Thanks to our guide Ricky Woo, we had a good time in the exotic cities in Eastern Europe. Despite a larger-than-expected group size, he was flexible, patient, professional and tried to meet all kinds of requests and demands. The trip went relatively smoothly and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Hotel choice needs improvement as there were many old folks in the group. Tour Manager: Thumbs up for Ken whom has done an excellent job in leading the group, though it was quite a big group of us (total of 36 pax, 14 families) and there were couples, old folks, youngsters and shopping kings and queens. Ken never fails to update us on the weather, giving us pro helpful tips and advices on keeping warm, nice touristy poses (esp. at Pisa Tower), great dining places and also entertaining us with his funny experience-sharing sessions.Travel pace: Just nice! Unlike a typical touch-n-go tour, Ken has given us ample time or the right amount of time for more free time for shopping and photo-taking as he understands that the ladies in the group loves shopping! Due to unforeseen weather circumstances, Ken exercise flexibility to ensure we dont lose out on anything so that we can enjoy our trip to the fullest.Package Price: I would say the price is competitive and definitely value-for-money. Optional tours are definitely up to us travellers and there was totally no hard-selling whatsoever.Airline: Flown on Emirates and had 2 nights stay free in Dubai during our return trip from Paris. It was a mixed of old and new aircraft. Meals were ok. Seats selection was limited as flight was very full for all flights sectors.Hotel: Stayed at a variety of international hotel brands from Novotel, Holiday Inn, Hilton, Sheraton and some local hotel. All were great stays probably except for one night at an older Interlaken hotel which had antique wardrobes and smaller bedroom area.Meals: Most of the meals that were included were western meals like the local speciality meals eg. Italian Pasta, Swiss Fondue and German Pork Knuckles when we stopover at Germany for 1/2 day. Loved the chocolate fondue the most �!Coach: Driver was skillful which makes the journey a smooth and safe one throughout the trip. Driver also helped us with our luggages when we check in and out of hotels almost everyday and driving us around and dropping us near the entrance of attractions so that we didnt have to walk so far. �Highlights of the Tour: Only EU Holidays has snow sledging � as part of their itinerary which i can see from the tour that everyone had an enjoyable and memorable experience!Overall: It was a safe, fun and memorable trip with EU Holidays! Good deal and worth recommending to my friends and family! I will choose EU Holidays again for future Europe or USA trips!

Had a great trip with Eu and Ken from 08th March till 23rd march.Was quite worried when we signed the package as the previous tour we had with another big tour agency to taiwan totally disappointed. We just hoped for the best after the last bad experience.To our surprise, EU did things very differently.- no rush tours. We were given at least 2 hours at major sight seeing points.- ken understood that scenery and pictures was important in this modern social media society. Got the bus to stop along the way at scenic views for quick pictures. 10 minute stops- flexibility on itineary whenever possible. Traffic and weather are always uncontrollable. Instead of disappointing the group by saying the activity is cancelled. Ken worked with the local agents to move certain activity around. - top most critical point for me and many travellers. Hotel. The hotels were very good. Stayed at Hilton, Sheraton and international brands. Unlike the previous tour agent which put us up in budget hotels with very crappy rooms. EU ensured good hotels. Morning breakfast at this international brands was always good. - ken had a very good idea of the shopping places and what brands there were. Wifes and ladies were very pleased as most people had their preferred brands and didnt want to waste time on finding it. Ken just told us where to find at which outlets. AmazingOverall. I would recommend this tour to everyone who wants a good europe tour. I am very impressed with Eu and looking forward to the next trip.

