Went on a 11D8N Balkan Adventure (20 -30 April) led by Ricky, our tour manager. Ricky is a fabulous tour manager. Not only is he funny, he is one of the most hardworking tour managers i have met. His knowledge on the history of the various cities we have visited was impressive and his suggestions on other interesting optional tours made the holiday exciting. What impressed me most was his willingness to take the risk to bring a group of us who wished to go to Venice. I look forward to go on another tour lead by Ricky. Well done, bro

Tour Package departure on 21 Apr ~ 13D10N in Italy, Switzerland & Paris.  Tour Manager : Sebestian Mak It was such a wonderful trip for me. Tour Mgr has taken good care of us, the tour members. At every provided meals, he would ensure everyone were properly served n settled down happily before he starts his meal. Sebestian has been observance, polite & caring thoughout the entire trip. He often reminds us to be careful of our belongings. He is well versed in many languages & knowledgeable too. On the coach, he often entertained us with jokes n songs at suitable moments. His gesture makes us feel at ease. I would say this was one of the most memorable trip I ever had & shall recommend EU Holidays to my all friends. For me...I would definitely come back to EU for my next trip with my family.�

11D8N #Europe Highlights Departure Date : 18 Apr 2017 Tour Manager : Kevin Cheng It's my first trip to Europe and traveling with EU holidays. Although this tour encountered some minor problems ..... bus break down ''(x_x) The surprise is that our travel manager Kevin Cheng did not cancel our trip because of the bus down, he re-arrange our trip so that we would not miss our trip. Our group of a member, wallet and passport was stolen, lucky got our travel manager Kevin Cheng to help, so that the unlucky man can be a smooth return to country, but the money .... >.< But anyway, this trip is very pleasant, if got next trip, I will choose EU holidays again !!!

Thanks to our Tour Manager, Kevin Cheng, everything went rather smoothly despite a couple of unexpected challenges along the road. He managed those glitches quite well, earning the trust and confidence of the group that we are well taken care of. It was my family’s first time in Europe and this particular package/itinerary suited our purpose very well. We wanted to get a taste of key European countries and we definitely got that (and more than expected).I always thought that one’s first visit to a country is very important. Everything must work out fine in order to leave a good impression of the country and, thus, make you want more of it. Well, thanks to EU Holidays and Kevin and their superb customer service, we definitely plan to revisit and explore more of Europe in the future. Travel date: 03 - 12 Mar 2017 Tour manager (Tour FRIEND): Ricky Woo My first trip to Europe with my Wife for our Honeymoon and more importantly for the Northern Lights( must see before I die). The itinerary was well planned and we truly enjoy the trip. It was a well balance with some free time/days for you to spend with your loved ones.  RICKY Passion, funny personality and humbleness really makes the long bus ride felt like a short one. Always there to facilitate and make sure every tiny detail is not missed. Truly a Pro in what he is doing and thanks to his aurora song, we finally got to see the Northern lights. It was a memorable one,  Would definitely be going for another trip with EU holidays, probably with the same group of people and tour manager. Tour package: 10D7N Winter Adventure In Finland + Norway King Crab Safari  Travel date: 03 - 12 Mar 2017 Tour manager: Ricky Woo This is my first trip with EU holidays and I have to say this trip is out of my expectation. Even though we did not get to see the Aurora Lights 4 nights in a row, we saw it on the night after Ricky taught us to sing the Aurora song in the coach. It is such a thrill to chase the Northern Lights via Snow Mobile at -21 degrees. The itinerary is generally well organised and thoughtfully planned. It is truly once for a lifetime trip to be able to catch the King Crab and enjoyed the King Crab Meal afterwards. So cool to be able to stay in the igloo house with individual sauna facility. My friends thought that I have paid much more for this trip than I actually have. My hubby and I had so much fun and we truly appreciate Ricky's effort to look after us during the trip. He is friendly and cheerful and always making sure we are well taken care of. We will definitely join EU Holidays again!

Especially after the night that we stay in igloos hotel ,that morning after the hasky ride we are supposed go south to Innari but you worry that we may cannot find a good lunch during halfway stop, insisting the driver to go north to the holiday hotel (although that the driver is not happy about that but you insist) which we had stay before to let us have a good lunch there, than proceed to south to Santas hotel  We are really very appreciated that you had make a very good decision for us even that every hotel we stay you also make sure that we can had our meals Thank you Ricky look forward to joint you for another trip to Europe again

Went on a 13D Italy Switzerland France trip with hubby @[1050950528:Taylor Eng] as our honeymoon! Was guided by Connie Hay and she made our trip memorable! Honestly, without her ever ready to help spirit, we will not be able to handle when I fell sick and needed a Dr. Her friendliness and forthcoming attitude gave me a 'big jie jie' feel and with her presence, we know we will be in safe hands. Connie is responsible, gave clear instructions and went extra mile for our group needs and requests. She made sure we get the best and did a lot of backend admins and adjustments. 你的努力有被看到!!!!加油!!! Overall, enjoyed our trip but not the long hour bus ride with bad traffic. �

Tour: 13D Italy Switzerland France Tour Manager: Connie Hay Review: Thanks to our awesome tour manager and interesting tour mates, the trip was awesome. Our tour manager was ever so caring, friendly, approachable and concerned about our safety. She will go the extra mile to help us to plan our F&E days according to our requests. Will choose EU again if I plan to return to europe. Suggestions: Smaller tour group so that there are more space on the coach for people to rest comfortably during long distance rides. Buffer time for bad traffic conditions so that there is longer F&E time.

Came back from 10N Italy Fiesta + 2N Dubai in 1-12 April 17. Our Tour Manager was Sebastian Mak who was very patient & empathetic. For example, he took the efforts to explain the complicated European history, answering questions about the cumbersome tax refund process, & walking as slow as possible while he waited for the elderly to catch up. Keep up the good work

Dear eu Holidays, I will like to compliment your Tour Leader Connie Hay for our recent 15D trip to Central Europe (Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France) with Dubai, starting on 11 April 2017. She is attentive to everyone's needs and is very observant. She noticed one of us had blood clot in an eye and took the opportunity during our dinner time in Rome to buy for us a bottle of eye drop. As and when she checked with us on the condition. When we were leaving Switzerland, my sister had a very bad sore throat. I'm not sure how she got hold of it, Connie passed 枇杷膏 to my sister and she felt much better after taking it 2-3 times. These are only from our family of 4. We noticed she has helped with a many more requests and conditions from other group members as well throughout the 15 days. We have been to many tour agencies and the Tour Leaders there was nothing like Connie. Along the way, she provided tips on purchases, and even chilli sauce for everyone during our group meals! She has great rapport with the local guides, restaurants, and even helped the drivers to load and unload with our heavy luggages every time we change hotels! She looks small in size but is strong physically and mentally! Amazing. Being in a big group (38 of us), we understand there are some situations where some has to compromise, and Connie managed the entire trip with an awesome attitude and great amount of patience. This is our first time traveling with eu, and we are highly satisfied. Hope all your tour managers are as professional, well-organised, patient, resourceful, responsible, dedicated, knowledgeable and funny as Connie. She is a great asset and has given us a superb impression of your company.
