Had a wonderful time in Europe with the amazingly planned itinerary guided by ricky. Really enjoyed my week travelling with my Son and Daughter in law, would recommend to everybody!

本来参加了这么长(13天)的旅游团原本有点担心!怕冷的我要到雪山上去玩雪橇，简直无法想像!还好我们的导遊RICARDO 是一个细心又知识渊博的人，不但教我们怎么穿防风防冷的衣服还教我们怎么穿围巾，让我们不会着凉又有时尚感!每天出发之前他都会送上羌片和蜜饯，让人感觉很窝心�总之这趟旅行让我觉得超值又开心

2018年3月24日一一4月2日我們參加了欧美假期安排的東欧精选游旅行团，整個行程安排很好！我們很满意，在此我們要特別感謝我們的领队Ricky Woo，他業務知识和能力很強，在整個行程中坚持用双語讲解和解释行程安排！热心的照顧到每一位团友的需要。让我们倍感溫馨和亲切，行程中欢歌笑語充滿了歡樂。回程转机领队还是热心的帶領我們直到新加坡机場才和我們依依握別！这样的好領队我們必需点贊！我們曾多次參加歐洲假期旅行团，每次都是很好的體驗！歐美假期有這麼好的假期和領队以後我們还会參加。

第一次报名EU的这个团都是参考了很多review都说很好,tour manager 都很有经验,所以才报的名,怎么知道这次的旅程你们派出来的tour manager 这么没有经验,还是从马来西亚调过来的就因为你们有旅游展所以就随便派个人过来吗？我们也是付了这么多的旅费,受到这种待遇对我们很不公平..她根本就没有做足资料也不会说话,根本没有做什么讲解.时间安排上也不好，今天的行程还没过就说明天后天的行程，让我们很混乱。有很多事都没有交待清楚，总之就是对EU的印象大大的減分了，非常的失望。还好我们这次的团大家都很好很合作。这是我唯一欣慰的。总之我希望你们EU要训练好tour manager才可以出来带团,要不然会影响到你们声誉的.希望接下来不要有类似的事再发生了.我也希望下次有机会的话再报名你们的团如果在这方面有改善的话.谢谢.

This was my first time joining group tour. Thanks to our tour manager- Ricardo, he has led the group very well.The trip was well-organised, smoothly and fun under the excellent leading of Ricardo. He is very friendly and professional. Ricardo take good care for all of us during the trip. Really appreciate and thanks for all the caring and joyful he brings to us.Thanks to Ricardo and all our lovely group members for giving me this wonderful and memorable time.

参加过的旅行团第一次遇到一位很贴�又经验丰富的导游。第一天在机场一见面就送了我们见面礼,接下来到了第一站米兰上了旅行车就开始了我们的行程。他尽心的帮我们安排自费景点,让我们在瑞士能够去了铁地力山和少女峰山脉观看美丽的雪景 。一路上也为大家讲解每个景点说笑话让大家开心在车上不觉得闷也不想睡还能观看车窗外美丽街景。在车上他也教我们上雪山如何保暖照顾好身体,有位团友脚痛了他晚上还到房间为他按摩脚很贴心,当我的朋友遇到些问题他也一一为我们解决又帮我们提那些很重的手提行旅 。到了每个景点也带我们找最美角度帮我们拍照还一路上跟大家一起玩乐。大家都很庆幸能遇到这位全能的金牌导游,让我们在整个旅程充满了欢笑声,在这个旅程他也让我们学会了很多常识大家在欢笑声中结束了这趟开心�的旅程。谢谢你Ricardo u are the best tour manager 大家都很期待能参加你的下一个旅程.

Thanks to our guide Ricky Woo, we had a good time in the exotic cities in Eastern Europe. Despite a larger-than-expected group size, he was flexible, patient, professional and tried to meet all kinds of requests and demands. The trip went relatively smoothly and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Hotel choice needs improvement as there were many old folks in the group. Overall good.� Thanks Ricky for job well done! � We will be back with EU for Russia, Alaska, Germany....�Suggestion:EU flag w lights?Group communication kit? For all Europe tours will be good.

