The tour manager @jeremiah is an excellent tour guide for our group. He went above and beyond his duty to look after our group like giving us a brief orientation of the city during our free activities time. Giving us reliable and sincere advice on which optional tour or safari activities we could take on. He is polite, humble and attentive to our needs. The last dinner at the igloo 3 course meal is our best meal throughout the whole tour.Once again, thanks for the wonderful Finland tour and successful Aurora chasing...

Tour Leader Tammy got lots of surprises in store for us. She made few last minute recommendations to adjust to the majority’s preferences. The food arrangement was also well arranged etc. Last but not least, I really enjoy the snow sledging activity at Mt Bussalp (Switzerland)! �

Thank you Shiqin for being such a wonderful tour leader.The first day was a tough day because a friend whom i recommended to join Eu Holidays had an old leg injury acting up and was having a tough time catching up,but when we approached Shiqin , she was all ears and was understanding and was quick to adjust the pace .We could see how efficient and responsible she was...one minute she was at the front of the tour group, and the next she was at the back of the group making sure none was left out.(32 in the group)We don't know how she did it, but we were thankful for her constant care and keen eye for details.Throughout the trip, we had lots of laughter and fun and we even dubbed her our Goddaughter. She was also informative , knowledgeable and helpful.We were very pleased that due to her foresight, she managed to arrange the optional tour to Venice in the morning of the last day of the tour.(although we were given to understand during the briefing that this option might be tough to arrange as our flight home was in the mid afternoon and not at night).So thank you Shiqin for a job well done.We herewith wish to also thank all our group tour members for a wonderful and enjoyable trip.From Juat ,Angela and respective Families

It was really an awesome experience and would definitely plan my next Europe trip with EU Holidays again.Professional and well planned.Will not forget the part where our tour manager run in to tell us that there’s strong aurora outside when we were all happily feasting on our king crabs. Definitely worth it to chiong and wash our hands and dress up to head outside to see the beautiful aurora.Also not forgetting the night living in Snowman World Igloo and the hot tub experience.Food wise, just need to get use to the food for some parts of the trip.Other than that, gonna look forward to the next Europe trip with EU~ �

We have just returned from our trip to the Balkans with Alan Cheong as the Tour Manager.A tour manager can make or break a trip. We are so glad that we had Alan who was a very dedicated, responsible, patient, positive and entertaining Tour Manager.One week before departure, Alan was already sending updates on the weather and advising us on what to bring for our own comfort. He was very communicative at all times and made sure all our queries were answered.All throughout the trip, he sent us daily updates on weather and timing reminders. He was constantly checking on us, to make sure we are comfortable and our needs are met as much as possible, even in the plane!!With a group of 30 people from different walks of life, it was definitely not easy to manage but he did his job well. He was very good with timing so all our activities were carried out smoothly.Overall, we had a memorable time and we sincerely appreciate Alan for making it a success.Thanks Alan :)

We had a wonderful and enjoyable holiday in Europe! Our tour manager, Ms Ann was professional in managing our tour. She ensured all our needs are taken care of. All informative tips on packing our stuff, informing us of safety issues and pickpocketing areas n etc.... Resourceful in getting us a good dinner in Different countries. Your Europe driver Is really professional as we have a good ride from start to the end. Will definitely recommend EU to our friends !

My family & I had wonderful time with our tour manager, Jia fu. He is very professional, efficient, caring and attentive. He always reminds us of our safety and be mindful of our belongings during the whole trip. He is also very entertaining and informative during our travel in the coach.He always ensure all the tour members are well taken care of. He managed to contact & found me at St Peter's square when I missed the group & arranged a place for us to wait for others. He make an effort to explain and check again to ensure we fill in the tax rebate form correctly.The only setbacks is the food arrangement as we already informed the staff during booking that we don't take beef but we still been served with beef only as no other options due to we're sitting at the last row.Area for improvement (a suggestion):1. To reduce the optional items & included in the main itinerary especially the tour that all members have to join e.g. Cinque Terra2. Tour members to be given options (e.g. same price or even cheaper food also ok) for meals that included & provided so that each family have more varieties to try & share different menu (at least 2-3 choices).

Tour guide was responsible, took good care of the group, made sure that everyone was safe. Even till the last minute when we boarded the plane, she was there for us as well. She was patient and gave ample time for each itinerary. She provided us with a few extra itineraries and took extra time to bring us around on a city tour on our free and easy day. e.g. The Liberty Stature on the Gellert Hill at night and Szentendre old town. Also gave us extra time for shopping at Parndorf Factory outlet in Austria. She displayed good knowledge of the place and explained the history of the city well to the group.Points for improvement:- Provide her with a proper phone plan with data so that she can communicate with the group more easily and contact the bus drivers for pickup- Words are harsh at times but she has good insight and is keen to improve- Can be repetitive at times. Need not explain everything too many times.Thank you for the tour.

