My family just came back from our vacation with EU Holidays and we really enjoyed our time. It was all thanks to our fantastic tour manager Kevin! He is always very well-prepared before we went for our day trip each day and will adopt all the necessary precautions which ensures that our trip can goes on smoothly during each day. Sometimes, when our tour is ahead of schedule, he will arrange the driver to bring us to additional sightseeing places which are actually not part of the itinerary and we really appreciate this extra initiative. At the start of each day, he will also give us a detailed briefing which allows us to have a clearer picture of the places that we will be visiting. Sometimes, we also do have tour mates raising special request to visit some sightseeing spots and he will try his best to accommodate to their request while at the same time ensuring that our original itinerary will not be affected. This is what really impressed our family as this really shows how passionate he is in serving his customers making sure that everyone really enjoys the trip. Overall, my family feels that he is really a very responsible and committed tour manager and I will highly recommend him to my friends who are interested to sign up for European tours with EU Holiday.

We loved this tour, the 15 days discovery coverage of Central Europe. The most interesting part is everyone in this tour are like one family with our caring Tour Manager, Sabestian who is very knowledgeable about the history and information of the various countries that we have visited. Although it is quite tiring due to the tight itineraries but we really enjoy every body's company and the beautiful sceneries. I felt the most important requirement to achieve an enjoyable trip is to have a good itinerary with schedule to enable enough rest and play. Of course, it needs a good Tour Manager to manage the local guides and the entire arrangement. Thanks to Sabestian for his care and concern to us.

It's a fun and enjoyable honeymoon trip for my wife and I.Sabestian had been a great help by sharing all his knowledge and information for all the places we are Traveling to.Since the first day we touch down Europe, Sabestian had been taking care of our meal, safety and accommodation. Had been taking care of everyone in the tour group to meet their individual needs.Once again, would like to thank you Sabestian for the wonderful trip that he had bring to us in our honeymoon trip. EU tour will be our first choice in our upcoming trip.

This is my first time travelling with EU holidays and it has been a good experience. I'll definitely come back to EU holidays because of the excellent service from our tour manager, Miss Ng Hui Qing.Hui Qing is superb & an experience tour manager. We never miss any spot. whenever we go, there's always good recommendation from Hui Qing, be it food or scenery, good photo spot, etc..Its was an unforgettable experience. I missed the laughter, the fun, the good 11 days + 2 night Dubai that was spent together with the tour mates. I was grateful that I have become friend with some of the tour mates and my loving tour manager, Hui Qing :)Thank you Hui Qing for being a responsible, caring and fun loving tour manager. You are actually on par with my very first Europe tour manager back in year 2012. This second trip although going to the same place again, but is a wonderful journey all because of you and our loving tour mates.

We'll definitely come back to EU Holidays because of the excellent service from our tour manager, Ricky Tiang. Ricky is one of the best tour guide I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, funny and caring! I had followed lots of tours with different agencies and ALWAYS fall asleep in the bus. Surprisingly, i didnt fall asleep during this tour because of his jokes and fantastic stories about Scandinavia.Beside these, he also brought us to some attractions which are NOT INCLUDED in the itinerary. How amazing he is! Overall this trip is enjoyable and we looking forward to joining Ricky again�

This is our 1 st Europe trip with Eu Holidays and it is a cost saver package. I assumed the whole trip should be just average, yet it was beyond my expectations. Especially the land tour arrangements.The tour manager, Veronica Lee, arranged the group to cover places beyond the ordinary. In Pisa, she showed us the old town beside the Miracle square and even the Marina di Pisa, it is a beach town not far from the Leaning Tower.In Florence, we had dinner in the old town which you really enjoyed the atmosphere of this renaissance historical sight and with a feeling of travel back in time.As this is not a full board package, she showed us to local Italian restaurants which serve authentic Italian meals with a reasonable price. I enjoyed my tiramisu in Venice; pasta with pesto sauce, baked anchovy and mozzarella in Cinque Terre.Not to forget, on the first night, the dinner at the restaurant beside the hotel is so wonderful and the portion is overwhelming.Anyway Veron, thank you for being a responsible, caring and fun loving tour manager.You are actually on par with our very first Europe tour manager back in 2005. This second trip to Italy is a wonderful journey all because of you.Koh Yee Chin and family

We had just returned from a 11Days Europe +2 nights Dubai and we had a WONDERFUL time spent with lovely HUIQING, our tour Manager. She was accommodating, pleasant, knowledgeable and FUN!!! We had so much laughter... and must praised on her photo taking skills too, everyone looked fabulous in all pictures taken by her. She would also constantly recommend whereabouts we could get cheap and good buy, ensure we get the Best Deal possible. Thank you Huiqing for making our trip a memorable one, especially your laughter. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend you.

