He is very knowledgable,caring and the most important fun and funny!He manage situation professionally. The itenary was very well planned from the moment we left from Singapore.. They made sure we covered all the places...Staying at Trubsee lodge was the best experience ever... A special mention to our tour manager Connie Hay, who was always cheerful,very helpful, funny, very patient and our body guard too���...She made sure we had no inconvenience whatsoever at any place...She also made sure of my meal preferences of no beef or pork...thanks a lot Connie for always being there... Package Tour: 10D7N Italy Fiesta Travel Date: 5-14 June 2017 Group Size: 20 people  Tour Manager: Ann Soo This is my second time joining EU Holiday for Europe package tour. What make me thought of going back to EU is because EU Holiday has the most professional Tour Managers to lead Europe tours. They manage to cover all itineraries stated with a relax schedule.  For this Italy trip, my family is very happy with the good deal of discounted tour fare offered by EU Holiday. We are also very comfortable with Etihad airline seating arrangements, spacious seats, wide LCD touch screen and service. Most importantly my family likes the group size of 20 people so that each of us can occupy 2 seats on the coach when traveling around. We can put our personal belongings and shopping items beside us. The coach is very new and clean. The driver is very responsible taking care our safety on the road and security of all our stuffs on the coach. We feel very safe to leave our things there.  Our Tour Manager Ann Soo always gave us a very clear instructions what to do, where to meet and what time to assemble. Everyone is very corporate and punctual to assemble with the instructions given by Ann Soo. This will help to smoothen the tour and enable all of us cover all sightseeing places within the day.  On this Italy tour, we always end our tour and back to hotel early like before 8pm. During this summer time, the sky is still very bright at 8pm and sunset about 9pm. Every night we have spare times to go supermarket to buy some drinking water and snacks, or dinner at nearby restaurant, or rest early in our hotel room.  Ann Soo is very nice. She always recommends us what is the best things to shop and dine in every places we travel in Italy. She is very different from other Tour Manager where she doesn't like to strongly recommend something to us yet she just leave it to us to decide. Most of the time all the tour mates are remain silent and Ann doesn't know what to do especially comes to optional tour. We must have consensus in order to go together or to stay together. I am the only one always responded to her.  One of our tour mate is a little girl age 7 and she was sick throughout the trip. She had flu, fever and vomiting due to the hot weather in Italy. Ann always very caring about her and brought her mother to pharmacy to buy medicine. There was a lunch provided by EU when we were at Rome. I requested to have pizza but our meal didn't include. Ann ordered pizza for my family. So kind of her.  Despite of all these, I would like to specially thank and appreciate Ann Soo helped me to buy and bring back some souvenirs from Italy which I couldn't get them during my trip.  When I was back to work, I shared with my colleagues about my Italy trip and strongly encouraged them to join EU Holidays for their Europe guided tours.

Not to mention how stressful it is to create your own itinerary from one country to another! But thanks to EU Travel for their smart itinerary that really suits our needs, like the countries we want to visit, places we want to see and their nice hotels.  And oh, Michael Yap is such a good tour manager. He's concern to our group is exceptional and entertaining too! He caters all our needs. I will recommend EU Travel and Michael to friends and families for worry-free travels!

13D10N Italy, Switzerland, France 3-16 June 2017 Tour Manager:Michael Yap My bestfriend and I decided to have a last minute tour to Europe where we will meet up to celebrate my birthday. With a limited time to prepare we are in owe that they make it happened. We are indeed happy and satisfied that we choose EU travel to bring us on our dream destination where we can meet up after long years of living apart. Btw my bestfriend only took the land travel frm Canada which is not offered by some tour agency. Must say every penny is worth it from Hotel, foods and the local guides that they choose and even the recommendation where to eat during free time are the best! And ofcourse i would like to commence the excellent service provided to us by our tour manager Micheal, he make sure that each our needs was provided and on top of it is the safety of each of us is the main priority. Micheal constanly reminding us to be extra carefull and always watch out our personnal belongings prior leaving the bus and start the local tour. Appreciate also he's act of voluteering to take a photo to each family group, to each ensure we capture all the beautiful places as a family. And bec of his effort we all feel comfortable, happy and we all become one big happy family and this makes our trip memorable and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend EU travel abd Micheal to my friends and colluages. Again thank you for making bestest birthday celebration ive ever had.

