Our recent family vacation in Finland (5 - 14 Mar 20) under the lead by tour manager Steve Loh ( 小罗) was totally enjoyable. Steve is patient, caring, knowledgeable and experienced. Impeccable service and though at many times, long winded, it was for the group’s good. Bit of tired with the few late nights chasing Aurora. Nevertheless, the group never complained. Lucky to catch a glimpse of the faint Northern Lights outside the glass igloo. Great experience with the few activities like king crab safari, husky safari, snow mobiles, reindeer sleigh ride and ice floating. Overall, a great tour highly recommended.

The itinerary was well planned and the schedules were well coordinated. The quality of the accommodations, the transportations and the flights were up to expectations. Xiao Loh the tour leader executed his duties well. He is very professional, always shown care and concern towards his group members.

We brought my mum along and she actually looks out for all the elders within the group. She makes sure everyone is updated about the day's itinerary and weather forecast to make sure we are well-prepared for the day. she is very experienced in every parts of turkey, even in DOHA.she makes sure everyone is comfortable be it indoors or outdoors and ensures our safety.we would love to travel with her again!

Our tour manager Steve Loh (小罗）always ensuring we were all safe and sound. And constantly reassured us he would help us to take the precious pictures when we were not able to, as we were all wrapped with bulky overlays and the weather was freaking cold and freezing.Well done! We went on a 14D11N Italy, Switzerland, France + 2N Dubai tour led by Jiafu, from 13 Feb to 28 Feb 2020. The tour was well-organised with ample time for shopping and sightseeing. I would like to commend our experienced tour guide, Jiafu, for making this trip much more enjoyable. Jia fu was very knowledgeable regarding the different historical sites. His explanations were very entertaining and informative. He was also very meticulous and caring. He provided us with daily weather forecasts and advised us on the appropriate winter clothing. He often reminded us to check if we have brought all our belongings, when we moved from site to site. Most importantly, we felt quite safe in Europe as Jiafu gave us tips and pointers on how to avoid pickpockets. We would definitely return to EU for another trip.

It was an awesome experience. Everyday is a surprise with fine food, beautiful architecture buildings and we even experience snow. The daily activities arranged by EU through their local guides were excellent and full of excitement. Best of all we get to catch the Aurora for 2 nights. That's the highlights of this tour. 10D7N Winter Finland + King Crab Safari Enjoyed the holiday with Jeremiah Tan. Very resourceful person who took us on an optional night to chase the dancing northern lights when the earlier aurora sightings were not that spectacular. Everything from lodging to sight seeing was good except the meals. Thank you Jeremiah.
