This was my 1st trip joining EU and through highly recommended by my good friend that Hui Qing was a nice n good tour guide as well as good tour company EU.I am delighted with the performance and attitude of hui Qing as she really take good care of the group and shown her true leadership. She speak and guided the group both in English and in mandarin well and was polite and friendly and always with a good and pleasant smile.As in our group, we hv people not present on time very often and either late or missing. Huiqing did her best to make up for the lost time and delay.I would said holding and guiding a group of people from different places, different culture, different mindset and different attitude and different behaviour is and never and easy task and work But Huiqing always there with a pleasant smile.We can't please everyone but we all should know that joining a tour group, we have to built bonding the moment we met at airport departure as we have to be together for the next 10 days. Harmony and building understanding and to do give and take should be in everyone's mind and heart or else everyone will have miserable 10 days.My greatest thanks to Huiqing for your patient and helpfulness and making me enjoy the 10days trip in Italy and 3 days in dubai. I would like to express thanks and appreciation for the good tour delivered by JiaFu. It is our first time joining a tour agency and our choice to travel with EU Holidays was largely based on the Facebook reviews. Therefore, I hope my experience will help others to decide!We already anticipated that this tour package was going to be very intensive but what surprised us was the local tour guides gave great insight and explained the history while we were visiting the actual sites!JiaFu is a very caring person towards every tour members and we felt like a family (He gave a tube of ointment to an elderly tour member who hurt her wrist after a minor fall); he was always attentive and sharp when tending to his ‘brood’, making sure nobody’s lost! Also, he meticulously helped everyone to check through our tax refund papers which eased our anxiety over the complexity of these documentation.EU Holidays should be proud of JiaFu’s high level of customer service and professionalism! He is a treasured asset who contributes to the success of EU Holidays, and made our Europe tour a marvellous one! I will definitely tell my friends about you!

We really enjoyed our recent trip to Italy and Dubai. Hui Qing is very efficient, fun-loving, knowlegeable and helpful at all times.We are very grateful to have her as our tour manager. She helped us to take beautiful photos, recommended good foods that we should try, keep reminding us to drink more water.......etcWe find her very responsible, humble, friendly, efficient and patient. She will always give instructions in Chinese as well as English so that everyone can understand. We really appreciate her service and effort in makingeveryone enjoyed the trip. This is our 2nd time joined EU holiday for Europe trip and this time was definitely one of our most memorable trip. We met a lot of new friends and tour members are getting along well.Our tour manager is very professional and he tried his best to take good care for all of us during the trip.After a long flight from Singapore to Rome, I started to have ulcer and mentioned it to Jia Fu while waiting for our local guide. The next morning during breakfast, Jia Fu checked with me if my ulcer still painful, if not getting any better, he did have some medicine to help. I'm really surprised and touched because he do listen and care for his tour group.During the trip, he will have us play some games and introduce ourselves so as to get our tour members to bond together and look out for each other. Some birthday celebration and wine gathering definitely allow us to enjoy ourselves together.Jia Fu also tried his best to rearrange our itinerary in Paris because Louvre Museum closed on Tuesday and half of our tour member( including myself and hubby) would like to go and visit Louvre Museum. Finally, Jia Fu managed to change our itinerary and fulfill our request (Louvre Museum and shopping). Half of us went to Louvre Museum and half of us went for shopping �.Thank you Jia Fu and my tour members for a fun and enjoyable trip.

I thank Mr Andy Tong (Tour Manager) and wish to express my heartfelt appreciation for getting my medication which I had forgotten to take in the morning and kept itin my backpack where it was left in the coach on the last day of our tour. His prompt action taken in delivering my medication timely for me to consume had averted an imminent heart attack/stroke from happening to me.Briefly, after a three hours of walking at the Royal Palace in Prague on 25 October, I was walking unsteadily and realised that I had forgotten to take my medication in the morning. Fortunately, I did bring my medication and kept it my backpack which was left in the coach.Immediately, two members in our tour group came to my rescue and escorted me to the restaurant to rest. While other members came to help my wife to carry her handbag and camera so that she could take care of me. Simultaneously, Andy quickly called the coach driver to meet him to pick up my backpack and eventually handed it to me. I took the medication immediately and after a short rest I was able to walk properly to join the rest of members for the entire tour.Later, Andy informed our group that our coach driver would come to fetch all our members at 8 pm even after his off duty.Thanks to Andy for establishing a good rapport and forging a cordial friendship with the driver.

Had an enjoyable trip thanks to Gary, our tour manager. He is very professional, calm in the face of stress and always ensure everyone of us are well taken care of. This trip wasn’t a very smooth one (lost and found of ppl), theft of handbag), but everything still went on smoothly under his good management and control. He is very good with his planning and solved the issues promptly one by one, always with smiles everyday till we return to our hotels. He makes our entire trip bright with his jovial / humorous nature, shared his vast knowledge of the places of interests and recommended new places we can consider for our next holiday in great details, keeping us intrigued and excited throughout the bus journeys. I’m inspired by his passion for the job.

Tour leader Sabestian Mak aka Xiao Mai is knowledgeable, caring, patience and well organised.Throughout the trip he has consistently shared his travelling experiences and local cultures with 31 tour members.He cares for all his tour members, constantly reminding all of safety and to be aware of pickpockets even till the last day of our tour.He understands tour members need and ensure sufficient time is allocated for sight seeing, photo taking, shopping and meal. He took good care of senior citizens and is patience towards them.He is an attentive listener and ensure special requests are being attended to without causing disturbance to the tour programme.Thank you Xiao Mai� always ready to go the extra mile.. You have made our Spain and Portugal trip a wonderful and memorable one!!!

Our tour leader Xiao Mak is very efficient and knowledgeable about local cultures n shared many of his travel experiences with 31 tour members.He constantly reminded us to be careful with our passports n personal belongings wherever we went to avoid theft or pickpockets in crowded touristy places. He would ensure that we have sufficient time at each location for sightseeing, photo taking, lunch etc.Thank you Sabestian for taking care of all the members and especially the elderly folks. Overall a smooth n enjoyable trip.

This is my first trip with EU. Among all the tour companies, this is my most enjoyable trip with Jeremiah Tan, the tour manager in charge. He was very jovial, TLC and made the trip a lively and cheerful one. Keep it up Jeremiah! If given a chance, we hope to meet Jeremiah again for future trips with EU.

My husband and I were on the Eastern Europe tour from 11 to 23 October 2017. Though the journey could be tiring, my spirit was up with the sightseeing and historical monuments, with Ricky Woo, our Tour Manager, being humorous and kept us entertained throughout the trip. It was never a dull moment. My good friend, Margaret was with us and we celebrated her birthday in the group. Ricky presented a lovely cake for her and treated all of us with drinks. We had a wonderful and enjoyable trip. Thank you Ricky!

I was on tour to Eastern Europe with my wife and friend from 11 to 23 October 2017, led by Mr Ricky Woo. It was my maiden trip to Europe and a memorable one.