I am writing this as a customer of EU Holidays, having taken up the 11d Europe trip beginning 19th December, with Mr Chong Hwee Min as the tour manager. Mr Chong was very calm, steady and knowledgeable throughout the trip, ensuring that the entire trip ran very smoothly, with no undesirable incidents (theft, pickpockets, getting lost) occurring to any of the customers. He was extremely patient, never losing his cool despite the occasional lateness by some members of the group, and handled various questions by the tour group with aplomb. Most importantly, Mr Chong went the extra mile and had a very personal touch. I chose this trip to propose to my girlfriend. Mr Chong not only gave very useful suggestions on possible venues for the proposal, but went the extra mile and offered to help buy a bouquet of roses for the event. On top of it, he surprised us with a bottle of champagne during dinner on the final night to congratulate us on being engaged. Overall, the trip was very well planned and well organised, but the presence of Mr Chong made the trip extra special and memorable.

Our 13D Italy Swiss France+2 Nites Dubai from 16 Dec to 31 Dec 2017 was indeed an awesome holiday that was most memorable. Kudos to Sebastian Mak , our tour agent who made our experience wholesome with his excellent expertise, organisational skills and time management. Despite being in a big tour group of 39, it was smooth sailing without hiccups. The transition from one country to another was smooth and we managed to cover our itineraries and Sebastian Mak included several more along the way to maximise our exposure and experience. For shoppers like my family, we have nothing to complain as we had the best treats, discounts and souvenirs to last a lifetime. Last but not least, Sebastian Mak gave us lots of opportunities and time to take pictures for keepsakes. Once again, our family would like to extend our sincere thanks to Sebastian Mak for making our Holiday a most memorable and splendid one for 2017.

My family had a great time visiting Europe with EU Holidays package!It has been a most memorable holiday visiting the popular attractions of Italy, Swiss & Paris - The various Basilicas & Churches, walking tours to see the architecture of the various cities, shopping stops, visiting the Colosseum, Pisa & Eiffel towers, sledging & snow experience, the hotel stays, bus travels - we loved it all. Want to suggest EU to ensure that families are seated together on the flights.Got the best tour manager, Sebastian! Sebastian is a very cheerful & responsible leader, tireless & committed with a passion. He was like a mother-hen managing the large group of excited lot (: He worked hard to ensure a safe and smooth travel experience! He fine tuned the iterenary to give us the best! Special thanks to Sebastian for going the extra mile! The whole group loved him!

A tour manager can make or break your trip. Yes, you didn't read wrongly. Our tour consisted of 47 pax. The largest group I have ever joined in a single tour group. The credit should definitely go to our tour manager Roger Koh and our bus driver Andrzej whom had even driven us around during Christmas.Although we had a bad experience with the company (EU Holidays) before the start of the trip, Roger managed to salvage it which had turned the situation around. He ensured that we had an enjoyable trip, at the same time, making sure we do not fall sick in the cold weather. Before arriving at destination, he would constantly remind us to put on our thick jackets before stepping out of the bus each time. To the extend we felt he was a lil naggy (kidding).Few days before departure, he had created a Whatsapp group to inform us what on what to bring, as well as the weather condition. We truly appreciated that as during the briefing, nothing was confirmed by then. Honestly, the briefing was a waste of time as the representative could not even confirm on the hotel details and attraction places though it was less than 2 weeks to go by then.He tirelessly ensuring all our meals were served before he started his meals. At the same time, he will ensure all arrangements were made in accordance to our preference although it was time consuming. Every night, he will update us on the weather forecast to prepare us on what to bring along the following day.Daily snacks were provided by him at own expense and in order to save time, he paid for our rides as well due to bad weather condition as he explained that it would be dangerous for us to even walk in the snow.It is such a great asset for EU Holidays to have such a good tour manager. Roger had certainly went above and beyond his call of duty to serve and provide us an unforgettable experience. Kudos Roger Koh! Way to go!

The tour package has a combination of optional tours that we could choose from and one exceptional option tour was the Cinque Terre. 5 quaint little villages up on hill tops overlooking the sea, accessible by train only, each village has one main street only. We had our lunch here and it was the best Italian seafood dishes we had throughout the trip. Added bonus was the experience of travelling by train. It is good too that there is a 2 nights stop over at Dubai before returning home. Dubai was a totally different experience from Italy and the weather was superb. We love the shopping malls and the desert experience. We were pleasantly surprised to received Gift cards of around S$70 per person for us to buy our own gifts from the Mall of Emirates. Unforgettable shopping experience :).The effort of our Tour Manager, Rin, is commendable. Our trip went smoothly and safely is all thanks to the very organised tour manager, Rin. It is not easy managing a group size of 46 including some older passengers who require more attention. She tried to balance her time and yet move the tours on schedule. My daughter says Rin made her feel safe as she knows Rin is protective of the tour members and will fight for what her passengers deserve, whether it be service level or safety measures. One example was when the restaurant mistakenly over charged us for our lunch. Rin appear instantly to sort out the situation, without being asked. I don't know how she does it. She may seems to be with the elderly group of passengers most of the time but she is on constant look out for her other passengers too. She knows the critical moments to be present for her passengers. She is very very reliable and detailed. She pre-empt the needs of passengers, to the very detail of taking note of passengers food orders, and pre-empting that we will forget what we have ordered, she had a list to go through with us in the restaurant, in case some of us need to refer. She always 'ensure' and 'ensure' to prevent mistakes. Thank you , Rin!
