Our 10D7N Finland trip during the busy festive December period was a breeze with the accoms&tpt arrangements by EU Hol. We especially enjoyed exploring Estonia, the King Crab Safari, Kelo Igloo & the Swedish Icebreaker Cruise :)Thank you Mr Ricky Woo for being a great tour guide & being so accommodating for my family’s needs! Also, thank you for capturing wonderful photos of our family taking part in all activities.

Our family would like to thank our tour manager Maybelle for her wonderful arrangements, extensive knowledge and kind assistance. She has helped us in many ways beyond expectation. Turned out to be an excellent experience primarily due to our tour manager, Sabestian Mak, who has truly made a difference. He has provided great travel advice and also reminded us of pickpockets. Most importantly, he made a concerted effort to send short reminders via WhatsApp msgs to each family at the end of each day for the next day programmed and itinerary.I thank Sabestian for leading our tour group and wish him continual success!

Thumbs up to Jia Fu for my Europe + Dubai Trip in Dec 2019. A responsible tour manager who constantly gave clear instructions/ reminders and safety tips throughout the entire tour. Also appreciate his sharing which made the coach journey less tiring. In future, would definitely like to participate again in a tour group led by Jia Fu!On the other hand, thumbs down for the local tour guide/ manager for Dubai:- Poor communication skills (unclear/ too soft);- No sight of him on the 2nd day; and- No reminders on the timings for the departure day (only communicated to us once on the 1st day).

Tour code USGIGS : 20D 16N South America - Argentina, Brazil, Peru & ChileWe joined a tour group to South America (Oct to Nov 2019) led by Tour Manager Mei Wai Kuan. Prior to the tour, Mei provided a very briefing. She gave us very good information and advice such as the weight limit of our luggage, types of accommodation and weather conditions in the countries we were visiting.During our tour, we had to take many domestic flights and change hotels frequently. Despite having to take care of our logistics and the many arrangements before we arrived at the various destinations, Mei was always very systematic and professional. She ensured that we checked-in smoothly at the various airports and received our hotel keys as soon as we arrived at the hotels so that we could retire early. Due to her meticulous arrangement, we covered all our itineraries and always had our meals on time. Furthermore, she never failed to keep us updated on the things we would be doing the next day.Mei has a very good knowledge of the countries we visited and would merrily shared with us the culture and history of each place. She would explain in English and in Mandarin for the benefit of our Mandarin speaking tour members. We also observed Mei always going out of her way to assist tour members who had difficulties or have special request for meals. We are very grateful to Mei for making our tour very enjoyable and memorable.We look forward to signing up for more tours with EU Holidays.Paul and Diana

Tour name: 12D9N Adventure to BalkanDeparture date: 13th Dec 2019Tour Manager: Nichole LimWe are 8 persons family traveling together, TM was friendly and Sincere making the trip much more enjoyable, she lifts the mood and interacts with people very well, she does not give stress relating to meeting time but instead put across to the group nicely which is essential to clients as there should not unnecessary pressure on vacation. She is also generous and proactive by offering us snacks she brought on her own and sharing with us like hand cream... 谢谢 

We are back from the Balkans (15 Dec to 24 Dec) and it has been an eye opener because this secluded area in Europe is stunning and the sceneries are comparable to the rest of Europe. It has been a memorable and bonding trip for our family of 5 as we had ample time to soak in the sights and sample the street food as well. The itinerary was well planned and it was just suffice for several Merdeka Generation participants in our tour. The hotels were comfortable except for one with a gorgeous view of the sea and the accommodation was TOP notch. Not forgetting the meals... oh yes , we had a sampling of the local food and snacks purchased as we went to all the sights.The entire trip would not have been smooth sailing if not for the careful planning of the day’s tours by the tour manager Nichole Lim. Her commentaries on the sights were entertaining and yet informative and keep us awake on the journey from one destination to the other. Ms Nichole also cared for the senior participants who had a challenging time climbing the steep slopes and was always at the rear end of the convoy to ensure that no one was left behind.And while some of us “lepak ” en route from one destination we felt comfortable to steal a nap every now and then because the pilot of the coach Mr Draco was a very skilful and experienced driver . Mr Draco informed me that he loved his job and also helped us with our luggage even though the weather was miserably cold.Watch out we will be back EuTours.

My family joined 8N11D Europe trip in Dec with JiaFu as the tour manager. He is very experienced and always prioritized customers’ request first. Very detail in his explanation and even sang songs for us during Long bus journey. Appreciated Jia Fu’s contributed a lot of his personal time in solving our additional queries and surprises, some time till midnight. Because of JiaFu, we will come back to EU Holiday!

10D7N Winter Adventure in Finland + King Crab SafariDeparture Date: 3 December 2019 - 12 December 2019Tour Leader: Ricky WooMy family and friends had a brilliant tour with EU Holidays under the travel arrangement of Ricky Woo. Everyday was a new experience, from husky dog and reindeer ride to aurora chasing by bus. At the start of the tour, Ricky took the initiative to create a WhatsApp chat group, through seeking prior consent from the tour members, to ensure that everyone would be aware of what would be going on through his constant reminders. He truly cared about everybody and consistently checked back to ensure that everything was perfect. In order to make the trip memorable when the tour members saw the Northern Lights, he selflessly took photos for everyone without his gloves on despite the frigid conditions. When my friend’s son fell asleep on the sled during the aurora chasing, Ricky called for the driver to stop as he was worried that the boy might fall off. He carried the child, moved the latter beside him and cuddled him, so that the boy could sleep more comfortably. Not everyone has a big heart for children. Using his big heart to spread his love is one of the greatest things that he has done during the entire trip. I believe that his giving nature has touched every member in the tour group. Keep spreading your love and knowledge, Ricky Woo!
