The holiday trip with Kevin is good & pleasant one. Kevin has exhibit good planning & organising the schedule well. Kevin has been helpful & try his best to meet the group needs.Never regret to join this tour trip & get to know the group members together with Kevin. Will consider EU holidays for our family next overseas trip again.

这是我们姐妹俩第一次参加EU Holiday, 也第一次体验这么冷的气候！很感谢Tim,因为我们的英文程度不好！Tim一路上得用双语为我们讲解！由于我们的膝盖问题，他也会帮忙我们套上那件冬天外套！帮忙我们提行李上下楼！我不小心滑倒时，他也是第一个冲过来扶着起我！感恩！最难忘的经验就是在玻璃屋外只穿着T-shirt 吃泡面，如果在当地的麦当劳用歺，也有送我们独特的明信片！他也不厌其烦地跟着我们一起追逐北极光，由其是在我们的最后一晚上，最后一个机会，我们一组人参加了当地的追逐队伍！当我们失望地回返时，看到他还在那等待着我们！真是很感动！也让我们有一个难忘的旅游！我真希望以后我们再参加EU 时，还是Tim又再带领我们！Tim加油！

Peter is a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable and extremely experienced! He is also very hardworking and ensured everyone of us get the most out of the trip by providing us with a lot of information. Feel very safe with him around and definitely very fun. Hotels chosen were good too and the sledging was fantastic! It is a value for money package :)

This was my first time travelling with EU and it had been a wonderful and memorable experience. EU delivered all that was stated in the tour package and even had little extras included where circumstances permitted. Tim had been an effective, efficient and experienced tour manager who attended to the needs of the group members promptly and patiently, always working willingly and tirelessly. Little things, like responding to queries promptly on the WhatsApp chat group, running to get the coach bus which had not arrived at the scheduled time to send the group to the airport, waiting up late for the group’s return at 12am from the locally-arranged aurora chase activity, and even helping a few members to physically carry their luggage a floor down to the coach bus boarding area, reflected well on Timothy’s dedication and commitment to his work. With 32 members in the group ranging from teens to adults, Tim was able to connect with them and garner their support to ensure that activity procedures were adhered to and that activities were conducted safely and smoothly.I enjoyed best the King Crab safari in Kirkenes, husky-dog sledding and snowmobiling in Saariselka and reindeer sleigh ride in Rovaniemi. We had an exciting and fun-filled time with tour manager Timothy and I certainly look forward to travelling with EU again.

Amazing trip to Europe with hui qing as our tour leader. She was really cheerful throughout the trip and took good care of her dear tour members. Tours led by her were interesting and fun as the bus ride talks were engaging. She was also prompt in briefing us about the schedules throughout the trip, informing us on any changes and even brought local shows and movies to play and entertain us when the bus rides were long. She also catered well to our needs by telling us where the nearest convenience stores were to purchase mineral water and other daily necessities. Sometimes she would even treat us to some of the local delights and even show us where the stores selling them were and which brand/shop had the best n cheapest kinds.She is awesome and we are glad that we have joined EU in this journey with the greatest tour lead accompanied... good job Hui Qing

An excellent and memorable trip overall made even sweeter by having Huiqing as our TL. Always carrying a smile on her face and trying her best to cater to our needs. She definitely went all the way to Ensure our safety and wellbeing and overall happiness during these 11days! Thumbs up for your hard work!!! Definitely will recommend her as a TL to anyone looking to travel with EU Holidays! 

Great experience for this tour package with EU holidays. Enjoyed every bit of the trip from the King crab buffet, igloo house, reindeer, snowmobile, campfire, zoo, snowy weather and especially the Husky ride! It’s a pity we didn’t manage to catch the Aurora but overall still an enjoyable trip! Also I will never forget having Maggi Mee outside the igloo house.Special thanks to Tim for being such a great, responsible and experienced tour guide who went the extra mile to help my (now) fiancé plan our surprise proposal at Santa Claus village with the real Santa! I've just came back from my South Eastern Europe 12 days trip led by Mr Ricky Woo and I want to say a big thank you as we've enjoyed it so.... much. Ricky connected with us even before the trip despite him only back from the previous trip a day before our departure. He has never fail to put our interest before anything at all times to ensure that we receive the best value experience . He was always helpful, patience & approachable. Sometimes he even insist with the local restaurant personnel in certain arrangement which needless to say are for our benefit. At one point where he wasn't feeling well but he still hold it very well. His knowledge on tax refund is definitely much appreciated. Once again, we thank you Ricky for the wonderful arrangement and certainly look forward to your companionship in our future holiday. Good job & do take care. Merry X'mas.

We have just returned from our trip to the Balkans with Ricky Woo as the Tour Manager and we would like to say that Ricky is a very dedicated, responsible and patient Tour Manager. With a group of 40 people from different walks of life, it was definitely not easy to manage and yet, he did not once show any discontent. But he showed professionalism and ensured that everyone’s needs were fulfilled (he evenensured that all our dietary requirements were met). He puts in his best to try to meet all our requirements. His instructions and explanations were clear and concise and he never failed to provide important reminders such as morning call timing, breakfast timing, departure timing, safety reminders, and weather updates. Even though there were many places to visit and some places took more time than expected, Ricky still tries his best to adjust the timing accordingly so that we get to experience more, without compromising the quality of the trip. With his good time management, the trip was a rather relaxing one (we don’t have to rush from one place to another and we covered everything). Other than being professional throughout the trip, Ricky also knows when to have fun with the people in the group. His outgoing personality made the trip especially fun!Overall, we had an awesome trip and we sincerely appreciate Ricky for all his hard work and dedication. Looking forward to having him lead the next trip that we’re going with EU Holidays!Thanks Ricky! :)

Just returned from the trip (12D9N Adventure to the Balkans+1N Venice) led by tour manager, Ricky Woo. Ricky was extremely patient with all 40 of us during our trip, rendering assistance ranging from providing spare travel adaptors to finding missing people, as well as paying close attention to elderly travellers. Ricky was also meticulous in ensuring that we got the special meals that we requested for and did not show the slightest discontent (even when our request was quite troublesome). The hardworking type, he provided reminders on a daily basis without fail, be it via whatsapp or in the coach, giving us weather updates, information on departure time, etc or briefing us on the places we were visiting.Thanks for making our trip a pleasant one, Ricky!

Have just came back from 11d8n adventure to Balkan. We enjoyed ourselves very much n were very well taken care by our tour manager Ricky Woo. Ricky is a hard working and patient tour manager and trying his best to accommodate to member's request from power adapter to warm water supply, medicine or any issue faced by the tour members. He also share with us his life story and build a friendship with the tour members. Thanks Ricky for making our trip an enjoyable one.

This is my first trip to europe and had a wonderland holiday and white christmas. Shi qin is an experience tour guide and she has explained details of each countries history. She is a kind hearted and helpful person.Will come back again and hope to see her soon.

Enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Shiqin has been very patient throughout the entire trip. She is knowledgeable about the places we are visiting and would share some history about them. Shiqin would always give us reminders and tips to take care of our belongings.Throughout the trip, she was caring towards all the tour members especially members with kids and elderly couple. She has never leave anyone behind and she took extra effort to help the elderly Uncle up and down the bus.Overall, Shiqin is a very responsible and a caring tour manager who displayed empathy and patience throughout the entire trip even though there were a few tour members who were difficult to manage. Her well-planned time management with the coach drivers and her experience in handling a large group of tour members from different walks of life enabled us to fulfil all the traveling, dinning & sight-seeing destinations on time.
