Not to mention how stressful it is to create your own itinerary from one country to another! But thanks to EU Travel for their smart itinerary that really suits our needs, like the countries we want to visit, places we want to see and their nice hotels.  And oh, Michael Yap is such a good tour manager. He's concern to our group is exceptional and entertaining too! He caters all our needs. I will recommend EU Travel and Michael to friends and families for worry-free travels!

13D10N Italy, Switzerland, France 3-16 June 2017 Tour Manager:Michael Yap My bestfriend and I decided to have a last minute tour to Europe where we will meet up to celebrate my birthday. With a limited time to prepare we are in owe that they make it happened. We are indeed happy and satisfied that we choose EU travel to bring us on our dream destination where we can meet up after long years of living apart. Btw my bestfriend only took the land travel frm Canada which is not offered by some tour agency. Must say every penny is worth it from Hotel, foods and the local guides that they choose and even the recommendation where to eat during free time are the best! And ofcourse i would like to commence the excellent service provided to us by our tour manager Micheal, he make sure that each our needs was provided and on top of it is the safety of each of us is the main priority. Micheal constanly reminding us to be extra carefull and always watch out our personnal belongings prior leaving the bus and start the local tour. Appreciate also he's act of voluteering to take a photo to each family group, to each ensure we capture all the beautiful places as a family. And bec of his effort we all feel comfortable, happy and we all become one big happy family and this makes our trip memorable and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend EU travel abd Micheal to my friends and colluages. Again thank you for making bestest birthday celebration ive ever had.

9-24 June 17 Italy/Switzerland/Paris/Dubai tour with Connie Hay -  This is one fabulous trip with a good itinerary, led by an adorable, caring and street smart tour manager - Connie Hay!� She is really petite but super mighty! You should see how she lugged luggages and carried water bottles, being fearful that we didn't have enough water to drink. Holding EU flag high up, Connie led everyone through streets and crowds, keeping our team of 28 safe and close together. Her stories and jokes brought lots of laughter to us in the long coach journeys. The more serious side of Connie � constantly reminded all of us the importance of looking out for one another. Our family had a great time on this trip, with BIG THANX to wonderful travel mates with the right chemistry and of course a great tour manager, Connie! Till we meet again �

Tour package: 13 Days Italy/Switzerland/France + 2 Days Dubai Tour Manager: Connie Hay Our trip was very enjoyable. Connie was very entertaining throughout our trip, especially during long bus rides. She reminded us to be careful of our belongings at all times and ensured that the group was always together and taken care off. She patiently brought us around and recommended us places that was not part of the itineary. Connie is the best!! 'Can I ask you a question?' love u deep deep!! (: All the hotels that we stayed were very comfortable. Enjoyed visiting all the UNESCO sites, Jungfrau, and shopping! Highly recommend this tour especially for those who have never been to Europe! (:

She made the hot summer weather in Italy & Dubai + long haul bus rides more bearable with her cold jokes LOL. Throughout the trip, she always goes the extra mile to make us feel comfortable/ safe, arrange for additional optionals to enhance our experience and more importantly, looks out for the entire group, which is something we all appreciate. Overall, a very enjoyable 15 days largely due to the company of the group and Connie! Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to go on a tour with EU :)

13D10N Italy, Switzerland, France; 3rd June 2017; Michael Yap (TM) This is our first time traveling with EU holidays and it has been a good experience. We like the flexibility that comes along with the optional tours. Also, the local guides were very knowledgable. Michael was a great tour manager - he ensures that everyone had a pleasant yet safe experience with his timely reminders. One thoughtful gesture he did was that he took notice of my mum's birthday during the trip! Overall, the tour was enjoyable and memorable! :)

Tour package: 11D8N Adventure To The #Balkans  Travel date: 10 - 20 Jun 2017 Tour Manager : Darien Tang This trip to the Balkans is exceptionally unforgettable and amazing! Darien is a really thoughtful and understanding tour manager who took care of all 26 of us well throughout the 11 days. We have tour mates from the young to those in their golden age and Darien made sure to provide the best for all of us. He also made sure that we voice out any concerns and gave us a lot of assurance :) On the second last night, Darien even had a mini wine party in his room and invited all of us to join! It really bonded us really well and I'm sure most of the tour mates will agree with me how heartwarming it was. ^_^ Of course, the trip would not have been so amazing without such a great bunch of enthusiastic and friendly tour mates! My family had a whale of a time and we are really thankful for the laughter and joy brought to us these 11 days. Thank you so much everyone!!! :)

Had a fun memorable n great experience travelling with tour manager Darien Tang & fellow tour mates to Balkans, well organised & good bonding among fellow mates thanks to Darien once again! Looking forward to next tour with EU again

The itinerary was very well planned & the pace was also comfortable for all to enjoy. Jia Fu , our Tour Manager was very professional, efficient, caring & attentive. He always remind us of our safety & be mindful of our belongings during the whole trip. He is also very entertaining & informative during our travel in the coach by singing & telling jokes as well as promoting other tour packages by EU Holidays. Jia Fu also took the initiative to celebrate 3 tour members birthdays by getting cakes & everyone in the tour group involved to surprise group member who have birthday on each occasion. Jia Fu also sponsored wines on a few dining occasions out of his own expense for our group members to enjoy. He also handled the group purchases tax rebate very throughly. Overall , this trip has been very enjoyable with Jia Fu leading the group. We will definitely travel with EU Holidays in the future and will highly recommend EU Holidays to friends & colleagues. Last but not least , finding EU Holidays is one thing But having the right Tour Manager (Jia Fu) is Everything! ���

Tour package: 13 Days Italy/Switzerland & France Travel date: 1st June - 13 June 2017 Tour Manager: Wang Jia Fu This is my first trip with hubby & his family since getting married and also happens to be my first time to Europe as well, i would have to say i am very glad that we had chosen EU Holidays. Itinerary of the trip was well planned and we manage to visit quite a number of places within this short period of time with comfortable transportation. Aside to the places, hotels and food being arranged by EU Holidays, we would like to give our most sincere heartfelt thanks to our Tour Manager, JiaFu. Right from the start at the airport, he shown everyone his friendliness, attentiveness and fun loving nature.  With Everyone being strangers, Jia Fu made jokes, sing etc to help us warm up to each other and get to know more about one another. This helped us throughout the trip as everyone was on the look out for one another and greatly enjoy everyone's companionship. He is someone who is very good at making jokes and take jokes very well with all the group members regardless of gender, age or race. (Our very own Singapore version Andy Lau with his great singing kept us well entertained.. 

Just returned 13D Central Europe + 2N Dubai tour from 26 May to 10 Jun 17. Thanks to our dear tour leader Tammy Tan and she made our trip very enjoyable. She never seems to run out of energy and maximized our enjoyment, appreciated her bilingual explanation make us more understandable. Would HIGHLY recommend any tour that Tammy is guiding and we are grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Kudos to Tammy Tan, Tour Manager for our 13D Central Europe + 2N Dubai tour from 26 May to 10 Jun 17. Despite the huge group, she is able to handle with tact and extreme patience to ensure that all tour mates are comfortably taken care of. In a short span of time, she managed to create a cordial atmosphere that facilitated new friendships amongst group members. Her professionalism is commendable. She is hardworking, friendly, responsible & caring.
