This is our first time traveling with EU Holidays tour,Tammy was friendly, patience, responsible and humorous, the trip is never say for dull.We enjoy with happy face from Milan to Dubai, Tammy always care about our tour mate and also have give birthday cake for who birthday on 24 April until 07 May, the care and service are very very good, we feel comfortable it.We are very satisfied for this honeymoon with Tammy take us to Europe, we would like say thanks you so much for our tour manager Tammy.We will join again for next trip with EU Holidays, we hope next trip tour manager is Tammy.See you again, Tammy �

Ricky is a responsible and efficient Tour Manager. He always put in his best efforts to ensure all arrangements and experience is smooth and enjoyable.During our long coach ride, he is able to come up with activities to keep us entertained and also help us to re-cap and refresh our memories on the places we have visited in a fun way.Ricky also set up a WhatsApp group to share important information daily in both English and Mandarin. It is also a platform our tour members shared informations and photos as well.Kudos to his good job and keep the passion burning for the job. It is a committed tour manager like Ricky that attracts repeating customers to EU holidays. Keep it Up!

I joined the 13-day tour to New York and Canada from 28 Apr 2018 to 10 May 2018. Would like to thank our guide Mr Andy Yuan for his superb service. Everything went on well and all of us enjoyed ourselves :)

Andy is the best tour guide ever. the US / Canada tour was on end of April to bigining of May. Andy knows his job very well. very knowledgeable in those places we visited. Big Thank you to you. We had great time.

I’m so in love with South Africa. The itinerary is very relaxing. No need to rush, there’s more then enough time for photo takings to capture the magnificent of Table Mountain, Victoria Falls, Capetown coastal and we even caught 2 lionesses on vid during our game drive! (that’s a bonus!) What more Jeremiah is such a cool dude, very the relax and yet charismatic. He surprises us by arranging Halal meals eventhough we did not expect much. Thank you for being sensitive to our needs. All in all it’s a two thumbs up � �. Am looking forward to other EU trips

We ( family of 8 ) had one of the most enjoyable trip to the Eastern US and Canada . The itinerary is very well planned , nice restaurants which included 3 great lobster meals and not forgetting the clean comfortable pleasant hotels during our trip. Our guide Andy is very professional in every aspect took care of our accommodation, food, sharing with us on best buy , what to eat , and also into minor details as to what wear to be most comfortable .Although there were long bus trips , there was never a dull moment , we watched movies and also Andy’s pre-arrival to destinations briefing and his entertaining stories. His very good time management allow us to gain more time at every locations.Thank you EU holidays and most of all Andy for wonderful holiday .

Previously, I and my family had not so great experience with some overseas tour groups due to their unprofessionalism, poor service and also poor time management.Then, one day, I was approached by my good friend. She introduced me a tour package with very interesting itineraries in Central Europe. As a first timer to engage a local tour group in Singapore, I was sceptical at first. I was so afraid of disappointment (again); as in my mind, there were so many places to cover and would it be really a successful trip and would we really have so much time to enjoy every place without any haste ?Lots of questions rambling on my mind whether it’s going to be worth the efforts or going to be the other way around. However, me and my friend agreed to take up the holiday plan and keeping our fingers crossed.Moving on, to cut the story short, we were assisted by Raymond Teo, one of their customer service executive. He’s really patient in answering our queries and managing our visas processing too. The preparation was smooth-sailing and so timely efficient.Hence, we’ve been introduced to our Tour Manager, Kevin Cheng. We both had a very good impression about him. He has smiley face and friendly manner to all group participants. The briefing was great, it gives us lots of perspectives on what to prepare or to avoid during long trip like this.From day 1 to 15 in Europe plus 2 more days in Dubai were absolutely memorable. All places of destinations are covered satisfactorily without any rush and hassle. As our Tour Manager, Kevin gave us plenty of useful information regarding the places/weather/clear time allocation/our meals schedule in each place and importantly, know-how tips as a tourist in foreign countries. He prioritised our safety and comfortability with tremendous patience and perseverance.I could easily feel that this “quite long” trip was so “easy to handle” for me, it’s far from burdensome experience. Thankfully, our trip was supported by lovely spring Europe weather, great circumstances and not to forget – bunch of fun and friendly friends we have known in our tour group.It was really amazing experience that I had with EU Holidays ! I wish I could enjoy more holidays with my beloved ones and without any hesitation, I will choose EU Holidays again… <3

Tour package is 'boring'! This is what we used to think. But recent 12 days Balkan tour with Jerry Ong has changed our perception.We had a great time! The tour members are friendly and sincere from all over the world. Jerry has displayed excellent care and patience to all of us. It was a trip with beautiful scenery and people. Memorable trip for all of us.

I just came back from my tour led by Ms Tammy Tan.A understanding always cheerful ,caring especially towards me being Muslim needs.She has good sense of humour too !!She has been observant taking care of us just like her family.She enriched our experienced throughout the whole trip.She showed commitment by ensuring our well being wherever we went.The trip was never dull as my tour mates who are all time supportive and high spirited.Thank you for making my trip a memorable one although my legs are tired all time ��I would like to rate my tour mates and my manager Ms Tammy Tan as "Excellent"We're a great family !!I I really really really really appreciate and had an awesome holidays !!!�
