And our tour manager Sabestian made it extra special. Though our group was big (43pax), he made sure everyone's been well taken care of. He would approach each table every meal time and check if all is well. Reminding us to be careful and mindful of our belongings whenever we were down the bus and admiring the sceneries. Itineraries and scheduled call time were strictly imposed hence we had more free time for ourselves which I love coz I can roam around free. Sitting in the bus for long hours have become bearable coz he would entertain us by giving and sharing his knowledge about the places we've been and what we are about to see. He would clown around as well. Oh and he got great singing voice too! A tour guide exuding charisma. Overall experience was good if not the best coz we have a not only confidently handsome man as a tour guide but with a heart as well. His service is commendable and I would definitely recommend EU Holidays and I myself will be a returning client. Travelling alone is fun specially when Sabestian is around � I give him 10 stars haha.. He's fantastic. Had a wonderful and unforgettable trip because you made it possible.. Cheers!! ��

The itinerary was very well planned & the pace was also comfortable for all to enjoy. Jia Fu , our Tour Manager was very professional, efficient, caring & attentive. He always remind us of our safety & be mindful of our belongings during the whole trip. He is also very entertaining & informative during our travel in the coach by singing & telling jokes as well as promoting other tour packages by EU Holidays. Jia Fu also took the initiative to celebrate 3 tour members birthdays by getting cakes & everyone in the tour group involved to surprise group member who have birthday on each occasion. Jia Fu also sponsored wines on a few dining occasions out of his own expense for our group members to enjoy. He also handled the group purchases tax rebate very throughly. Overall , this trip has been very enjoyable with Jia Fu leading the group. We will definitely travel with EU Holidays in the future and will highly recommend EU Holidays to friends & colleagues. Tour package: 13 Days Italy/Switzerland & France Travel date: 1st June - 13 June 2017 Tour Manager: Wang Jia Fu This is my first trip with hubby & his family since getting married and also happens to be my first time to Europe as well, i would have to say i am very glad that we had chosen EU Holidays. Itinerary of the trip was well planned and we manage to visit quite a number of places within this short period of time with comfortable transportation. Aside to the places, hotels and food being arranged by EU Holidays, we would like to give our most sincere heartfelt thanks to our Tour Manager, JiaFu. Right from the start at the airport, he shown everyone his friendliness, attentiveness and fun loving nature.  With Everyone being strangers, Jia Fu made jokes, sing etc to help us warm up to each other and get to know more about one another. This helped us throughout the trip as everyone was on the look out for one another and greatly enjoy everyone's companionship. He is someone who is very good at making jokes and take jokes very well with all the group members regardless of gender, age or race. (Our very own Singapore version Andy Lau with his great singing kept us well entertained.. 

Just returned 13D Central Europe + 2N Dubai tour from 26 May to 10 Jun 17. Thanks to our dear tour leader Tammy Tan and she made our trip very enjoyable. She never seems to run out of energy and maximized our enjoyment, appreciated her bilingual explanation make us more understandable. Would HIGHLY recommend any tour that Tammy is guiding and we are grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Despite the huge group, she is able to handle with tact and extreme patience to ensure that all tour mates are comfortably taken care of. In a short span of time, she managed to create a cordial atmosphere that facilitated new friendships amongst group members. Her professionalism is commendable. 46 of us, big group, Korean, m'sian n mainland China, how to be possible??? We have a fantastic guide Eddie ong, efficient, pleasant n watchful over his "sheep".we r so sayang by him from the beginning until the end of the trip, making sure the last piece of luggage is claimed before he goes back home to see his wife n can. Tour guide makes a great impact on the tour, his commentary is intesting ,he jokes n is so approachable n so effective to fine details.We all like him especially (group A), we will never forget our memorable Europe tour(leave behind our footprint). We went for 13 days Italy Switzerland Paris trip with a short visit to Dubai... we really enjoyed our trip ...this was our first long vacation with our 5year old daughter, who enjoyed thoroughly... Our tour Manager was Tammy ... in one sentence if anyone asks me to describe I would say awesome guide lovely companions n superb tour manager... I met with an accident in the trip twisted my ankle with a bad sprain ...Tammy with her magic therapy fixed everything ...thanks lot for everything u did Tammy I will never forget the way u helped me ....you have a golden heart I must say ...hatsoff to u n all the tour mates who helped me throughout that phase when I was in pain ...my Daughter was so comfortable with each one of them....we have started missing all of u ....my Daughter says I m missing Tammy Aunty and her way of saying "wakie wakie wake up" she says thanks a lot to Tammy Aunty for the lovely gift....�May be we were from different families but those 13 days we were like members of the same family ...Missing all of u ...

