We signed up for the land tour with EU Holidays. We were initially apprehensive of the travel pace and experience as we had our parents-in-law and 2 years old kid in tow. However, we are glad to announce that we had a very good experience at the end of the trip. Sabestian Mak was our tour leader and he was the key factor to the trip's success. He was detailed, friendly, and experienced. He would advise us on what and when to buy during our visits to various places. He shared his jokes, personal stories and kept us entertained during the long bus rides. In wanting to ensure that our Europe experience was not marred by the loss of personal belongings, Sabestian shared about the various scams and kept on reminding us to be vigilant. Also, Sabestian was meticulous in his planning and was able to cater to our accommodation (rooms need to be near to each other) and dining demands. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and would be looking forward to another holiday with EU Holidays very soon. Thank you Sabestian and hope other EU customers would be fortunate to have you as their tour manager. Keep up the good work!

Overall satisfying and exellent trip. Though the group is big 39 people , but well control by our tour manager.Europe is well known for pick pocket. Our group is all safe and sound dispite we had different ages of members ranging from 70plus till 3 years old .... thx to our tour manager who always constantly reminding us.Kudo to our tour manager mr mak.Thanks to all for a wonderful and enjoying trip to close the year 2017.

Lucky to have a great tour leader Sabastian who manages the timing and group very well with his experience. He kept on reminding us of the threats in the land of world famous for pick pockets. Truly enjoyed the whole trip although with a big group of 39 pax, luckily all are very cooperative and nice families... thanks Sab for the great experience :-)

The tour is fantastic and we had a great time together with the rest of the tour group. Sebastian’s service was tip top and he rendered great service and assistance especially to my parents.

This is our family’s first time to join a group tour and we were quite skeptical at first. We are all pleasantly surprised how well organised and planned this tour was. They’ve made everything convenient for us. The itinerary ensured that each day was filled with a new adventure. The hotels selections, esp Hilton Molino Stucky Venice and the Renaissance Trocadero Hotel, are great. The latter is even located to one of the most expensive streets in Paris and the hotel is just ~10-min walk to Eiffel Tower! �All these won’t be that seamless without the proper execution of our very best tour guide, Kevin. He’s very organised and experienced tour guide. He is extremely caring and we appreciate what he had done for our family on the first day of our trip, which was in Rome. My husband and son were behind the group while we were walking towards St Peter’s Square, and were being followed by 2 teens. Kevin warned and alerted my husband and son about pickpockets. The teens continued to pursue us but only stopped when Kevin made the effort to explicitly ward them off. Only then the 2 teens stopped following. Now I know why Kevin is known to be “Gentle Giant”! �Also, what I noticed about Kevin is he always ensured that everyone was already served with meal before he sit down and started his. Based on the reviews, pork knuckle in Black Forest, Germany is bland. We burst out laughing when Kevin took out a fairprice plastic bag and handed each table a chilli sauce!!!! Haha.. that totally made us enjoyed & finished those big chunks of pork knuckle there!!! �Thank you, Kevin for making this trip a safe and unforgettable one for me and my family. Sledging in Mt Bussalp, Switzerland is the best! My kids keep on saying that this is the best trip we’ve had! �We will definitely book our next holiday to EU Holidays again!

We were a group of 33 with age ranging from 13 to 68 years old ! Luke took care of travellers who were unwell but at the same time, he had also continue to guide the rest of the group. He was engaging with all of us and we definitely enjoyed the trip as one big group ! We saw aurora 3 times ! His instructions were clear and he was ever ready to answer any questions that we may have. The group enjoyed the trip very much and credit to Luke who organised a smooth trip and his enthusiasm and humor were contagious ! It was a holiday that many of us will remember for a long time to come ! Thank you Luke !

My Son and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip with EU holidays and the care that our tour leader, Connie, provided us. She consistently went above and beyond to take care of us personally and we enjoyed listening to her stories and jokes. Will definitely travel with EU holidays again!

Mr Joe has done wonderful job despite the large tour group. Our group consisted of 40over people. From young to old from different countries and races. He has managed the group very well suiting their needs. I saw first time tour manager who was so hardworking and entertaining the group by engaging them in different activities for eg. Group photoes at historical places. Making vedio of family kept all families together showing the movies filmed at places we visited . And many more. He has really done his job very well. .The weather was also a blessing to us. Mr Joe has made this trip very memorable experience by sharing some tips of photo albums not which we use to do in past but like photo wall..Mr Joe has made special effort of celebrating birthday for December babies in 360 degree revolving cable car which was really a surprise and will be memorable experience to all.I will recommend this tour to many.. I myself looking forward for another holidays with EU holidays and hope to get Joe our manager or equivalent

This was an incredibly engaging tour package, with special thanks to our tour guide Roger for providing such an enjoyable experience. He was incredibly caring, and ensured that all our needs were met.Furthermore, he also offered a lot of helpful advice; for instance informing us of good locations and reminding us to look after our belongings.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable holiday in Europe! Our tour manager, Mr Joe Teh was very patient and professional in managing our tour. He ensured all our needs are taken care of and the trip was made more fun with his witty jokes, informative tips on packing our stuff, informing us of safety issues and pickpocketing areas. Resourceful in getting us a good dinner in Paris! Joe was also very helpful and entertaining and we enjoyed the company of our tour Manager, driver Michele and the rest of our tour members. Will definitely recommend EU to our friends
