We went to Italy Fiesta, 28th Nov to 7th Dec, and returned as satisfied customers. Our tour guide Ms Susan Tan was very helpful and handled the tour well. We would like to thank her and her boss Alan for planning such a wonderful tour. Looking forward to our Eastern Europe tour with EU again next year.

Although the tour is a little fast paced, Sebastian did well in ensuring that all itinerary schedule are met. He is a very responsible tour guide in taking care of the group and constantly reminding us to keep us safe.Very talented and entertaining tour guide. Kept us entertained in the coach to make the long journey less bored with both useful and interesting information.Very experienced and knows his stuff well, always informed us on nice scenery beforehand and recommend to good places and food for free and easy hours.Our family enjoyed ourselves very well and did not regret joining this tour as well as having Sebastian as our tour guide.

We enjoyed the trip to Italy from 24 Nov to 3 Dec’17. Sebastian was our tour manager and had well taken care all of us through out the whole journey. The guidance or advice given was quite clear and the trip was well organised. He had keep on emphasizing and always remind us on beware of pick pocket during our journey in Italy. Because of his caring, none of us becomes victim of the pick pocket through out the whole journey and we are all safe ! Sebastian was a very kind, patient and very experience tour manager. My wife was making noise for the hotel but he was patiently explained the outcome, talked good about the trip and tried to convince and cool her down. He is always keep on maintaining good relationship with the client and his service was really good ! Overall, the journey was fun especially in the coach as he joke, sing and even told us interesting stories about himself. We really enjoyed the trip !!

First trip with EU Holidays and am very impressed with the professionalism and great attitude of our Tour Manager – Shi Qin. The whole trip was smoothly ran and even when there’s some issues (under uncontrollable circumstances like airline unable to provide our desired seating arrangements), it was resolved promptly and professionally by Shi Qin. She was attentive to details and always alert to keep us away from dangers and tourist traps.I have with me on this trip my aunty who has some walking difficulties and there was also a member who fell sick in the middle of the trip. She was patient, caring and had went extra miles to ensure they were well taken care of and not left out. Throughout the trip, she also shared interesting facts and information on the destinations and highlighted tips/guides/warnings to the group, which we were all very appreciative of.She was friendly and bonded very well with the group with her all-smiles and humorous small talks. Had my reservations initially about joining a tour group but she had successfully turned my opinions around.Great tour manager and we were truly lucky to have her with us! :)

Well where do I begin...this has been one of the best holidays I've ever been for. Having never been on a tour group before I did not know what to expect but all my doubts were quickly erased as Jeremiah such an amazing job throughout the whole trip. Even though the group was big, he lead it very well making sure we all were well acquainted and it is because of him that everyone were really comfortable with each other. I will never forget his jokes non-stop always making us laugh and smile which I feel is exactly what holiday should be like....having fun. His leadership was evident from the minute we met at the airport and I'm very thankful for having him as our tour guide. He's always passionate about his job and his willingness to be the best is a testament of his work ethic. Keep up the amazing work Jeremiah and thanks for giving all of us a wonderful time! You are truly an amazing person and tour guide! :)

Having never taken a tour so far, we were initially a little skeptical about it. But Jeremiah exceeded all expectations with his leadership even though it was a huge group! His ability to build a rapport with everyone is highly commendable given that it was a diverse group. His empathy towards everyone was also the reason why he was really loved and respected by all! He was constantly making us laugh non-stop with his hilarious jokes and it was so funny � Even though most of us were tired, Jeremiah was constantly on his toes and never showed any signs of fatigue throughout. I have huge admiration for his dedication and passion to his job! He is certainly the top in the business without any doubts and I struggle to provide any feedback as to how he could have done any better! � There is no doubt that he is a great ambassador for EU Travels and it is solely because of him that we will be going for more tours with EU again in the near future! �

Amongst all other tour agencies my family and I have traveled with, EU Holidays is no doubt the best of the best, especially because of our tour manager.Jeremiah was and is a super friendly and cheerful tour manager, who never failed to put smiles on his clients' faces. At the same time, he managed to carry out his duties responsibly and seemingly effortlessly.Due to this ability, Jeremiah has made our tour such a fun and unforgettable experience. Also because of him, my family and I are intending to join EU Holidays for our next tour at the end of next year, 2018. :D

Our first tour package in many years. The trip was highly enjoyable with our tour manager, Jeremiah Tan. His excellent time management ensured that we were able to see all the attractions in the itinerary. Not forgetting the jokes he cracks and sharing his life experiences with us. Jeremiah lifts up the spirit of the group, enhancing the entire experience of the tour. I would highly recommend anyone to travel with Jeremiah and Eu Holidays.Overall, the itinerary was well paced and relaxed. Hotels were comfortable. We managed to get a taste of local delicacies such as the Slovenian Roast Pork, Bled Cream Cake, Croatian Roast Duck, etc. In a nutshell, the scenic drive down the Adriatic Coast and Austrian Alps was simply stunning.