Didn't had a place in mind, i email a couple of agency & hoping some good proposal comes along. EU holidays came back (the fastest) with a some choices & patiently engulfing my preference & that's y i ended in Rick's tour.Rick is superb & an experience tour manager. His 3 BIG rules : Punctual, Punctual & Punctual is key for everyone of us to enjoy our trip hassle-free. We never miss any spot. wherever we go, there's always a good recommendation from Rick, be it food &/or scenery, good photo spot, etc. Trust me, its always a "thumbs up"! All well-arranged - enough water, coffees, including toilet breaks, rest for the couch captain, etc.....is all his priorities!Surprises - A couple of us plus a 2yr old baby Girl, were all born in September. Rick had secretly arranged for bday cake & we had a small celebration together. It's really the small thought tat counts. Heartfelt thanks to Rick! & we are just singing away like one big family.Its really an unforgettable experience, at least for me, i missed the laughter, the fun, the good 16days that was spent together with the tour mates. Just came back from the Eastern Europe tour 18th - 25th Sept. The Eu tour manager Jeremiah was a very funny guy, entertaining us all the way from Prague to Budapest, Hungary. The tour from Prague to Budapest was filled with many memorable scenery, beautiful old towns, fun event and great camaderie among all the tour members. 2 Thumbs up for Jeremiah and Eu Holidays !!

Just reliving this tour brought many happy memories for us. The awesome scenery, exhilarating walk in the freezing sub zero temperature in a bid to catch a glimpse of the elusive Matterhorn and not forgetting the camaraderie among the tour members and our caring tour manager, Jiafu. One thing we must mention is the care and concern of Jiafu for all of us, especially towards our safety and well-being. Throughout the entire trip, at the beginning of a new day, he would "nag" us everyday as to whether we have brought along our passports, Swiss pass, outer jackets and all the necessary clothings to keep ourselves warm. We remembered specifically our overnight stay in Wengen. The room was pretty cold as it had been a wet day. We called Jiafu in his room to check how to use the heating element in our room. He told us that it's a central heating system and the hotel would only switch it on in winter. A while later, we were really surprised to see a portable heater delivered to our room by a hotel staff. Thank you so much, Jiafu, for your thoughtfulness. We were really touched that you went an extra mile to ensure our comfort. We also noticed how Jiafu went out of his way to offer "porter services" to the seniors in the group. He would recommend places to buy cheaper souvenirs and useful items to buy for our friends/families back home. We did encounter a rather rude local railway staff but Jiafu was very composed and kept his cool. As a result, nothing unpleasant happened and we were able to proceed with our train journey. We really appreciate that Jiafu would always go check out a route first before asking all of us to proceed, so that we would not need to make unnecessary detours. We would prefer to fly SQ(our original choice when we first booked the tour) direct to Zurich instead of taking Ethihad. We felt that ideally this tour can be extended to another 2 more days to make it more comprehensive and even more country focused Do keep the number of pax at 15 as it makes travelling in a group a breeze. Perhaps EU can give feedback to Glacier Express about the pathetic water pressure we experienced in the toilets.....water is literally coming out drop by drop from the tap when one needs to wash hands. We have just came back from Europe Tour Sept 7 to 22 , 2017. Our tour manager Connie Hay is very experienced and efficient. My husband and I have an enjoyable time. Connie is the best tour manager that I have ever come across. She has good knowledge of Europe and with her being small built never fail to help with the luggage. Thumbs up Connie.

This was a great, educational & enriching trip to us because of our responsible, knowledgeble & caring Tour Manager, RickyWoo. Lynn & I are very thankful to Ricky for taking good care of us throughout the journey. He has done a very detailed daily itinerary which is very clear & precise. He told us a lot of information in English & Chinese regarding a new place that we would visit each time. He even showed us very good & informative videos on some places that we would be visiting so that we had a better understanding of the history of that place. He even paid attention to the birthdays of members of the group & organised birthday celebraions for them. We had an enjoyable 10D7N Turkey Trip from 1-10 September 2017 with EU Holidays and would like to thanks our tour manager, Ms Kek Ooi Leng. Ms Kek was very dedicated and vigilant, and made sure group members were accounted for. She always look out for them. She did an excellent job despite our different requirements and last-minute changes. Throughout the trip, she was very attentive, patient and organised.We have a great trip and will definitely consider EU Holidays for our next trip.
