Despite the covid measures differing across the countries, he remained on top of the situation and constantly shared with the group on updates, precautionary measures, etc so that our tour remained safe and enjoyable. In summary, it was great fun and indeed, an experience to travel during the Omnicron period!

Tour name: 10D Ski adventureDeparture date: 6 December 2021Tour manager: Emeline TanWe normally ski in Hokkaido and my daughters, age 12 and 7, were facing the disappointing prospect of missing a second consecutive season of skiing. Then the Vaccinated Travel Lane for Switzerland opened and by chance I discovered EU Holidays and this inaugural skiing tour to ski the Jungfrau region. At short notice, we took a chance and booked. What attracted us was the prospect of personalised instruction according to ability groups, by dedicated instructors including our multi-talented chief coach and tour manager Emeline and her super professional husband coach Park. Not needing to join classes mixed with other skiers was reassuring during a Covid19 pandemic. If we were concerned that going in early December was too early for snow in the Swiss Alps, we needn't have worried. We had so much powder snow in the days before our arrival and while we were there that our first day on the slopes was a serious challenge, with runs covered in deep snow drifts, low visibility due to heavy snowfall, blustery winds and legs not accustomed to skiing after nearly 2 years! Conditions stabilised over the next few days and as we got back our ski-legs, it was just enormous fun skiing from train station to train station, along runs that varied in difficulty but which took us through absolutely gorgeous mountain and snow covered pine forest scenery. Emeline and Park ensured that our skill levels increased with each run. I was especially appreciative that they minded my 7 year old girl closely and she probably benefited the most, increasing her skills and confidence in leaps and bounds over 6 days of skiing. Skiing aside, I should mention that the Lindner Grand Beau Rivage Hotel in Interlaken was the epitome of old world charm and luxury, an absolute haven after a hard day's skiing. It wasn't perhaps the most convenient, as we needed to take a train daily to Grindelwald to get our equipment before taking another train to Kleine Scheidegg to start skiing, but it was definitely something to look forward to each evening, to soak in the heated indoor pool before dinner. The first night's welcome fondue dinner at Bebbie's was an event. Apart from stuffing ourselves on cheese, meat and chocolate fondue, Bebbie himself, sporting hippie length blond hair and wearing patchy cow hide patterned trousers (not many can get away with that!), regaled us with jokes, songs and banter all evening. The final group dinner at Beau Rivage was, in contrast, an elegant fine dining affair, for which we skiers were mostly woefully underdressed!The afternoon spent in Lucerne on the way back to Zurich was a special treat, as we got to visit and eat at a local Christmas market, while roaming the quaint old city and doing last minute shopping for Swiss cheese and chocolates.A shout-out to Emeline, our super-woman tour manager, who facilitated every aspect of the programme, while also personally instructing on the slopes, all the time remaining composed, personable, attentive and responsible. A huge vote of thanks to Emeline and Park for looking after us all so well from beginning to end and even beyond arriving home, staying on the Telegram channel to provide us the links to register for our supervised ART tests.We had a blast and will not hesitate to recommend this adventurous skiing trip.

We were a bit apprehensive initially to join tour group. As we have the impression of ‘chasing ducks’ and meeting not corporative tour mates… But the 2-14/12 Spain VTL excursion changed our impression and we really enjoyed the trip for 1 Good itinerary arrangement to cover Spain rather extensively 2 Good value trip with less than 20 pax and having good seats (SQ VTL flight) and spacious 2 seater per passenger seats in the bus… 3 All hotels except the Valencia airport hotel are up to par. Especially like the AC hotel in Miland 4 We have a diligent tour manager Hui Qing looking after our needs and request. Her care, patience and never ending energy amaze me for her passion and service to us. 5 EU also tried to extend a good exposure not just to touch base on each sights but also to immerse us in experiencing the food and everyday life of the local Overall, it’s a well organised and executed trip. Just came back from Switzerland with EU. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Pretty well planned itinerary. Though the mountain top views were snowy and cloudy resulting in not being able to have a clear view of the majestic mountains, the blistering snowstorm was once in a life time experience. Most of us could not stay out for more than a few minutes at the recorded temperature of -19 on JungFrau. The scenery throughout the trip though was beautiful. The snow sled activity was immensely enjoyed by my 2 boys which was probably the highlights of the trip. If there is anything to recommend for improvement is probably allowing us to sled down a couple more times!!!