We had travel to many countries ourselves, but this group tour was excellent and enjoyable. My son and daughter-in-law recommended this EU holidays, who had honeymoon trip with them.Our Tour manager Sebastian made the tour lively with his interpersonal skill and humorous stories. As it was our first time travelling with such extreme weather conditions, we were worried about a lot of things. Thanks to Andy, he ensured that he were aware of what to wear and bring prior to the trip and eased a lot of our worries with his efficient replies and vast knowledge of the tour. During the trip, travelling with Andy proved to be a breeze and he was a great pillar of support and trust to us, always making sure that we were well taken care of and we always knew ahead of what to expect during the tour.We also had many great meals thanks to his recommendations and we definitely made full use of our time there with his great time management! A responsible tour leader is an essential part of any tour and we are so glad that we have Andy. Noone gets neglected no matter you are 18 or 80 with him. tour manager Ken Yong8-23 March europe +2N dubaiKen give us a wonderful and mermorable exprience in europe.I have heard that tour in europe u have to wake up 5am and rush for every site seeing, less than 2hrs of shopping amd crappy food and hotel.Totally opposit with this eu tour. Breakfast at 7 and leave hotel at 8am.Hotel is min 4 stars and most of thr night was at 5 stars. Tour was relex and shopping was till you drop.Best of all our tour manager Ken Yong . He really know europe by the back of his hands. Even teaching the local driver which short cut to take.We will be looking foward to travel with eu again but not without Ken Yong!

Roger Koh was our tour manager for 13D10N Spain & Portugal from 7-20Mar'18.We had so much great moments n experiences including surprise night stop in Frankfurt due to bad weather.He handled every difficult situation professionally & always had our best interest in mind.I like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Roger! Some of us are looking forward to Balkans tour lead by Roger.

Our tour manager, Sabestian Mak is a very professional, friendly, patient, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable young looking guy. He always keep the interest and safety of the whole group and giving us the best service such as morning call, keep tag of the time schedule of each destination to allow us more time spending at each destination and so on..... We most enjoyed the snow sledging in Switzerland. My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon thanks to EU Holidays! This was my first time joining a group tour with EU holidays. Special thanks to John for bringing some of the Aurora-hunting enthusiasts out in Rovaniemi during his own free time to try help us catch a 3rd glimpse. Though it was futile due to thick clouds, truly appreciate his efforts & gesture. He also took good care of the group during the check-in and tax refund procedures. Well done!

My mummy and I loved our first Europe trip together especially the visit to magnificient Jungfrau and sledging at Mt Bussalp. 100% would do sledging again! Huge thanks to our tour manager Sabestian Mak for putting efforts to make this trip extremely enjoyable for us and exceeded our expectations for the trip!The tour would not have been this amazing without our tour manager Sabestian. As Sabestian is very approachable, knowledgeable and linguistically talented with great humour (English, Chinese, Hokkien, Canto, Tamil, Thai, Viet), he usually keeps the whole bus of 30 people engaged with his entertaining and funny stories.As there were a few older folks on the trip with walking difficulties, Sabestian was very thoughtful and caring towards them by helping them off the buses and assisting with heavy luggages. In addition, he specially prepared a surprise birthday cake for one of my mummy's friends. His sweetness and kind gestures won many hearts of ladies on board!Shopping in Milan, Paris, Blackforest and Amsterdam was made easier for everyone as Sabestian was very knowledgeable on the best places to shop and provided great guidance on how to do tax refunds.Sabestian displays great time management skills as the tour was very well-paced and he even takes initiative to inform us of morning wake up call timing, breakfast time, bus departure time and meeting timings at each sight destinations. Everyone was happy to cooperate with him to follow the scheduled timing throughout the trip without any huge delays to our itinerary.Overall, we loved this Europe trip and it was a memorable trip for us. I would like to take this opportunity to praise and give credit to a job well done by Mr Sebastian on his incredible hosting as a tour manager throughout our Europe trip. He was very informative, witty, and showed much guidance and knowledge as he was readily always very helpful in any request when ask upon him. This made the entire trip comfortable and pleasant.During our long journeys to different destination, Sebastian was entertaining us with his sense of humour and singing talent which made the whole bus journey more fun. He was not only a good tour manager in ensuring our needs but also a very concern and accommodating human as he kept on telling us to be safe on our free day roaming in Paris. He also gave advises on how we should take care of our goods and be more aware in the unsafe city. This made us more cautious and safer as we were well informed.Though the majority tour passengers were Chinese and being the only Filipino couple, Sebastian made the effort to always communicate in English and for the entire group to get together well, he rotates our food buddies in different groups always. This made us to get to know all tour passengers better and also created an opportunity for us to interact with them well. It further promoted good racial harmony too.
