这次是第二次参加EU 欧洲游，这次的导游是可爱的Tammy ，在这短短的11DEurope Hightlight+2N Dubai 是在24Apr--07May2018出发，一开始Tammy 可爱的笑容跟幽默的交流留下了好印象，接下来的日子她对我们无微不至的照顾感到暖心，在旅游当中有团友生病了！Tammy 会买药给生病的人吃，帶我们到巴黎喝香槟，照顾和服务都非常好，让我们都感到舒服，安心，对这次Tamny 帶我们游欧洲我们非常滿意，在这里要谢谢可爱的Tammy ，下次一定会再参加EU 也希望还是可以跟着有缘的Tammy 旅游。

Received good reviews from my sister & friend from their previous Europe trip & decided to signed with EU holidays.Connie has her own way of sorting things out to ensure our trip goes smoothly as possible.She is approachable, thoughtful, helpful & humorous despite from her petite size, she is quite strong as seeing her carrying our lugguages (really can't judge a book by it's cover). Most of us are entertained by her jokes during the long bus journey.She quite informative as not only introduce/highlight the places we went but also recommended other countries best to visit during which seasons.I am also thankful for her arrangement to the restaurant at Switzerland by giving me birthday surprise...Appreciated :)I would recommend to my friends/relavtives who wants go for Europe tour & looking forward to the next trip with EU Holiday.

In 2016, my family - my husband, two adult sons and myself - joined the EU tour to Europe for the first time. As a family, all our prior holidays had been self-guided, and we were apprehensive as this was the first packaged tour we signed up for. Ms Ng Huay Cheng was our tour guide and we really enjoyed having her at the helm. She was very efficient, friendly, patient, cheerful, helpful, and generous. She also had great rapport with the driver, and would try her utmost to accommodate our requests. This made our trip to Europe so enjoyable that we are joining EU tours this year to Eastern Europe.

Its my first time with EU Holidays. I will definitely use them again.I chose a packaged trip because of my sister. We had used other companies before. I was dragging my feet going on a packaged trip as I had many unpleasant experiences before with other travel agencies.However, my Tour Manager Connie made such an impact on her service level & knowledge. We had a great time.From the start EU service is impaccable. The enquiry staff was so helpful. They came across sincere & helpful. They didnt make any empty promises. No pushing of travel packages just to meet their sales targets.Connie, my tour manager setup a whatsapp group chat. She reminded us of packing requirements. This practise was practical throughout the trip as so reminders were reinforced through this medium. The group chat did help with sharing of information & photos.Connie is very knowledgable & experienced in Europe. She readily helps everyone with all their requests. She remembers. She cares. She goes the extra mile.We had gondola singers during the ride in Venice. She works well with the drivers and local agents to make sure we are comfortable. She gives tips to make our meals and shopping activities easier.It was such a breeze.I would recommend EU to anyone who is wanting to go Europe on a packaged trip.Thank you Connie for the memorable trip.

13D 10N Europe (Italy Switzerland France, Titisee) - from 20 April 2018This holiday brought me to many new areas of Europe and Dubai, even though l have been there several times. The sights visited are the desired places that many people will yearn to visit (e.g. Colosseum, Vatican, Swiss Alps, Eiffel Tower and the Louvre).The food is tasty and hotel rooms are also well planned. The occasional Chinese meals are also important to satisfy home food cravings!Our tour manager, Ms Connie Hay, also did a splendid job in caring for us and ensuring that the tour proceedings all went well. She also went the extra mile to give us tips on safety, suggest other fun attractions which we can explore during our free time, and also build team cohesiveness.This is definitely one of my best guided tours! I'm looking forward to my next Europe holiday with EU, likely to the Balkans :)

Had a great trip with Eu and Jeremiah Tan from 22nd April till 3rd May 2018 We was quite worried when we signed the package on travel fair as the the price on this tour there is quite a great difference with another big tour agency of course we just hoped for the best .To our surprise, EU give us to have a good impression and it turn totally great experience although we have encounter the lost of 15 luggages when we arrived at Victoria fall by transfer flight. But we managed to get it back 14 out of 15 luggagges after a long wait of 24hours . Finally the only outlier missing luggage also found on 5thday before we left Victoria heading to Johannesburg. All thanks to our knowledgeable,cherish,helpful and experience tour manager Jeremiah Tan and local tour guide services.- is a relaxing and no rush tours. We were given enough time on major sight seeing points and photo shooting on every scenic views and scenery pictures.- flexibility on optional tour ( never enforce and demand us to join) - The hotels were in good condition and we have a nice stay in national park resort too . Breakfast ,lunch and dinner , provided were good and yummy.Overall. I would recommend this tour to everyone who wants a good South Africa tour. I am very impressed with Eu Holiday Pte Ltd and looking forward to the next Europe and Greece trip.Jeremiah you are the best! Hope to meet u again.

