be gone. furthermore due to bad weather, we wouldnt be able to make it for winter sledging which he could conveniently cancel too. but for us he tweaked the itinerary to bring us to other destinations first so that we could go on another day. we were further impressed when he protected us from pickpockets by yelling and chasing them away at some tourist destinations. he also helped us keep a lookout when all of us were busy taking photos and enjoying the scenary. all in all, our tour group of 32 had a conclusion that jiafu was the best tour manager we ever met, and would not hesitate to sign up for other tours and also tours led by Jiafu. He was also very attentive and helpful to the families and older members of the group. He even went took us on a ride in the Prague metro after the program ended for the day, so that we can explore the city on our own. Thanks again to Dylan.

Tour: 14D 11N Italy Switzerland France + 2N Dubai Dates: 17 Dec to 31 Dec 2019 Tour Manager: John Foo Our family of five would like to thank our tour manager, Mr John Foo, for his commendable service rendered during our holiday tour in Central Europe. Unfortunately, our trip started with myself falling sick, followed by my two daughters. It was stressful as we did not want to affect the rest of the group members. However, John was very patient and was always looking out for us - buying us hot drinks, providing face masks, finding seats for us to rest and generally checking if everything was ok. Eventually, we recovered and was able to enjoy the rest of the trip. When we reached Switzerland, to everyone’s dismay, our bus broke down in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully, John managed to get a replacement bus for us and successfully persuaded a closed restaurant to allow the tour group to use their washrooms and even served us drinks. Evidently, John displayed resourcefulness and great negotiating skills during this difficult event. With his assistance, the tour went well and we would definitely recommend EU holidays. we hv been travelling on our own for many years and this year we decided to join a tour group so we went to travel fair and booked a Europe Tour with EU Holiday lead by Andy Thong on 12 Dec - 24 Dec 2019 11 day to Europe + 2 night in Dubai Thanks to our TM Mr Andy Thong. we enjoyed the holiday so much as he is well planned and organised .. except that there is 1 occassion in Paris which lead to no choice.. the traffic was so jam due to the big protest abt 3 to 4 hrs i think. we got struck in the jam and missed our lunch time..... he is so kind that he get the driver to stop at a rest station for us to grap some food and snack once we got out of the jam ... He gave us many advise as to where to go for food and the direction. we also hv time to find good food during our trip (pic attached) and the sledging is the best of all. we are well train by a very good trainer and hv fun up on the mountain. Andy also make our us a group video which i love it so much. A big Thank U @Andy !! I would also like to hv a big thank u to the bus captain in Europe who drive us for many day and help us with our luggage. Thank u for the safe journey. I went for the 11 Day Central Europe + 2 Day Dubai tour from 12 December to 24 December led by our Tour Manager, Mr Andy Thong. The trip was fantastic, bringing us around the major landmarks of the different countries in Central Europe and exposing us to the local cuisine. This trip is very suitable for families as there is a myriad of activities that appeal to both the young and old, from shopping to the thrilling sledging experience, as well as the Dubai Safari Ride where we were brought on an exhilarating jeep ride through the sand dunes in the desert. The panoramic views of Kleine Scheidegg, to the breathtaking views of the grand olden architectures in the different countries, really allowed for wonderful memories to be made throughout the trip. This wonderful trip was made even better by Mr Andy Thong. From the very first day, he was always concerned about our welfare, reminding us to keep ourselves warm when the weather turned cool. He also constantly reminded us to take care of our own belongings. Even going beyond guiding us to the various destinations, he never forgot to share attractions, shops and restaurants near the landmarks and hotels, which really helped us find our bearings when we made our way around during our free time. During the longer bus rides, he would also share interesting stories about himself as well as small tips about the places that we were going to. Knowing that our tour leaned more towards taking photographs, Andy gladly made time for us to be able to spend sufficient time at our various destinations to take photos and enjoy ourselves, even offering to help us take the photos. Even in Paris where strikes were occurring and traffic was bad, his smooth planning allowed for us to be able to stop by at the various attractions and photo-stops, as well as arrange for a local guide to give us an overview of the history and evolution of Paris despite it being such difficult task. His friendliness and kindness around us really made us comfortable around him, and because of him, we were really able to enjoy our trip. Thank you so much Andy, and we are certainly looking forward to booking another trip with EU Holidays, hopefully with Mr Andy Thong as our Tour Manager again!

I went on Europe tour led by Tour Manager Andy Thong 12-24 Dec. I'd like to commend him for his professionalism, great time management, resourcefulness.He gave clear explanation on the itinerary, places of interest, safety and what to expect.He planned ahead of time and scheduled our itinerary such that we were able to avoid peak periods with heavy crowds.Despite the strike in Paris causing massive traffic jams, we were able to visit almost all the key places of interest and have some time for shopping.He had also gone above and beyond his duty to bring us out to Amsterdam city centre at night to orientated us so that we could navigate our ways during our free day in Amsterdam.I'll definitely follow his tour group again. Highly recommended!