9-24 June 17 Italy/Switzerland/Paris/Dubai tour with Connie Hay -  This is one fabulous trip with a good itinerary, led by an adorable, caring and street smart tour manager - Connie Hay!� She is really petite but super mighty! You should see how she lugged luggages and carried water bottles, being fearful that we didn't have enough water to drink. Holding EU flag high up, Connie led everyone through streets and crowds, keeping our team of 28 safe and close together. Her stories and jokes brought lots of laughter to us in the long coach journeys. The more serious side of Connie � constantly reminded all of us the importance of looking out for one another. Our family had a great time on this trip, with BIG THANX to wonderful travel mates with the right chemistry and of course a great tour manager, Connie! Till we meet again �

She reminded us to be careful of our belongings at all times and ensured that the group was always together and taken care off. She patiently brought us around and recommended us places that was not part of the itineary. Connie is the best!! 'Can I ask you a question?' love u deep deep!! (: All the hotels that we stayed were very comfortable. Enjoyed visiting all the UNESCO sites, Jungfrau, and shopping! She made the hot summer weather in Italy & Dubai + long haul bus rides more bearable with her cold jokes LOL. Throughout the trip, she always goes the extra mile to make us feel comfortable/ safe, arrange for additional optionals to enhance our experience and more importantly, looks out for the entire group, which is something we all appreciate. Overall, a very enjoyable 15 days largely due to the company of the group and Connie! Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to go on a tour with EU :)

Am also glad that all my tour-mates were cooperative :) :) My family and I had an enjoyable trip and would like to commend Sebastian for making the effort to make it a good trip for everyone. He is very knowledgable, not just about where to eat and go but also about cultural history! Even though it was a cost-saver trip and tour guide tips were already included in the package price, Sebastian still put in effort and brought all of us to see the Eiffel tower, shepherding 40+ of us into the metro, knowing full well that if anyone got lost or have things stolen, he might be blamed. So thank you Sebastian for your efforts!

Thanks to Sabestian, we were able to have a memorable and enjoyable time in Europe. Sabestian has been attentive towards everyone throughout the trip. Once in a while, he will check on us to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. The long bus rides that we were often experiencing had became more bearable because he will always be entertaining us with his singing skills, and also share stories and random jokes with us. In addition, because Europe is known to have a lot of pickpockets, he will always remind us to check and take care of our belongings throughout the trip. Nonetheless, he is also very knowledgeable, and would often provide us with additional information on places that we have visited. Other than that, although in the tour booklet it was mentioned that our itinerary will be a fast pace one, we were still able to visit additional places around in Europe, and have sufficient free and easy, as well as shopping time. This is because the tour manager had good planning and time management skills. We will definitely recommend EU holiday to our family and friends. Do keep up with the good work EU holidays!

Tour package: 11D8N Adventure To The #Balkans  Travel date: 10 - 20 Jun 2017 Tour Manager : Darien Tang This trip to the Balkans is exceptionally unforgettable and amazing! Darien is a really thoughtful and understanding tour manager who took care of all 26 of us well throughout the 11 days. We have tour mates from the young to those in their golden age and Darien made sure to provide the best for all of us. He also made sure that we voice out any concerns and gave us a lot of assurance :) On the second last night, Darien even had a mini wine party in his room and invited all of us to join! It really bonded us really well and I'm sure most of the tour mates will agree with me how heartwarming it was. ^_^ Of course, the trip would not have been so amazing without such a great bunch of enthusiastic and friendly tour mates! My family had a whale of a time and we are really thankful for the laughter and joy brought to us these 11 days. Thank you so much everyone!!! :)