I signed up for "The Discovery of Balkans" winter trip for 16 Nov 2017 departure. I was reluctant initially with prior bad experience with package trip but decided to take a risk with my friend's recommendation after her Apr tour with EU. The tour turned out much better my expectation. Our tour manager, Jeremiah managed the group well. He is kind, caring, patience and respectful. Never fail to entertain the group with his sporean favoured jokes. Always accommodating to the various needs in the group. Always trying to lift up our dampened spirits especially the rainy days on the start of the trip. Luckily, the weather are good after day1 and on last day. The tour ended so quickly with such a nice tour manager and of course well planned tour though at some part i felt a bit rushed. Overall it is a nice experience. Tks Jeremiah and EU

Jeremiah was such a great Tour Manager who kept all of us laughing throughout with his entertainment! We were so well taken care of right from the beginning at the airport till we reached back to SG. Even when the journey was Long bus rides, he kept talking throughout without even taking a break for himself! Everyone in the group loved him very much. We will miss him n the group ! We had a great holiday! Thank you EU!

Enjoyable Balkans Discovery, lead by tour manager Jeremiah Tan, 16-27Nov17.Lots of fun and laughters !Well organised, smooth & safe trip, great coordination, positive attitude. Managed big group well and in good order! He kept our safety in priority, alert us when strangers approach any of our tour member, very caring and responsible tour manager!He went extra miles to walk two tour members to nearest convenience store (Tommy) after dinner at Dubrovnik Arista hotel (42 mins walking distance, back and forth). Accommodate tour members needs after a long day.Jeremiah brought us a worry free and perfect holiday!Look forward to have Jeremiah as my tour manager next year.

Indeed, our most memorable trip to Balkans with Jeremiah Tan, our Tour Manager has impact our joy n fun as a group of 42 nos. He graciously attend to all needs and try to go extra mileage service, great coordination with all local tours n hotel and provide timely encouragement to stir us to walk great heights to view castles n mountains. Our group deeply appreciate his great efforts to make our trip a success! Huat Ah!!!

Never regret to enrol this package. John has arranged more time for the sight-seeing with adequate shopping time for us.Throughout the trip, he was caring for all the tour members especially members with kids and elderly couple. He has never leave anyone behind and he has took his effort to find back those members who were lagging behind the main group.I'm very touched when John personally went to find me and my husband who were lost in the group dinner at Dessert Safari in Dubai. The camp was prepared for various groups of tourists, approximately 300 plus people gathered together in a big camp for food and local shows. It's pretty hard for both of us to identify the rest of our own tour members in the open area where there was insufficient lighting. However, we managed to find the group after we walked half the size of the camp. In fact John was searching for us as well. He went outside the camp to look for us to make sure we could join back the group. I was very touched when he was so relieved after seeing us sitting at the dinning area.There was quite an issue when the aircraft service provider entirely switched all our pre-arranged seat numbers for the group of 32 of us. All the 32 of us were arranged to sit without our partners on flight for the next 7hrs. John only realised this issue after custom clearance, which left him less than 1hr to plan all the seating arrangement. However, John has never let us down, he searched for all the tour members to collect all our seat number information and rearranged for us to sit together which was not an easy task at all as some of us were assigned to total strangers who may not be willing to change the seating arrangement with us. I personally saw his hand shaking but he still keep his cool to ensure everything is under his control. He prioritised for family with kids & elderly to sit together 1st, after which he will pair the couple to sit together. Although John was not able to arrange my husband to sit with me, he did ask me to speak nicely to the passenger who sat beside me to exchange the seat with my husband. Thank God, the single passenger who was seated at 39G was willing to switch seat to 28G.Overall, we found that John is a very responsible and a caring tour manager who displayed empathy and patience throughout the entire trip even though there were a few tour members who were difficult to manage. His well-planned time management with the coach drivers and his experience in handling a large group of tour members from different walks of life enabled us to fulfil all the traveling, dinning & sight-seeing destinations on time. John is also knowledgeable to explain the attractions to us. We will like to see EU Holidays to have more tour managers like John to fulfil our future trips together with EU Holidays.

Me & my BF had a blast from this amazing trip arranged by EU. Although we signed up for a budget tour, this trip was made perfect by Mr. John. His literally took care of everything! From before departure in reminding us to pack enough warm clothing & until the very last in making sure that we got back all of our luggage when arrived Singapore. Mr. John not only fulfilled his responsibility in looking after our tummy, hotel stays, ensuring our tour follows the itinerary. He also take the extra miles in uniting the ‘family’, ensuring we made the best out of our money and time.* John, we are incredibly touched & grateful by your services! Thanks for treating us the best dinner of this tour, will never forget the 煎蛋. *