Tour Manager: Thumbs up for Ken whom has done an excellent job in leading the group, though it was quite a big group of us (total of 36 pax, 14 families) and there were couples, old folks, youngsters and shopping kings and queens. Ken never fails to update us on the weather, giving us pro helpful tips and advices on keeping warm, nice touristy poses (esp. at Pisa Tower), great dining places and also entertaining us with his funny experience-sharing sessions.Travel pace: Just nice! Unlike a typical touch-n-go tour, Ken has given us ample time or the right amount of time for more free time for shopping and photo-taking as he understands that the ladies in the group loves shopping! Due to unforeseen weather circumstances, Ken exercise flexibility to ensure we dont lose out on anything so that we can enjoy our trip to the fullest.Package Price: I would say the price is competitive and definitely value-for-money. Optional tours are definitely up to us travellers and there was totally no hard-selling whatsoever.Airline: Flown on Emirates and had 2 nights stay free in Dubai during our return trip from Paris. It was a mixed of old and new aircraft. Meals were ok. Seats selection was limited as flight was very full for all flights sectors.Hotel: Stayed at a variety of international hotel brands from Novotel, Holiday Inn, Hilton, Sheraton and some local hotel. All were great stays probably except for one night at an older Interlaken hotel which had antique wardrobes and smaller bedroom area.Meals: Most of the meals that were included were western meals like the local speciality meals eg. Italian Pasta, Swiss Fondue and German Pork Knuckles when we stopover at Germany for 1/2 day. Loved the chocolate fondue the most �!Coach: Driver was skillful which makes the journey a smooth and safe one throughout the trip. Driver also helped us with our luggages when we check in and out of hotels almost everyday and driving us around and dropping us near the entrance of attractions so that we didnt have to walk so far. �Highlights of the Tour: Only EU Holidays has snow sledging � as part of their itinerary which i can see from the tour that everyone had an enjoyable and memorable experience!Overall: It was a safe, fun and memorable trip with EU Holidays! Good deal and worth recommending to my friends and family! I will choose EU Holidays again for future Europe or USA trips!

Had a great trip with Eu and Ken from 08th March till 23rd march.Was quite worried when we signed the package as the previous tour we had with another big tour agency to taiwan totally disappointed. We just hoped for the best after the last bad experience.To our surprise, EU did things very differently.- no rush tours. We were given at least 2 hours at major sight seeing points.- ken understood that scenery and pictures was important in this modern social media society. Got the bus to stop along the way at scenic views for quick pictures. 10 minute stops- flexibility on itineary whenever possible. Traffic and weather are always uncontrollable. Instead of disappointing the group by saying the activity is cancelled. Ken worked with the local agents to move certain activity around. - top most critical point for me and many travellers. Hotel. The hotels were very good. Stayed at Hilton, Sheraton and international brands. Unlike the previous tour agent which put us up in budget hotels with very crappy rooms. EU ensured good hotels. Morning breakfast at this international brands was always good. - ken had a very good idea of the shopping places and what brands there were. Wifes and ladies were very pleased as most people had their preferred brands and didnt want to waste time on finding it. Ken just told us where to find at which outlets. AmazingOverall. I would recommend this tour to everyone who wants a good europe tour. I am very impressed with Eu and looking forward to the next trip.

We had travel to many countries ourselves, but this group tour was excellent and enjoyable. My son and daughter-in-law recommended this EU holidays, who had honeymoon trip with them.Our Tour manager Sebastian made the tour lively with his interpersonal skill and humorous stories. He is a professional tour manager. He always updates us the daily programes and checked participants’ safety and concerns. He was very patience to clear our quires and also provided good updates about the places before we visit. A knowledgeable person, Sebastian makes our holidays as remarkable. He also recommended what items to buy and where to buy up to date. Really he is an experience tour manager, who let everyone to enjoy our trip as meaningful and memorable.Most of our group members enjoyed the sledge riding in Switzerland. It is a wonderful with trill experience for us. He accommodated our request to go one more round sledging.One day the dinner was not suitable for me. He went to extra mile to arrange for me a separate dinner immediately. I was impressed on his action. 这是我第二次参加EU holidays。参加过这么多旅行社，EU holidays 唯一是会让我再回去的旅行社。他们的服务真的让我非常满意。这一次西班牙以葡萄牙行程感觉还不错也遇到一位尽心尽力又有耐心的领队Roger Koh。我个人觉得这行程真的有一点紧凑，再加上天气不好影响了车程和行程的时间。就这样也让我看到Roger努力和专业的去安排和处理每一件突发状况，虽然有些不完美，但我还是很满意。希望下一次的旅游也是Roger 带。还有Andy Yuan,他的服务态度非常好。我两次的旅行团都是向他订的，下一次还是会去找他。EU holidays 加油！Roger Koh和Andy Yuan加油！

As it was our first time travelling with such extreme weather conditions, we were worried about a lot of things. Thanks to Andy, he ensured that he were aware of what to wear and bring prior to the trip and eased a lot of our worries with his efficient replies and vast knowledge of the tour. During the trip, travelling with Andy proved to be a breeze and he was a great pillar of support and trust to us, always making sure that we were well taken care of and we always knew ahead of what to expect during the tour.We also had many great meals thanks to his recommendations and we definitely made full use of our time there with his great time management! A responsible tour leader is an essential part of any tour and we are so glad that we have Andy. Noone gets neglected no matter you are 18 or 80 with him. We would recommend Andy and Euholidays for a great holiday experience!