This was our first trip with EU Holidays and the four of us were impressed by how patient and dedicated Steve has been.Steve is also patient, responsible, energetic and humorous too. He is very informative and experienced as well.In afew situations we noticed there were some issues with other members due to the food provided but Steve went the extra mile to help resolve the problem as much as he can.We look forward to travelling again with Eu Holidays and Steve again.

Had a very reassuring trip to Russia under the care of Sabestian. He is very meticulous and thorough with his details and execution. Even before the trip begin, Sabestian reached out to share many notes for the trip preparation such as meeting time, weather conditions, traveling wifi etc. We had to transit at Dubai airport and Sabestian made sure we knew beforehand the various scenarios we might be facing upon arrival so as not to be caught by surprise. Every day before we return to our rooms, Sabestian made sure to inform us of the next day schedule and timings. He is always the last man behind to ensure no one gets lost and always punctual as well. He also has a great sense of humor and very responsive: showing us the routes to shopping center near our hotel upon our requests or initiative to distribute the menu available on the speed train for our convenience. Strongly recommend him to be anyone’s next tour option �

Jiafu was a great tour guide, he was helpful and efficient. He never hesitates to help whenever we need any assistance.I have participated in a couple of tours back then and none of them made me satisfied with their service so i stopped joining for tours whenever i go overseas. However, Jiafu made me feel otherwise and i am really thankful that i chose to gave it a try this time round.He made sure that we are all comfortable at every point of time and brought us to amazing places with good explanations. Will definitely look forward to joining more tour packages with either Jiafu or EU holidays in the future!Thank you once again, Jiafu! You did a great job �

Had a lot of fun during these 10days with Eu's tour mate, our tour manager (Russell) is a very friendly and patient & responsibility leader he always ensure everyone safety and check that everyone are on board. He speak fluently English and Mandarin. Recommended Turkey local tour guide :(Ozcan Alkan ) he is awesome guide that speak fluently English and talked a lot of turkey's history and life sharing and explain whatever knowledge to us , he let us feel like a father that take caring the group, last and not least I would like to give you 5 star for the service

Just came back from the 10D Eastern Europe trip with my friends and I must say that we've enjoyed the trip tremendously. Thank you EU Holidays for arranging such a professional tour manager - Michael Yap for us. He was practically standing throughout our whole journey while using his humorous style and knowledgeable expertise to introduce the places we visited. His high level of professionalism and passion for his job is hard to come by and I feel we are really lucky to have him as our tour manager.I would highly recommend EU holidays to all my friends and family. Well, start off with how i come across to book thru EU travel. It was recommended by my working friends. Then one day i went to the Chinatown branch to know more about the package. upon reaching the place, i went searching for the register machine that print number, however i couldn't find , so i walk round their office not once but twice. amazingly there is none of them bother to asked what am i look or why I'm here for. it took about half an hour and i left the place. Very disappointed. They should strengthen the frontline office.therefore, i would like to give EU the second chance. And lucky enough that chose to join this trip with EU travel.The tour manager Ken is very experience and professional. During these 13 days, he really care for our safety and give as much tips to make these trip a fun one. Very quickly ,we as a stranger become friends then like family. We look out for each other and carrying luggage is our daily mission, amazingly we even know which luggage belong to which family. In the coach, we share all foods and tibits. Ken is very patient guys , at times the coach driver make a wrong turn, he calmly guided the way . To my surprise, he knew every roads to all our destination to visit, thumbs up for this. As i am more to Asian food, he can remember that and when we had the chance for Chinese food, he will tell me to eat more. It's pretty heart warming and touching. At the end if the day, he would join us, agroup of six chit chatting and really feel like close friend. Which is very nice feeling. As i have book few other package tour with other agency. They just leave us alone wondering what to do at the end of day and only see the guide the next day. And my next holiday will be definitely from EU. My wife and i really enjoyed this wonderful trip .Well done , Ken.We have booked him to be our tour manager for our next trip to Greece next year 2019. And waiting when will be his next guided tour.
