The Netherlands Germany France tour with Jeremiah as Tour manager was great. My wife and I enjoyed the itineraries of the 3 countries, hotels were comfortable and meals provided were good. Had an enjoyable holiday lead by Jeremiah. Very responsible and always kept the group informed of the schedule. His jokes and jovial personality made the long coach ride bearable. The pace for the Netherlands, Germany and France tour was quite well pace out so we do get enough rest.

11D/8N alpine train Switzerland.tour manager: Ong Ksh Hoo JiafuFirst time taking a fully train tour. A great experience with Jaifu who is a very experienced and knowledgeable guide. A detailed planner, Jiafu ensures that the group do not miss any train schedule. He constantly reminds us about safety and security. Grateful for his watchful eyes and reminders to take care of our belongings. Jiafu deserves a commendation.

11D/8N Grand Alpine Train Switzerland Switzerland, you are awesome and splendid!Our trip was very memorable and enjoyable throughout. Special thanks and shout out to our Tour Manager, Ong Jiafu!! He is very hardworking and responsible taking care and ensuring the safety of the group. He was attentive even to the very minute details. Timing was crucial and we never once missed a bus or train! All thanks to his superb planning!

We were on the alpine tour to Switzerland leaving 25/3/ 22. We had great fun and enjoyment , thanks to the great tour manger WANG JIAFU . He was so meticulous in the planning of the trip and also gave us some history of Switzerland . He was so careful that I caught him preparing for our next event while we were busy shopping and eating . His time balances for the public train was superb.He was so kind that when my husband and I wanted to go back hotel earlier he volunteered to take us back by train first while the others were shopping . However we turned down his good offer.I will definitely go with EU holidays for future trips esp when JIAFU leads you will feel so SAFE.

I would like to commend on the good services of Shirley Wang. I have not yet been on a tour with EU holidays though I heard very positive reviews of them. I think while the tour managers are important in each tour group, your first touch point in a company is very critical too. I am lucky to have met Shirley as she helped me with loads of questions, my plan changes etc. She is so patient and professional and always comes back promptly with good and sound advice. I am not sure if my next trip will materialise (due to my personal reasons) but EU will definitely be my choice because of the good services from Shirley!

Depart on 3 March 22 Spain trip 12 days 10 nights Tour leader : Connie Hay and assist by David 1. Very grateful and happy as both connie, david and the coach driver took good care of all of us and make us feel safe when travelling and able to rest and put our belongings on the coach bus.2. connie daily what’s app all of us on the timing and morning call and also give clear instructions on the meeting place after our free and easy time.3. connie also help us on the tax refund form and make it very easy to check and put together with the envelopes.4. connie and david both volunteer to help us to take photos and also always make sure no one was left behind during city tour or during photo taking of the places.5. connie, david and driver always help us with the luggages and connie stories and jokes on the bus was pretty funny.6. connie always give us suggestion where to eat if meals were on our own which is good as it was our first time in Spain hence we were not sure what was good in each cities.