Tour package: 14D11N Eastern Europe  Travel date: 10 - 23 May 2017 Tour manager: Ricky Woo This is the 2nd time we went on tours organised by EU. Tour leaders are very important in such organised tours. This time we had Ricky Woo as our tour leader. Ricky is such a dedicated tour leader seeing to our every needs during the tour. He organised the daily activities well well and everyone in the tour enjoyed it very much. Ricky is also a fun guy and keep us entertained all the time. He is the BEST.

Tour Package : 10D8N Romantic #Greece  Departure date: 12 May 2017 Tour Manager: Thong Keng Moh Andy I would like to thank our tour leader, Andy Thong who is very patient and take good care of our tour group. He specially bought ice creams for all mummies in the tour to honour Mother's Day, and not forgetting one of our friend's birthday, he actually bought him a Birthday cake! So thoughtful of him! We really enjoyed our tour, all thanks to ANDY! :) Looking forward to more trips w Andy!

11D 9 N Scandinavia (18-28 May 2017) Tour Manager: Ong JiaFu The itinerary was well covered. Hotels n food were generally good except for Chinese food which could be better. Enjoyed travelling with one of the best group members who were punctual, cooperative n helpful to look out for each other. Met the best Tour Manager JiaFu who is very responsible, helpful n resourceful in all arrangements for the whole trip. The tour bus air-con broke down on the very first day. JiaFu arranged for a replacement bus immediately which arrived the next day. We were offered free Wifi throughout the trip to compensate us for the inconvenience on the first day. There was road closure due to snow n landslide on our way to Geirangerfjord. He made last minutes arrangements for detour route n additional two ferry trips to catch the cruise in time including lunch boxes for us to take on the way. The following day to Naeroyfjord, the bus was stopped halfway for inspection by the authority which took almost 90 minutes. We had to rush to catch the cruise n then the train on Flam Railways. JiaFu was seen running around to ensure that we would not miss the cruise n train due to the delay. JiaFu sent us the hotels list before departure including expected weather, reminder on what to bring for overnight cruise, etc. Very detail n caring. He would help us to lug the luggage up or down the stairs where there were no elevators in the hotels. Every night he would send reminder message on next day programme, weather, morning call, breakfast time, departure time.... a bit "luo-suo" but good! Hope to meet him again if joining EU Holidays on our next trip. CHEERS!!!

11d9n scandinavia May 2017 Tour Leader Ong Jia Fu Went with our wonderful tour leader Ong Jia Fu to Scandinavia. Really beautiful place with wonderful landscape! Pros: 1. the best tour leader of all: Ong Jia Fu 2. great weather with beautiful destinations like fjord tours/cruise, flam railway and glaciers! 3. some of the hotels in the mountains with really beautiful surrounding landscape  4. food: was not bad on average, lots of buffets and wonderful hotel buffet breakfasts. but some of the chinese food not quite up to scratch Cons 1. too many destinations. could have cut out oslo/bergen. felt would be nicer to spend 2d each at stockholm n copenhagen. the rest of the time can be spent in norweigian landscape. 2. chinese food was abit :s thankfully only 3 meals. should just cut that out. 3. cruise from bergen to copenhagen not much to see. could be cut out. Special Mention Our tour leader Jiafu was really the best tour leader I ever met. Hes very responsible, plans for the routes few days beforehand and tries to ensure smooth travel despite last min road closures and weather changes. He is also very helpful: he was always around to help carry luggages in older hotels without lifts especially for the ladies or old aunties. I rmb on the first day where my travel adaptor was spoilt, he lent me his through the trip though he only had 2 packed in. He tries his best to answer every question and help us with any issues through the stay. Though he emphasises alot on safety, he tries his best to ensure we are happy. He talks a lot of funny nonsense most of the time, and even pulls us out to dance to help us soak in the fun atmosphere on the boring cruise, and open up. After joining more than 7 tours, I have to say he is the best tour guide I have met! Effort wise, he puts in 200% and I must say the trip was made much more enjoyable and fun with him! 200 marks for Jia Fu! Overall: 4.5/5 grading for this tour. Did not regret joining it!