Tour: La Siesta In SpainTour Manager: Connie HayThe pace and itinerary were very well arrangedWe were very fortunate to be guided by Connie. we have 5 stars treatment by both Connie and our driver Mr. AntonioShe is very attentive and accommodating throughout the trip. She is also very Knowledgeable and have good recommendations to restaurant where meals are on our own.It certainly is very unsettling to travel amidst Covid-19 pandemic, but her exceptional eye for details reassure us.Connie was very helpful and clear with all the new procedures of VTL travel, especially with NEW additional measure post arrival in Singapore while we are in SpainIt is also very reassuring that ALL pre and post travel procedure were taken care of by Connie.Overall, Connie makes the difference to this trip and adds laughter to all our tour members. Joined EU Holidays for the 8D7N Korea and Busan tour under the VTL scheme recently.  Enjoyed this long awaited trip very much as we get to see the autumn splendour at places visited, the good and delicious food, especially the assorted seafood in Busan and the Korean BBQ, so befitting for the cold weather, the nice clean hotels and not forgetting the connections with our 16 tour members led by the helpful and dedicated Singapore tour leader, Shirley Wang and Korea tour guide, Andy. Thank you EU, our tour guides and driver for making this possible and the fond memories of this trip will be cherished forever!

Tour: 12D La Siesta In SpainDeparture Date : 25 November 2021Tour Manager: Kevin ChengOnce again, selected EU holiday for the 5th time for a very last minute tour during this covid time. Connie was very helpful and clear with all the new procedures of VTL travel guideline and recommended me to Spain. The pace and itinerary were done well with numerous optional which give much time for free & easy if you opt out. However to have at least one optional to be included into the tour would be highly desired. Meals provided for were adequate. Travelling with just a group of 20 pax we were very fortunate to be guided by Kevin Cheng. He is very attentive and accommodating throughout the trip. Knowledgeable with the in country attractions and good recommendations to restaurant where meals are on our own. Travelling during covid times, his exceptional eye for details of the pre and post arrival and departure for all the procedures were very assuring. Smooth trip throughout without any hiccups was greatly appreciated. Overall, Kevin makes the difference to this trip and adds laughter to all our tour members. I went on the first VTL by EU Holidays to the Netherlands, Germany and France (11D8N). I feel very comfortable with their style, itinerary and price. We recently joined the first VTL group to Busan in korea. We have waited two years for this trip to happen. Although there were a lot of procedures/documents to be processed before departure, EU arranged a good team leader (Yan Ni) for us. She is a responsible and enthusiastic person. When we encountered problems, she was very patient and attempted to help us come up with solutions. In addition to the team leader, we also had two very good Korean tour guides(正训 & 智沿） throughout the 8 days itinerary. They were humorous, enthusiastic, patient and responsible. Everytime we went to a new hotel, they would come and check on us individually and make sure that the rooms were okay. Whenever we encountered language barrier, the tour guides were readily available to offer their assistance. They even went out of their way to bring us to the subway station and teach us how to get the tickets and take the subway on our free day. I really appreciated the two tour guides and our team leader for making the journey so enjoyable and also for leaving us with many good memories.

I was in the 11 day VTL tour of Netherlands, Germany & France  from 20 - 30 Nov 2021. It was a very enjoyable and wonderful experience. Special thanks to our tour manager Sebastian Mak. He is very professional and handled various hiccups very well. He is also patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Sebastian really enhances our group’s visits to the various attractions in the three countries. Look forward to being in his tour group again.

Tour: 12D9N Adventure to BALKANS Date : 7 - 18 March 2020 Tour Manager : Sebastian Mak This is our family’s first package tour with EU Holidays , and it has such an enjoyable and satisfying trip that we completed. Visits to the many rich UNESCO heritage sites in the Balkans was well planned and well executed. The local and western meals arranged was delicious with much local flavour and quality, including the Roast Port Ribs @Bled Castle, Black & White seafood Risotto, beef Sahan. Hotels provided was up to expectations. Our trip was very well take care by Sebastian, and would like to compliment for his many fine qualities in executing his role. From the onset of tour of small group of 12, Sebastian’s warm and candid personality keeps us comfortable as a group travelling together. He lead the team with great professionalism and has very good product knowledge, sharing with us the many historical , political, religious and cultural history of the Balkans, background to the churches and castles. I learnt many new insights to the Balkans which I never knew of. Also, we are always reminded by Sebastian to stay vigilant when touring various places, and he keep us engaged on long bus rides by sharing many travel tips and jokes with us. He is very meticulous, caring and responsible in executing the travel programs, sending us notification of next day’s program details, weather, so that we are well prepared to enjoy our day’s program. Of special mention is his superb skill in crisis management. Our trip was mired in very uncertain times due to Covid-19, whereby everyday , new rules and changes were imposed by the various Balkan’s governments. In spite of travelling in such unprecedented uncertain times, we thank EU Holidays for sending us such an experienced tour manager that handled the changes and various unforeseen situations with such calm and composed temperament, focussing on the best interest for our group. He keep us promptly updated to the situations and the changes needed, clearly explaining to us the whys and hows, thus keeping the group very much at ease, that we are in good hands throughout the trip. He is caring to listen to our feedback and meeting our respective needs best possible. I could see the passion, drive and commitment that Sebastian delivered on his job, representing very well the company he served in. Great asset to EU Holidays. We would definitely recommend EU Holidays to the other travellers, having such wonderful memorable first trip to the Balkans.
