I feel very grateful for the good tour delivered by Sebastian. He is definitely one of the best tour managers I have met. He kept reminding us throughout the trip to look out for our valuable stuffs, passports and wallets.He shared many past experiences and rich stories with us through the trip, making our long bus rides more entertaining and shorter than they really are. Besides that, he made a lot of effort to explain to us how to fill in the tax rebate forms and the process of claiming the tax rebate.Most importantly, he is really friendly and funny. I had an excellent experience in Balkans. Thanks to a very experienced and excellent tour manager.Lastly, I also very appreciated our Coach Captain, Mr Zelimir. He is very helpful and friendly. Especially when raining, he asked us just left our luggage at outside the coach and quickly get on the coach. He helped us to move all the luggage into the coach. This is so touching!Thank you Sebastian and Mr Zelimir!!

It was an fantastic trip for me. Each and every stops were having its beautiful scenic even on the bus while travelling to another destination. Arrangement and tips by tour manager were all well planned. Feel grateful to have a tour manager where you can have no worries during my trip and enjoy to the max as you can.

Didnt know what to expect as this was the 1st tour we signed up with EU but the tour turned out great. Weather was unexpectedly kind to us except the last 2 days but that didnt stop us from having a good time. Many long walks (and climbs) but the sceneries are breathtaking.Sebastian (Xiao Mai) is definitely one of the best tour managers I hv come across, he ensures we hv the daily info on weather/temperature, how much local currencies we shud change, etc. and he can sing too!! �Sebastian together with our Coach Captain, Mr Zelimir, ensured we got to our destinations safe and the bonus stop for our FUN with snow in Austria was FANTASTIC!!Thank you Sebastian and Mr Zelimir!!

My wife and I were actually sceptical about joining tour groups (we usually plan our own holidays). As this is our maiden trip to Europe, we thought it might be better to follow a guided tour. EU Holidays and especially Veron immediately changed our views from the day we met at Changi Airport.The itinerary + optional tour was carefully planned out so that our time was fully maximised. I think we are very lucky to have Veron as our tour manager. She is a very responsible, meticulous, resourceful, knowledgeable and fun-loving person who makes sure everyone of us is well taken care of. She also has an amazing ability to deliver 1-2hr of non-stop history lessons so that the 2-4hr long drives between cities are not boring. And I think she can do standup comedy too! We really had fun with her for the 10 days and the group also felt like a big family.Places covered: Pisa, Rome, Siena, Bologna, Cinque Terre, Venice, Milan.Seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa, stepping into the Coliseum, visiting Vatican City and taking the gondola ride is a big tick off my bucket list.Thank you EU Holidays! This is our 2nd time I and my close friend, Pauline Cheah traveled again together using the same travel agency. We would like to thank your tour manager, Mei, who has done an amazing job to ensure all of us were taken care throughout our trip to Balkans. Besides her being very humble, quiet and a gentle spirit, she is above all very experience, committed and take great responsibilities beyond our expectation!There was last minute change in our itinerary to Munich shopping outlet due to public holiday-Halloween, we were told that the outlet is closed on that day. So she decided to bring us to a popular shopping outlet in Venice, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet for our last minute shopping. On the way to Munich hotel, she treated us all free dinner out of her generosity using her pocket expense. Indeed, we enjoyed the dinner!We would like to thank Mei for executing her job with excellent meeting our requests without hesitation. She deserves more than what she gave out of love and generosity!We can never forget her!

Just got back from a memorable holiday, thanks to our group tour mates and especially, to Jia Fu, our tour manager. I have an initial reservation of joining a local packaged tour, but this EU trip really did change my impression.I will like to commend Jia Fu for his professionalism and expertise. He is humorous and firm at the appropriate time. Under his care, our tour ran very smoothly, everything from hotel stays, optional tours, timing, tax refunds, food and gift recommendations. Everyone had a good time. No one in our group was the victim of any thefts with his constant reminders for us to be careful with our belongings.I will surely recommend this EU holiday to anyone planning a visit to Central Europe and Jia Fu to be their tour manager.Thanks Jia Fu and EU Holidays for a memorable holiday. Excellent tour! The itinerary was all about the locations and content, with minimal time wasted traveling and we got to visit a lot of locations along the way. Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local conditions, history and most importantly, keeping the customers safe while helping us enjoy the sights. The timing was excellent, as he was able to avoid the crowds and give us the best experience possible.

The itinerary of this holiday was very well planned and comprehensive. Locations covered created precious memories. Especially the time spent on mount titlis and day at jungfrau. But most importantly, we had a wonderful tour manager who was very professional, human, caring, a true gem, willing to go the extra mile. He is very sensitive to the needs of those who needed extra help and guidance and never failed to deliver. We were motivated to be punctual because of the immense efforts he put in. He helped us with our tax rebates. We enjoyed the food, especially squid ink pasta and the opportunities to shop. His knowledge of watches is amazing and we are much wiser from his sharing. He is very sweet and helped create the family on this trip.. His recommendations for food like Gelato, pizza etc were excellent. He has a strong sense of fun and participated in our games with great gusto and took our ribbing so well...the local guides were good and passionate about their work. This trip was made memorable because Wang jia fu put his whole heart and soul to look after us. He is a true ambassador of eu holidays.. The coach used for the trip was very comfortable. The 13 days Europe and 2 days in dubai is worth going... Our tour departed on 19 Oct and ended on 3 Nov.

This was my 1st trip joining EU and through highly recommended by my good friend that Hui Qing was a nice n good tour guide as well as good tour company EU.I am delighted with the performance and attitude of hui Qing as she really take good care of the group and shown her true leadership. She speak and guided the group both in English and in mandarin well and was polite and friendly and always with a good and pleasant smile.As in our group, we hv people not present on time very often and either late or missing. Huiqing did her best to make up for the lost time and delay.I would said holding and guiding a group of people from different places, different culture, different mindset and different attitude and different behaviour is and never and easy task and work But Huiqing always there with a pleasant smile.We can't please everyone but we all should know that joining a tour group, we have to built bonding the moment we met at airport departure as we have to be together for the next 10 days. Harmony and building understanding and to do give and take should be in everyone's mind and heart or else everyone will have miserable 10 days.My greatest thanks to Huiqing for your patient and helpfulness and making me enjoy the 10days trip in Italy and 3 days in dubai. It is our first time joining a tour agency and our choice to travel with EU Holidays was largely based on the Facebook reviews. Therefore, I hope my experience will help others to decide!We already anticipated that this tour package was going to be very intensive but what surprised us was the local tour guides gave great insight and explained the history while we were visiting the actual sites!JiaFu is a very caring person towards every tour members and we felt like a family (He gave a tube of ointment to an elderly tour member who hurt her wrist after a minor fall); he was always attentive and sharp when tending to his ‘brood’, making sure nobody’s lost! Also, he meticulously helped everyone to check through our tax refund papers which eased our anxiety over the complexity of these documentation.EU Holidays should be proud of JiaFu’s high level of customer service and professionalism!
